I thought the hotel room was a bit small, but overall, very comfortable. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and even had a control to adjust the firmness. The fitness room and pool were both quite clean and towels were well stocked. The hotel is only 2 miles from a very nice, large movie theater, several restaurants (Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, […] a BBQ place, etc.) and shops (Barnes and Noble, Ulta, Staples, Old Navy, Walmart, etc.) Easy access from I-17. We came in late and were gone early from the hotel. The two girls on that evening made sure we were well looked after. Thank you girls for that. You made our stay very welcoming. Thank you

Close to I-17 on the north side of Phoenix about 25 miles from Sky Harbor airport. No restaurants in immediate vicinity, but there are shopping malls and an abundant number of restaurants about a mile north. Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

We stopped here traveling between San Diego and Albuquerque, and were extremely happy with our overnight stay. The facility was very new (new beds and linen, for example), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great with one tiny exception - the AC/heater combination made a LOUD thunk when switching on and off, regardless of the […] AUTO or ON setting. It did disturb throughout the night. Overall, service was good, and the lounge/bar had a great selection of wines and beers, and the servers were excellent. Really had no problems. Would have liked to have Kleenix refilled,but that was so minor. Planning on staying again for the next couple of months to help daughter with upcoming wedding.

1st time here, Loved the atmosphere. Couldn't say enough about the staff. All were Very Friendly and Very Helpful. Great Shopping close by. The only complaint I had is that their should be a warning at the pool in hot days. The Ground nearly blistered my feet. Other than that I will be staying there again soon. 4 out of 5 Stars :-)

hotel was clean and nice but was not a 3-star facility. Staff was good.

Cannot say enought about the friendly staff at this facility, everyone from the maids to the maintence guy, always a smile and how are you doing attitude, the front desk girls always striking up a converstion, the restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. Came out to Phoenix for My Favorite Team's Ball game, had a place to stay all weekend except for one evening. It was a LONG drive in from CALI only to be stranded of sorts and NOT arriving at the hotel till after midnight what a waste of a fine hotel stay!! If I had the money I would have stayed the remainder of the weekend here, it was so comfortable […] I really didn't want to leave! So the question is Pay to stay here or stay for Free elsewhere, well I was committed elsewhere, however, Next time may be different!! Since arriving so late I got up later which means I missed out on the Strawberry Waffles with Fresh Strawberries and Whip Cream for Breakfast Dang It!! Are you sold yet? I am. I may just have to sneak back into town to stay here so that I don't offend my friends who allow me to stay for free, because they really went out of their way to make up a room for me :O) Now all the Hotel is lacking is maybe some discount coupons for their "Repeat Loyal Customers" other then a small problem locating the hotel especially for people who arrive later at night. The hotel is down the street more then I would have thought it would be, I would like there to be maybe a sign that said Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley say 2miles down on the the left. The first time I had been there as I drove & drove thought I had taken a wrong turn actually turned around and started over. You just have to keep going. Other then that the hotel is lovely, the bed was great, love that the room had a mini fridge & coffee maker if I needed them, Most importantly the TV was BIG & it worked! This hotel is a fairly new Hilton Garden Inn it is in a easy to get to location. Nice quiet room with a comfortable bed and good shower my two prime requirements for a hotel. I would recommend staying there.

So nice to find a clean, convenient hotel with great customer service. The staff could not be nicer. Our room was spotless as was the entire hotel. We would not hesitate to stay again. Job well done!

