Het verblijf was ronduit super- zeer mooi en lekker ontbijt, prachtige kamers!! Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het mooiste deel van de stad en is qua acomodatie super!! Heel tevreden!!

Mooi hotel met goede service. Ligt dicht bij het oude stadscentrum en Bixie huurfietsen staan voor de deur (erg practisch). Nadeel was dat het bubbelbad het niet deed en dat ik regelmatig problemen had met de internetverbinding. Kamers waren mooi en schoon en het personeel erg vriendelijk, absoluut een aanrader.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. It is in a good location, close to the Old town, close to shopping and walking distance to Mount Royal, two blocks from the Airport 747 shuttle (It costs $9 which also gives you 24 hour travel on bus or subway). We parked the car at the hotel. threw the keys on the table and walked or took the metro to all attractions, no stress. Our room was spotless, and we enjoyed the managers reception and cooked to order breakfast. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

The hotel was somewhat less than what was expected of a 4-star. Cracked sink in the bathroom, tiny shower stall, flattened sofa cushions, plastic cultery at the buffet breakfast... And construction next door that started at 8 a.m. on a Sunday, which cannot be blamed on the hotel, of course. Also, we were misled about the room, having specifically asked […] for 2 Bedrooms, not 2 rooms with 2 beds (living room counted as 1 room, bedroom as the other). In a suite, we expected at least some wine glasses in the cupboard and ice in the freezer, as experienced at other suite hotels. With parking, the price tag for 2 nights was unreasonable. The hotel staff was awesome! Especially Chris the concierge. He had great tips and information and was extremely helpful. The hotel was very well situated for families without a car. Close to the train station and the Metro. Had an awesome visit.

Perfect location for anybody visiting for the convention center. Great bonus to have free breakfast every AM and two drink coupons for happy hour per person every night

it was fabulous for a family of four! Close to the metro, right in old Montreal, great parking. Couldn't ask for anything better, we will definitely stay here again!!

Across the street from Palais Des Congrès in old Montreal, the location is fantastic. Walkable to anywhere in the city, I would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast and drinks at Happy hour are also a perk. Free wifi in the lobby, and $10 in-room.

I enjoyed by stay at Embassy Suites very much. My suite was quite adequate for one or two persons, not more. Small sitting room, good sized bed room, large bathroom and large kitchen area. Very comfortable and accommodating. Free hot breakfast, free parking, free cocktail each night I stayed. Friendly staff. Good location for visit to Notre Dame Basilica […] and Old Montreal. This was our first time there . It is a little more expensive than other hotels similar but fre breafast for two and free cocktails for two make it the best price over all places we stayed at in montreal . Verry nice people at the front desk always smiling . The only downer was the bar . Nice bar but the 2 waiters were verry demanding and rude to the […] girl bar tender . Our stay was awesome we used our free drinks coupons (at the lobby bar) before heading out for supper in the old Montreal. Then in the morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was awesome. Wasn't my first time and won't be my last that's for sure.

This was our second time at the Embassy Suites. It's a very nice and clean hotel. It is just a few steps away from most renown attractions in Montreal.

A "rushed" stay on our part. but had a great time. had a bit of trouble finding it... on a one way street in the busy part of town. but otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel is in a perfect area for visitors. Very interesting historic sites, museums, Chinatown and even performing arts theaters are within a short walking distance of the hotel.

The only negative experience I had while at this hotel was that when we arrive at 5pm (two hours after check in) our room was not ready, we did not have to wait very long but we were charged when we left for a late check, and was not given anything for a late check in. Staff friendly to the extreme, clean rooms ... the suites had artificial fireplaces putting out heat. Great central location 2 blocks from the metro and 3 blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral. However, the best were the complimentary breakfast buffets and the evening happy hour free drinks.

I liked the hotel, cleanliness, comfort and service. It does have great location in the city, although it comes with higher price for parking. I did not like that the hotel charges fee for internet access. Most of the hotels at this day and age offer this for free.

Great experience of service. Staff foes out of their way to help you. Just one shadow: the manager 5-7-- not enough waiter and the crudites bar is ... too plain . As a Montreal hotel, the manger should display the high variety of type of appetizers: tapas, well arrange vegetables.

Nice location and comfortable room. Kitchenette was not helpful because there were no dishes. Would not book this type of room again - better off getting a standard room with a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was pretty tasty.

The location is fabulous, on the edge of old Montreal and quick, easy access to the metro. The hotel amenities, including the amazing free buffet breakfast, are perfect. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is nice and the staff is great. This hotel is very well located right in the middle of Vieux Montreal area. The rooms are very large. There is no pool and the parking is expensive. However, the included breakfast is good. Manager's complimentary drinks every night (between 5:30 and 7:30) were appreciated too. I would go back again.

we stayed at his hotel for my sister's 60th birthday celebration. The breakfast was great, good quality of food, great variety and a steady supply. Eening manager's reception was great and the staff wer very attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The heat controls were a little confusing and we couldn't seem to get the heat turned […] up. The only complaint we had is our tolet in our room became plugged a one point and we had to call the room desk to inform them and asked the problem be taken care of- one we phoned and once I actually went to the desk to inform them and the plumber or maintenance person never did come - the problem eventually fixed it self. we also had to request extra towels and face cloths twice. There was six of us in the room which we paid extra for so the hotel was aware of this but we still had to ask for extra towels etc. This was my second time staying at this hotel and over all it was enjoyable. The self catering apartment was great but it was strange to have to ask for cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses something to cook in or with. I had to ring room service twice and list each item that I wanted. A staff member came with the items and was most unfriendly. Even more unfriendly when he had to come back a second time because some items were missing. […] The open dining room on the ground floor aws the location for meals and drinks. Breakfast was included in the cost but it was so crowded and people were almost fighting for food and seats with a lot being spilt over the floor No-one cleaned it up till everyone had left.
