Hampton Inn Manhattan Soho bevindt zich in de omgeving SoHo - Tribeca van New York. dit hotel ligt dicht bij Brandweermuseum van New York City, Federale, centrale bank van New York en Beurs van New York. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Brooklyn Bridge en Universiteit van New York.

Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.

Prima hotel, dichtbij metro, drankjes in ontbijtruimte zijn gratis en heerlijk na een lange dag in de stad. Een uitstekend ontbijt; wel moeilijk om met plastic messen te snijden. Vriendelijk personeel! Kortom, we zouden het zo weer doen!
Vrij nieuw hotel aan de rand van Soho en dichtbij andere leuk buurten van New York. Hotel is vrij nieuw. Vragen om stadsgezicht, wij zaten op de 18e, mooi uitzicht op Empire Staten en Chrysler. Pluspunt van hotel: simpel ontbijt inbegrepen, gratis gebruik van internet en kleine bar. Nadeel, aan drukke weg vlakbij de ingang van de Holland Tunnel.
"Goed hotel in leuke locatie"
Kamers zijn redelijk ruim en zeer net. Weinig geluidsoverlast. Personeel is behulpzaam en tot onze verrassing was er een gratis ontbijt, met uitgebreide keuzes in een fraaie ruimte. Metro stations zeer nabij gelegen, zodat je bijvoorbeeld snel op Times Square staat of in het financial district. Little Italy en China Town zijn om de hoek: veel leuke […] en goede eettentjes dus. This hotel has everything it needs: clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, excellent service and e dream location. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in NY.
This hotel packs a lot of good things into a small layout. It's cozy and within walking distance of restaurants, etc. The staff is very courteous and the concierge even walked outside to wave down a taxi for me.

I thought that the room was everything I had anticipated, and more. I'm used to staying in Hampton Inn's on occasion, and this one was terrific. Even better was the staff - the woman with whom we dealt with at the front desk was SO accomidating and relaxed. I would certainly consider staying there the next time that we're in Soho.

more than decent place in SOHO. stayed with the wife and kids. free in room wifi, free breakfast, free refreshments 24/7 in the lounge area. staff is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. the business center printer was being used by someone for a long time period, so the front desk person let me print out our boarding passes from her computer, which […] was very nice, especially since she was in the middle of using her computer to do paperwork. one problem is the hotel is located on the street that leads to the Holland Tunnel, which means there is traffic almost constantly. our cab back to JFK couldnt even get down that street, so we had to walk around the corner to catch it. not a huge deal, but just an FYI. also, take note that while the overall location of the hotel is fantastic vis-a-vis SOHO and TRIBECA, the immediate surrounding neighborhood is pretty blah compared to other hotels that are located in the thick of SOHO shops or whatever. i would consider staying again, if other comparably priced SOHO hotels were not available. "Recommeded for a week in New York"
Good hotel in the SOHO district, near to metro connections and plenty of resturants. Good breakfast and services at the hotel in general. Fast interenet access in the rooms. Slow elevators is the only negative.

I generally stay in mid-town or the upper west side, but for this trip, a family member favored Soho. Hampton Inn location was perfect. We had school age children with us and the staff really paid attention to make sure they were comfortable. I was a bit concerned about noise initially because our room was directly by the elevator and the hotel was […] full. Surprisingly, this was not an issue and we rarely heard anyone. I was a little hesistant about booking this hotel because the rate was so cheap but i was very impressed. the location was perfect. close to cute boutique shopping and the usual mall stores. Parking was easy. The room was extremely clean. sheets were fresh (i came with my own just in case). Hilton-G seems good. But small room, small restaurant for breakfast with no table to sit (too many guests), no bathtub. Reception was kind.

perfect location, great staff except for one woman that is usually there in the morning, she is very rude and made a mistake during my stay. called up my room yelled at me to then realize she mad a mistake called back and didn't even apologies and said oh everything is ok now. when i told her the second day that i didn't appreciate her service and on […] how she handle her self over the phone with me, she started to yell again and explain why she was yelling because of an error in there system. "Great location with great staff"
I love this hotel. We have stayed here 4 times over the past 4 years. It's in a great location and everyone working in the hotel that we have ever come in contact with is very friendly. They really seem like they are happy you are staying there which is not typical the experience at many hotels. Their breakfast buffet is a nice perk as well.

2 nights after into our hotel stay our safe did not open with the code we had used to program it. A hotel employee had to open the safe for us. Shortly after which we noticed $50 was missing. When bringing this up to the hotel manager we were told we must have forgotten the safe code (not possible, as we programmed it according to a memorable date, […] and tested it a few times before leaving the room). We heard other guests talking about having the same issues: their safe not opening. After this incident we did not feel safe leaving our possessions in the room, and decided it was best to find another hotel. This was my third visit to this hotel, the location is great for Soho shopping, East and West village. Plenty of restaurants within close distance. The first night we had a malfunctioning noisy heating unit and when the chief engineer looked at it he upgraded us to a superior room for the rest of our stay. Great last minute hotel stay in Soho. Within walking distance from Little Italy & excellent dining options! The best part was we parked our car right outside the hotel for no fee & even better when it was time to leave we drove right out on the holland tunnel. Zero traffic! "GREAT EXPERIENCE"
I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn Soho location. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the bar tender was a lot of fun and the cleaning staff were not intrusive and were very careful not to disturb guests. The hotel also offers a generous free breakfast until 10AM which allowed me to sleep in a bit without having to rush downstairs […] for something to eat. Additionally, this hotel is roughly 5 blocks from Bleecker St and a host of restaurants, shops and little parks. This hotel is in an amazing NYC neighborhood and is very reasonably priced. Great hotel for the price overall. Breakfast until 10. It was good enough. Location right next to the A-C-E and 1-2-3 subway lines which will get you over a lot of the island quickly. Amazing value for a modern looking hotel. Great shower in room, decent bed and TV and in great location, about 4 blocks from Soho shopping. Great budget business outpost. And breakfast is included and nice with egg and waffle options in addition to cereal, etc.

We needed to be in SOHO and TRIBECA neighborhood so this hotel fit the bill. I wanted a hotel that served breakfast since we like not having to look for a place to eat first thing in the morning. The room was bit small but confortable to stay. it is placed close to Soho and very convenient to take subway. I will again use them when i have chance to visit NY again.

Overall, the hotel was good. My only complaint was the curtains. They didn't close all the way and it didn't appear that they were designed to close all the way. It didn't make any sense to me.

Will definitely be staying here again. Hotel is very close to the heart of SoHo as well blocks away from 3 different subway lines. Hotel staff was very friendly! Would come back and stay with them for that alone. Internet was also free which is a huge plus since I had to do some work during the trip and they offered free breakfast each morning.