We stayed 3 nights for a family visit. The property was clean - newly renovated - with a bar and restaurant. The room was clean upon check-in. We did, however, have to ask the front desk to have our room made up after coming back to it after 3pm and it hadn't been touched. We left for dinner and when we came back, everything was spotless. A minor hiccup...no […] big deal. It was very quiet and the bed was firm. The sheets were clean and so were the towels. They could use new towels however, because some of them were a bit scratchy. There is a pool on property, but we did not use it. The bar is small, but friendly - there's an outdoor patio with a fire wall area - and the restaurant will serve indoors, on the patio, or at the bar. Very accommodating and convenient. We didn't use the room service, or any of the other amenities. We will certainly stay there again. Lees meer

I was looking for a hotel reasonably close to the Mayo Clinic for one night, and the Hilton Garden Inn exceeded my expectations. Front Desk and Room Service staff were friendly and efficient, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom had a spa feel to it. I will stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff, close to Deer Valley Airport. My only minor issue was lack of a TV "menu" of channels, requiring us to scroll through all channels to locate the one we wanted. This is all too common in hotel guest rooms. The notable exception was the Hilton Garden Inn, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport location--pleasant surprise!

The warm cookies in the front were wonderful! The front desk people were also quite helpful with check-in and restaurant information. Breakfast on Sunday was delicious, but they were understaffed. The hostess/waitress did a good job, but there3 were just too many people and not enough help.

This hotel appears to be brand new and it is very clean with comfortable rooms and beds. The staff was very friendly as well. We purchased the special that included breakfast, it was only a few more dollars per night and well worth it, the breakfast was very good each morning. If you are going to "Wet n Wild" this is your hotel, it is just a few miles […] down the street. Lees meer

Very nice, comfortable hotel located in industrial area. Close to shopping malls. Restaurant selection in area is limited to typical restaurant chains located in and around mall area.

a wonderful hotel in a convenient location if you're visiting the northern edges of Phoenix. Very comfortable accommodations.

We loved this hotel,spotless,very comfortable,just far away enough from hustle and bustle of city to be very relaxing but close enough to all activities.breakfast was good and fair value for price.the only downside the quality of the lunch/dinner menu,food was mediocre to poor our server did everthing possible to help however he was not the chef.On […] the bright side there are plenty of restaurants full service and fast food close by. Hotel is a good value for the money (went on Valentine's Day weekend when many hotels raise their rates to gouge the public). Near Deer Valley airport, but didn't hear any airplanes - seems to be a favorite for pilots. The only real complaint was that after a day out at the zoo, we arrived back at the hotel at 5:10PM and the room had not yet been attended […] to by housekeeping. Of course, tired and wanting a shower - 5 mintues after we arrived, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 5:15PM to clean the room - where were they all day?? Lees meer

Very spacios room with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Employees very professional and helpful. Close to nice mall.

Restaurant charged too much for too little. Ordered a steak, the salad and bread did'nt even come with it, had to pay extra. They charged for the beverages also, even the coffee. If you stay here, go find a real restaurant to eat at.

Was very nice. Out of the way of the city itself. Was nice and quiet.

My husband and I lived in this hotel for 6 weeks while waiting for our house to close. We chose this hotel because it is clean with great staff, a good price and a convenient location. The breakfast is good - but not free. If you eat from the buffet, it is only a couple of dollars. If you order a hot breakfast, you can have as many items as you want […] for about $10.00. Lunch and dinner leave a little to be desired, but there are tons of restaurants in the area. We loved the outdoor seating with the gas fireplace, the pool, which you practically have all to yourself and the fitness center, which is nicely equipped. Lees meer

Personnel were pleasant and the room was comfortable. I wish they had a continental breakfast but all in all it was a very nice hotel. I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and personable. The room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but fine. We enjoyed a nice, late dinner from the restaurant while sitting outside on the patio next to the warmth of the beautiful (gas)fire pit. Service was excellent. I was just in Phoenix for one night so I needed a few hours sleep before my meeting the next morning and flying back that afternoon. We were able to get a great deal on a room at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was in a office park area just a couple of miles off the interstate. Since I was there on a Friday night the place looked deserted. I'm guessing because […] most of the guests are typically business execs that don't stay on weekends. The parking lot was clean, well lit, and virtually empty. Same thing with the lobby. The desk attendant was courteous and helpful. Our room was nice, roomy, and comfortable. This hotel is the nicest I have stayed at in years. I was extremely impressed with the low rate and the room. Very clean, very comfy, very affordable!
