This hotel is under construction when we arrived. It is kind of dusted in the afternoon. The front desk person is not very friendly. The business printer is broken so we need to use the front desk computer to print out our boarding pass. The walls between the rooms are thin and the breakfast is just OK. In general, this is a below average Marriott.

We booked a King room and got a 2 queen beds room. Were told by the lady at front desk we would get a better rate, that did not happen. room was nice but not what we wanted or booked, disappointed in customer sevrice.

Check-in was prompt, rooms were clean with lots of amenities, continental breakfast far exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here for two nights on the back end of a family vacation. Located in the Tower Road area near DIA with numerous other new hotels and is immediately adjacent to a Ruby Tuesday. The room was ample, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was O.K. other than the prefab egg patties. Front desk staff was the most courteous of the 8 days we were in Colorado. […] Locaton is convenient to the airport but not much else. The walls and ceilings here are paper thin. Every time the neighbors door would open and close our room would shutter with vibration. Bed was awfully uncomfortable. Surrounding location was full of chain hotels but good for the overnight from the Airport.

Excellent Hotel. Spacious Rooms. Friendly Staff Well maintained. Nice breakfast. WiFi and Internet Very good value.

With the reputation of Marriott and the standard cost of this room, I expected better. When I arrived, the toilet, bathtub and floor of the bathroom had several hairs. It was late and I didn't have time to request it be cleaned, so I cleaned it myself and left a large tip for the maids, with the hopes it would be better the following day. The same hairs […] that had been on the floor were still there 24 hours later. I liked the layout of the suites, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent, but I could not get past the gross-out factor of a dirty bathroom. I would not stay here again. Great location and neighborhood. Was able to park my car in the hotel parking lot for a nominal charge. Shuttle service to the airport was timely in both directions.

Since Springhill Suites is part of Marriott, I was expecting Marriott brand standards during my stay. I was mistaken. The few times I had to go to the front desk, myself and a few other guests were left waiting for over 5 minutes until a Front Desk Agent arrived. They include breakfast with the stay, which is served until 10, however, if you do not […] get down there by 8:30, there is no breakfast to be had. We were very pleased with the hotel, the rooms were nice and spacious, although a little hard to control room temp. (pretty cold or off). The pool is tiny and the water was very cold even several hours after an employee said he turned it up. Free breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms were well-decorated and comfy.

Great place to stay for a flight out in the morning. Nice complimentary breakfast starting at 5am right by the door to the shuttle.

This hotel was very clean and offered a good morning breakfast.

This hotel seems to be attempting to conserve money, coffee ingredients, maybe even saving on batteries for the TV remote controls. We phoned to ask the front desk to find or get us another remote control, but despite promising to call us right back....no remote was delivered, and no phone call made to explain. We booked this room with short notice and the service we received was outstanding.

this hotel is best I have stayed at. very comfortable rooms and all the comforts of home enjoyed stay very much.

Ifnyour staying by the Denver Airport you will not find a nicer hotel. My Wife and I were extremely with our stay there.

Nice clean rooms, and the staff is excellent. Very comfy beds, and convenient location with shuttle service.

Pretty far from downtown denver but close to the airport. Great staff, huge clean rooms, we loved the sitting room area and beds seperate. Complimentary breakfast was great, also great price offered from hotels.com.

We had to change rooms four times. They were so disgusting. I don't believe housekeeping knows what a vacuum is. Toe nails were on the floor from previous guests. The sheets were stained in a location that made us want to just leave. After checking out the 4th room we were exhausted and fought off what I believe is an infestation of bedbugs. I had red […] little bites on my back and ankles in the morning. We were willing to pay the higher rate hotel in area thinking we would get a decent place to sleep. Breakfast, well, no thank you. We only stayed one night, but the clerks at the front counter were extreemely helpful and courteous. They recommended that we return our van early and have the shuttle pick us up and then take us to the airport in the morning. This saved us about $30.00 and made our morning flight much easier. The shuttle was comfortable and the drivers very nice and […] considerate since I get motion sickness. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and hope we can book at Marriotts when we travel. Nice hotel, great staff. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only thing was the bathroom amenities were skimpy or missing. TSA has prompted people to benefit by the small hotel sizes when travelling so it is necessary that they are made available. The shuttle was 10 minutes late, scheduled for 4:30 am, didn't show until 4:40, flight at 5.50am. We had carry […] on only so it didn't make a big difference, but it could have been ugly. Kind of stressful first thing in the day. We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for no charge which was a big plus as well. Ruby Tuesdays is right next door and the food there is good. CLEAN, QUIET GOOD STAFF BUT KIND OF FAR OUT OF DENVER

The hotel was great, the shuttle service was great, the service was great and you were given a meal for breakfast. The only problem were walls thin and I could hear neighbors when they came in laughing and talking.

Very friendly staff! Room was clean and perfect for our family of 5 leaving on an early flight. Shuttle was prompt. They even picked up from the rental car allowing us to return it the night before!

If you need to be near the Denver Airport, this is a good choice of hotel at a reasonable price. Room was comfortable (for 2 adults and 3 kids). Very decent breakfast included in the room rate. Recommended.

My family (2 adults, 2 children) was returning from a ski trip, and we needed a hotel room for one night that was near the Denver airport. This hotel was convenient with restaurants within walking distance. (The restaurants also delivered for a fee.) Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious enough. Complimentary breakfast was good and […] had something for all of us. We were able to park very close to the front door which made it convenient to get our bags in and out. Beautiful, comfortable room. Loved the huge shower head, nice bedding and wonderful pillows.Room was very quiet. The bar was friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate, with make-your-own egg/sausage sandwiches. Coffee at all hours. Didn't use the pool or spa, but they looked nice. So convenient for early morning departures from Denver. Quiet, great bed and pillows, staff very accommodating. Restaurant within walking distance.
