Crane's BeachHouse Hotel & Tiki Bar ligt in de buurt van het strand in Boynton Beach - Delray Beach in Delray Beach, dicht bij Delray Beach Tennis Center. Andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn Gumbo Limbo natuurcentrum en Mizner Park.

Crane's BeachHouse Hotel & Tiki Bar heeft 2 buitenzwembaden. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze accommodatie met 3 sterren zijn onder andere vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een limousine- of autoservice. Deze studio voor families heeft een bar aan het zwembad. Elke ochtend wordt gratis ontbijt geserveerd. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een huwelijksservice en evenementencatering regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een bibliotheek, een gameruimte en een cadeaushop of kiosk. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van een shuttlebus in de omgeving binnen een radius van 5 mi. Parkeerruimte is beschikbaar tegen betaling, maar beperkt. Als er geen plek meer is, kan je ook vlakbij betaald parkeren. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.

Elke kamer heeft een patio met uitzicht op het zwembad, de tuin of het binnenplein. Crane's BeachHouse Hotel & Tiki Bar heeft 27 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluisje op de kamer en een waterkoker/koffiezetapparaat. Elke kamer heeft flatscreen televisies met premiumkanalen via de kabel, een dvd-speler en een videogameconsole. Alle kamers beschikken over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Gasten hebben gratis draadloos internet op de kamer. Alle bedden hebben lakens van Egyptische katoen, een donzen dekbed en luxe beddengoed. Elke kamer heeft een magnetron en een koelkast. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een regendouche, kamerjassen, designer toiletartikelen en een haardroger. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere gratis mineraalwater en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Daarnaast zijn op verzoek voorzieningen beschikbaar zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, extra handdoeken/beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. In Crane's BeachHouse Hotel & Tiki Bar mag niet op de kamers worden gerookt. De renovatie van alle kamers is in februari 2010 voltooid.

Il Lugano is een schitterende accomodatie waar alles voor je geregeld kan worden of gewoon je eigen ding doen. Het is gelegen tussen het strand en aan het grote kanaal waar de meest interessante jachten. In buurt zit een supermarkt die 24 uur per dag open is en ook een zeer goed Grieks restaurant. Verder zitten de bekende zaken als Subway, Domino's pizza etc er ook. Parkeren kan voor de deur bij parkeerautomaten (USD 0,50 per uur / van 8:00 tot 18:00), echter max. voor 3 uur te vullen. Uiteraard kun je ook gebruik maken van de valet parking (USD 20 per dag). Leuk is om de watertaxi te doen, zodat je vanaf een bootje een leuke tocht kunt maken langs de schitterende huizen en adembenemende jachten. Opstapplaats voor deze watertaxi is op een aantal minuten lopen van het hotel, net aan de andere kan van de brug bij Hooters. Kortom een prima lokatie om van Fort Lauderdale te genieten!

Het hotel is goed gelegen, dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden ,winkels, strand,... Het hotel is oud maar onderhouden, enkel de tapijt in de kamer was vies en het rook wat. Het restaurant "de deck" van het hotel was zeer goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Een prima kamer, veel comfort en keurig schoon. Het ontbijt is heel mager...je kunt een pannenkoek bakken er is jam en droge donuts. Als je een auto hebt is het geen probleem, maar....anders wordt de kamer duur aan taxikosten !!!

Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

This quaint hotel is like walking into a tropical paradise -- trees, pools, waterfalls, etc. -- yet it's just a short block off the main street, Atlantic Ave. We wondered what we were getting into -- but the room was phenomenal. We had a king suite, with a wonderful bed, plenty of closet/drawer space, a large living/dining room, a full kitchen and a […] great shower. There are two small pools -- great for lazing around. Only negative is the incluced continental breakfast needs some variety -- it was the same every day -- and because we were there eight nights, it got old. "Cute little hideaway"
I chose this hotel because it was close to an event I was attending and it was close to the beach-. and I wanted something different from you run of the mill hotels--I got exactly what I wanted --Great place and friendly staff ! Highly reccomend !!
"Little gem of a hotel"
This is my first hotel review but I thought others should know that Crane's is an adorable little hotel in the best location. The room is very comfortable and I am glad I stumbled on Crane's. Very nice boutique hotel -- a combination of old Florida style with modern touches.

Our recent stay was wonderful! We were upgraded to a suite when we checked into the room and loved the decor of the room. This is a quaint hotel with a lot of character. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the freezer and fridge stocked with delicious stuff for purchase (ice cream, wine, etc), and the grounds well maintained. The continental breakfast […] was more than adequate and included with the room. We didn't spend much time at the pools since the high trees sometimes covered the sun. The beach is a two minute walk which is great! Downtown Delray was a 10-15 minute walk down Atlantic Ave but we did it every night and were never bothered by the distance. Very lovely and relaxing. Wonderful staff, Very clean. Very comfortable and attractive rooms. Island like decor of the property, really adorable. One block from beach and right in the heart of downtown Delary near many shops and restuarants. Would and will recommend to our friends.

Incredible. We are very particular about hotels, but this far exceeded any expections. Our initial encounter with the receptionist set the pace for an incredible experience. Far surpasses any 4 star chain that I have used in business in North America. Am looking forward to the next stay!!!

Will definitely come back- great value for the price. Key west personality, loved the tropical plantings, fountains, 2 pools, and Tiki bars. Great location, rooms are cramped and the walls are made of paper, well cardboard at best! Next doors kid decided to cry at 12, 3 and 5am every night.

The Bad: - Room was tiny - Internet access restricts certain sites - Internet access was extremely slow even though the network connection was strong. - Advertises as "pet friendly". Upon arrival I was informed that if I had a pet there would have […] to be in a specific room. Those rooms were $30 more a night. On top of that there was a $20 a night pet fee. And to top it off you are not allowed to leave the pet unattended in the room and the manager checked daily. What good is going to the beach in Florida if you can't leave the pet in the room. We had a great time at Crane's Beach House. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are unique and feel more like small apartments than hotel rooms. We loved the rooms, and the atmosphere. Different from any other hotel I've stayed in. The location is good, not right on the beach, but just a short walk away. Shopping and dining is […] also within easy walking distance. We did not need to rent a car as there is also a free downtown shuttle that took us everywhere we needed to go. We went for a few days during the week so we were unable to see how the Tiki Bar was as its only open on the weekend. However, the hotel was very nice and felt secluded even though it was in walking distance to much of the downtown scene. Not overally crowded like many large hotels tend to be. The grounds were very nice however the mosquitos ate me […] up every morning we went outside to the cabana for breakfast. The only thing that wasnt made clear before I booked my reservation was that only the one bedroom suites allows dogs. So upon my arrival, I found out I had to upgrade to the one bedroom which was more than I wanted or needed for just two people for a couple of nights. That was disappointing. This small hotel feels like the Florida Keys. Set in a botanical garden, a few blocks from Delray's beautiful public beach and lots of restaurant choices, it's a great location. How refreshing! The Cranes Beach House was an awesome, whimsical little hideaway in the middle of downtown Delray Beach. CLEAN! Cute. Incredible customer service and great attitude from all, both customers and staff. They have painstakingly thought out every detail, and it shows. We will recommend highly, and stay here often.

We stayed at Crane's on a weekend we were attending a concert nearby. We were so comfortable and loved the atmosphere it was hard to leave to attend the concert. We loved our weekend there and can't wait for the next visit. The rooms were great! Beds are very comfortable and the nature sounds radio is so relaxing. This is a must see...
