The hotel was comfortable as usual. The dining area was phenomenal.

My family and myself attended my grandaunts 90th birthday party. We stayed at the hotel for convenience. The morning breakfast buffet was great! The staff was very attentive and nice. The hotel was outside of my alma mater. I will patronize the hotel in the future.

Matt, the hotel manager is very good when it comes to customer service, most of the girls that work the front desk acknowledge you throughout your stay, which is a nice plus!
Check-in was prompt and courteous. Any extras i.e. roll away bed, extra towels, were brought to the room within minutes after calling the front desk. Extremely convenient to Mercer University Macon campus. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

"Hilton Garden Inn Macon - an good touring base"
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a vacation and used the hotel as a base to do some sightseeing. The location is excellent; close to the main Interstate allowing easy access north and south. Standard of room was high and reflects Hilton's more considered approach to customer needs - room had microwave and fridge and very comfy bed. Dining is […] available at the hotel, slightly scaled back in terms of a menu but still providing enough variety for the traveller. Breakfast is worthy of mention. This was very good and offered standard buffet items and cooked-to-order dishes such as omlettes, again with sufficient variety of choice. Staff were very helpful in providing assistance with directions and even printed these out for us as we had no prior knowledge of the area. If your visit is for business to Mercer University then there is probably no better venue for your stay. We pre-booked from the UK and the rate we got was attractive, most probably based on the time of year we were travelling. Overall, it represented very good value for money and gave us an enjoyable stay at the end of a touring holiday in the Deep South. Lees meer

I am over 65...have traveled alot...never have I stayed at a hotel where the ambiance was so welcoming! I believe the Mgr. was Matt B. and one of the women behind the desk was September. "Hilton Garden Inn on campus"
You can't ask for a hotel to be any closer to where you need to be! In our case, we had business at Mercer University, and the hotel is basically on campus. It has the added benefit of being a very nice hotel.
During my stay I was so impressed, I decided the Hilton Garden is where I will stay when visiting my dauther who is attending Mercer maybe for the next five years

This Hotel was clean, but the walls are thin and the room was extremely noisy. Every sound from the next room or floor above was crystal clear. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. Thank God I only had to stay one night!

I was in Macon attending a concert. I lived in Macon for 4 years during school and knew there were parts of town you did not want to be in, especially after dark. "Great Hotel"
We stay here every time we are in Macon, the hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful!!
This hotel was great and easy to access all points in the city.
"Convenient and high quality except for motor noise"
Had to change rooms because of very loud A/C motor outside window. Noise and the floor and bed vibrating were well beyond tolerable. Ask for room on back of building. Otherwise everything was fine.
