Atrium Hotel in Pasay

I rented the two br suite. Electrical problems, ants everywhere. I paid for an extra guest and was given a matress on the FLOOR with no extra blanket nor pillow. Since I am a frequent Atrium guest, I thought I would give them a second chance. My next trip, I again rented a 2br suite. electrical fine but ANTS everywhere. Also, again, instead of an extra […] bed, I was given a matress on the floor. This time only 3 towels for 5 people, 3 pillows for 5 people. I had to go to the Front Desk for resolution. NO WI-FI in the hotel on any floor. There was no food in the breakfast buffet which I paid for, either trip. I do NOT recommend partaking of the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Room was dark...need more lamps or brighter bulbs. Bed missing a sheet. Called front desk and was delivered right away. Would stay again because of the price.

excellent customer service, hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Nice people, roon are nice but. From the 18th floor you can hear car horns all night long.

A bit too noisy (windows not properly sealed / gaps).

Very nice hotel for little money! Room was nice and cool. Also, very big with balcony looking over the city! Would stay again!

Dining area was dirty especially the table covers. You could see a lot of ants crawling. Did not have enough food for everyone and don't do refill even though the staff knew. We had to go out to eat. Cannot connect to the Internet. You have to go to the 15th floor.

This hotel has great service rooms are large. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, the breakfast can be included but geared towards Asian clients. We returned there for our departure from a 2 month stay in the Philippines and they remembered us for our first stay. Don't waste your money on the hotels private service plenty of metered taxi's for half […] the price. Nice hotel, clean rooms, and very pleasant staff. The hotel is also connected to an OK shopping complex, nothing fancy. The hotel is near the LRT so lots of people traffic. I definitely plan to return in May.

Over all average, except the rooms over looking the main road are very noisy caused from the traffic as the bus terminals to the Provinces are below the balconies and across the busy street. Location is central between Makati and Manila. Rooms are spacious and cost friendly.

This hotel is a good choice for some overnight sleeps but not for the vacation. The staff is helpful and smiling. The rooms are pretty old however very spacious. The bathroom was not sterile though ok in general. What really catches the eye is the Manila view - hotel rooms start from 15th floor. I would not recommend you to try breakfast here - it is […] indeed awful. The neighboorhood is somewhat scary however taxis in Manila are really cheap - it is no problem at all to catch one right outside the hotel and go anywhere else. 7/11 is pretty close and there's a McDonald's across the street. If you wanna use the services of hotel shuttle to the airport it will cost you 400 PHP which is a double price of an ordinary taxi. In total: would not recommend for a family stay , however if you are tight in budget you can opt for this one. Lees meer

The photos and location of Atrium Hotel exagerates the hotel class. Hotel is at most a two star with desperate need of renovation. This hotel was awesome 30 years ago. The presence of many security guards in and at entrances is definately needed due to the surrounding area and potential danger of robberies. Even with very large rooms and as clean as […] possible, the aging carpet, walls and bathrooms are less than desirable. If you want a three star hotel I suggest the Heritage Hotel. This hotel was conveniently located, very clean and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget minded traveler.

the hotel staffs were so nice and very friendly...they really attend to your needs right away. the room was spacious that it could fit more than 4 beds. the security was very strict too.

Used to be very good hotel, w/in seven yrs I stay on this hotel every time I'm in Pi for 3 to 4 weeks. This time I'm very disappoint she give room 2515 its dirty smelled bad I went down to front desk to change my room Rolie or Roland told me there's no room available wait for three to four hours and He let me know which never happens. I must say this is the hotel that i never expected to be. All the staffs are very pleasant & respectful. We love to watch the beauty of the sunset and the views are really great, bayview,MOA, etc. I really do appreciate how the doorman treated us very extra ordinary people. the quality is excellent for the value...the hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite...the security is discrete yet prevelant...i never had a bad experience...the attached mall and food court made my stay very comfortable...the rooms are very nice and clean...the mini bar was well stocked and kept full...the bathroom was kept clean...i became friends […] with a man from another country...i had a very good experience at the atrium. the room we booked said two queens and we received a smaller room with one queen bed, and they keeped on treating my wife of 6 years as hooker( call girl, escort ) Because she a Filipino. they took photo of her with out asking. everytime she went out and came back , they would not allow her in until they checked with me , so i told management to stop […] it. With the visible roaming security guards in the hotel, I feel very safe staying here even by myself. The whole staff is always willing to help.And they gave me a free upgrade from a studio suite to a one bedroom since I am a "returning guest".

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first night was fine and everything went well. The beds in the rooms are first rate for Asia. The second night was different...and not the hotels fault. The wiew from the rooms are great. Neighbourhood BAAD ! Carpet smell like hell, They have rooms without carpet..that was better but still not to my taste. For 1 night its ok. taxi from airport wanted 600peso to drive me to the hotel. taxi outside hotel back to airport i paid 250 peso. keep that in mind everybody try cheat you for money here

Only stayed for a night but indeed was satisfied with the service, spacious room, nice view from the 17th floor balcony and the place where the hotel has its own atrium Mall and other food chain and restaurant and also some artist launched their song album in the mall. Although the internet is very slow and connection get booted out very often while online...fast foodchains are within the corners..LRT is a block away..malate and makati areas are nearby..good view of the city from my room..bathroom needs update..bed is comfortable.and the room is very spacious..im only surprised when i have my friends visited me and […] hotel called me and asked me if they are staying and that visiting hours are up to 12 midnights only and they have to leave.. While the location could have been a little better, the room was huge, with a King bed and all the failities one would expect with a business hotel. It is a little difficult to get to, as the reception is on the 15th floor, but it is clean, the staff are friendly, and you are only ever a cheap taxi ride from anywhere in Manila. Atrium Hotel for me is a lost paradise. It has a breath taking view of the manila bay with great view all over the city. Also the hotel staff are helpful and accomodating. In terms of food, The food in the restaurants are delicious but expensive but its worth it. they have the very nice place to eat, the bar, the casino, etc...we stayed here for 3 days, […] i was very satisfied and i'm pretty sure we will gonna stay there again... Hotel has an indoor mall. Very nice rooms however, not in a good neighborhool. Very much like 3rd in Harrison, Howard, or 4th in Mission in San Francisco.

The size of the room was excellant, the breakfast menu is poor for an Aussie, even my Filipino wife was not impressed with it, as she suggested we do not eat there. It can at times be a bit hard to get a Taxi in busy times. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be greatly appreciated. The wind howling through the Balconey is also annoying. After renting 3 rooms for 3 nights, at checkout time we were told to wait until our rooms were checked. This was not done in a discreet manner. Three people with radios were talking to each other and we felt as though we were being treated as criminals. All this out loud in the lobby with many people listening. Well, they found a face towel missing. […] You would think that we just robbed a bank. I told them just charge us and they kept making a big deal of it. TRUST me, avoid this piece of crap hotel and stay in a modern facility that appreciates your business. Even after I told them that for the price of a face towel they have lost all my future business they just grinned and said nothing. Please save yourself the grief of being put through an embarrasing situation. This is why we leave credit cards for deposits. Obviously this place does not realize this fact. Lees meer

it is like a good american hotel. the bed was actually more than the usual foam rubber slab that u get in the philippine hotels. very nice staff and decor. I recommend it more than any other i have stayed at in the phils. close to embassy, mall of asia, etc.,.
