Extended Stay America Economy Austin - Round Rock - North in Round Rock

We definitely got what we paid for. Small room with a small ( not a queen) HARD bed. Only 1 lamp table beside one side of the bed. No bathroom counter except the back of the toilet. Only a shower NO tub.

The hotel was awesome. Our room included a stove and sink with all the necessary plate and silver wear which was uncommon. They had a laundry room, great location, excellent staff, good vibes. I'd stay there again any day.

This hotel is well located with Starbucks and Sprout supetrmarket nearby. Very clean rooms. The pillows are to thick and tough for my taste. There is a railway close to the hotel and we listen at least three trains passed by during the night.

The first room we were assigned was never touched so had to go all the way back down from the 3rd floor n wait on another room. The room was nothing like the pics showed its not worth the money you pay no matter the amount I will rather sleep in my car than stay there again. The hotel was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. The room, booked at a King non-smoking was a twin smoking that smelled of cigar and urine. There was mold in the shower, blood looking substance on the floor and door frame, torn up bedspread. The floors were dirty as well as all the drawers and food in the microwave that was missing the turn table. […] The toilet lid was sticky and dust all over the furniture. Furnityre was deteriorated. The coffee maker basket still had coffee in it with several inches of mold growing out of it. When I called Hotels.Com to move, all they could do is recommend another room at the same hotel chain several miles from where I had just driven from when they had said there were no rooms available. This hotel would be OK if you are just passing through and need a room for the night at a low price. Not for those who like to be waited on, as if you stay more than one night, you will need to go to the desk to get clean towels, etc. Not many amenities, no ice machine either. Very courteous and reasonable...no frills but basic needs met!

hard bed, no free wifi. $5 wifi wouldnt connect. and it was priced at $45, but its $55 after tax with wifi charge.

The room was clean enough except for the bathroom walls, and the chair was torn. The room had a very bad distinct odor that kept us awake at night.

my only complaint is partly my fault but i'll post it so nobody else makes the same mistake. When you book a room that says double for the bed situation, it means one bed that sleeps two. My dad and i ended up sleeping on the floor.

This hotel is in a horrible location. Right next to train tracks, in the course of the night there were at least 5 trains that went by, and every time they blew the horn on the train multiple times. So I did not much sleep. Every time the train would go by, it would wake me up. Such a horrible place to put a hotel. Then to top it off, some random guy […] knocks on my door at 05.30 AM, and wakes me up again. Check out time is 11 AM, at 09:00 AM, house keeping knocks on my door, and wakes me up again. So lets just say I didn't get much sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here at this Hotel to anyone if you are looking for a good nights rest Lees meer

The room we got was dirty- no other way to describe it. It was empty packets of cigarettes lying on the floor near the side table and in the bathroom. Cigarette butt was found on the room bible as well. Its cheap but its not worth the filth.

Hotel was really low cost. With that said, you will not expect much. However, the bed was comfortable, a TV works, the kitchen works, and no problems with the bathroom. As long as you are looking just to stay over and not for luxury, you will be happy with this choice.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. The room was small, towels uncomfortable, and the bed wasn't the greatest (small and a bit stiff). There was a freight train that passes by half a block down several times a day (though it never bothered me much). However, I had this expectation coming into it. I stayed at this hotel for the price AND the name. It was well worth it. No, the bed is not a plush-top - but it is not old, hard or gross. The room was very clean. It contained two sets of dishes, as I was in a room with only one double/full bed. The ac worked very well - and I like it to be cold. The carpet was clean throughout as were the linens. […] The bath was not tiny, but the shower was only a shower - no tub...however, the water pressure was awesome! They provide soap for the sink and shower, but no shampoo, etc. I will stay there again. I've read that some people were turned off by the bridge with bats in it.... it's actually and overpass about two blocks away that the bats live under - it's kinda cool! Yes, you can smell the guano - but it's not a big deal. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were nice - as were the three other guests that we met in the lobby and hallways. It's not a creepy place. The lobby is almost non-existent but the desk is adequate and inviting for check in and out. My room was quiet - even though the hotel was completely full. Room was small...quaint and quiet. We liked the little kitchen in the room too. We enjoyed our stay. The location was pretty good considering the layout of Round Rock along IH35. The train tracks nearby didn't disturb us and there were plenty of towls for the both of us.

The area is ok. Was very diasappointed in that the ac stayed at a fixed temp so the room was stuffy. There was visible roach traps which was gross. The size of space was ok. And in the end there was rarely anyone at the front desk.

I really appreciated the how the staff treated me and my wife during our stay. This hotel was close to everything we needed, and just a few minutes from Austin which was an added bonus too.

There are a lot of flea. I can not stay there anymore.

It's ok for 1 night, bed was pretty hard, woke up with a sore arm. Also, I reserved a room with a double bed and received a room with 1 bed. When I inquired about the bed the female at the front desk said that double meant the bed was double the size. I didn't push the issue since I was only staying 1 night. You pay low rate you get low rate rooms. Our curtains and bedding had burn holes in them and the carpet was embedded with gum and other substances. The non smoking room smelled like a smoking room and the fridge made a horrible sound.

When you're looking for an economic place to stay, Extended Stay America is a decent choice. They have all the basic amenities for a great price!

So... there was a fire in one of the rooms when I arrived. Evidently someone used the microwave incorrectly. The person at the desk was having a hard time dealing with it frantically running around trying to figure out what to do. When I did get to my room I was shocked as to how bad it actually smelled, like someone fried food all day. There was no […] blanket on the bed, just a sheet and the cover. There was also a party going on in the parking lot outside my room until 2 am or so. Good thing I had earplugs. Lees meer

Very clean and comfortable for the price. Chest was kind of beat up and bottom drawer was broken. There was only 1 package of coffee and it wasn't enough for 3 people. Most places at least give you 2 with the room. Bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

My girlfriend is from Texas, and stayed here before. We both liked it

the staff was great..I am only rating the hotel a 3 because it was near the railroad tracks and the bed was very hard. But, overall not bad for the money.

I stayed Extended Stay America Economy Austin - Round Rock - South which is just 0.5 miles away from this hotel and compared to that this North hotel is not at all recommended - Room is very small, not clean, next to the railway track. So pay little more for South - Extended Stay and enjoy your stay.

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to get any sleep, it will not happen..If they keep the room you already paid for you will be rudely awakeded every night by a loud freight train that runs right next to the hotel...or the guests that stay up partying and jumping up and down above or below you..seems the workers there wouldn't care if u slept on […] the floor in the lobby...this hotel was horrible and would not suggest anyone to ever stay their, nor will I ever stay their again or any hotel with the same name for that matter Lees meer

This was a very quiet location and everything was just as advertised. We had a little trouble finding it...but when we called they gave better directions and were ready with our hotel keys to get in our room as soon as we arrived.

The location, customer service and size of my room and ease of check-in and check-out was great. No hassel at all. After a long drive, it was what I needed. The room was very clean and no smells. I will be staying there again.

The facility is gear'd towards maintenance workers, either building construction, oil field...etc. Not really meant for leisure type or business type. You probably won't get the rest you deserve. My own bed is a TEMPUR-Pedic one. So you can see the difference is this harder bed. But you have to experience it to make your own decision. The Hotel is too expensive for that quality. Bed sheet are durty, the room stinks (at least the one they gave). We reserved two bed and I was given a one bed. I think it's time for a remodel for this hotel

Came in Gave my ID and room key was handed. Room was complete as pictured, all appliances worked, desk clerk was polite and informitive.

Extended Stay America Economy Austin - Round Rock - North was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional in their courtesy. I would recomend staying there again.
