Elke 16-inch lcd-televisie heeft satellietzenders en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn. Elke badkamer is voorzien van douches, een bidet, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

A little further out from the Termini staiton. Will need a cab to get to it. The hotel staff was not the most pleasent, but we had no issues. The hotel is clean. Served a GREAT breakfast. (the lady survers were very nice) Bathroom had a reused towel with lipstick on it. (staff gave us new towels) The rest of the room was very clean

This hotel may be among the "reasonably" priced ones, but the quality of service is below par for one rated by others as 3-star. The TV did not work for the first day and there was no repair person to handle the job. The front desk couldn't tell on which channel one would find an English serivice. "Search from channel 101 onwards and you'll find one," […] I was told. Well, after the 600th channel, I still couldn't find one. The wake-up service was 5 minutes late! "Ok location...appalling service"
Lets start with the good, the location is ok, not amazing but you are within a 10 min walk of the central station, and have 3 metro stops on 2 different lines within 10 mins also...thats the good out the way with...lets move on to the bad We travel with a bag of medication, a few ongoing perscriptions, contact lenses and then the standard pain killers, […] sun tan lotion, imodium etc...this bag dissapperared from the room. no i will make the point here I do not believe it was stolen...I believe the cleaning staff made an honest mistake (it was all in a carrier bag) and threw it away by mistake...,my problem is with the reaction from the hotel, think Manuel from fawlty towers saying "I know nothing" and you get the general idea. At the end of the day I don't care how the bag dissapeared...it was there when we went out...now its not, I expect a hotel in a situation like that to take some responsibility, the result was having to replace the items we could locally (69 EUR) while replacing the specifics (prescriptions, contact lenses) when we got home (approx £40) So as you can see this proved to be a very expensive stay at a very poor quality hotel...Avoid! AC was amazing since Rome is so hot in the summer. They had a great breakfast and the rooms were nice. Our bathroom was a little outdated, but otherwise no complaints!

"Good value hotel in Rome centre"
We went for a 5 night stay. Hotel good value for an expensive city. Fairly near many of the main sites, e.g. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain but needed the Metro to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Could have walked but more comfortable by Metro. Main train station a realistic 20 minute walk. Room very good. Booked for a double and were put in a […] triple looking out at the main street. Satellite tv with Italian programmes, obviously, but we did pick up Sky News. Anyway, you are not in Rome to watch TV so that didn't really matter!Comfortable and clean except for the wobbly shower partition but that was OK. Breakfast a standard continental one, nothing special but, again, OK. Staff efficient but not gushing so some people might take them as unfriendly but not so. Fairly expensive restaurants around the hotel so look a little further. We found a good one between the hotel and train station called La Famiglia. Good food and reasonable prices. All in all a good holiday but strong legs needed for all the walking and the temp was in the low and mid 30s so next time we'll go back probably in May. Recommend booking for any museums etc. you want to see because the queues were horrendous but, with our online vouchers we were in all of them within 5 minutes. Lees meer
In general the hotel was very good for location friendly staff etc but my one gripe was that the toilet in the bedroom did not work and while we reported the fault and it was fixed we found that we had to do the same each day of our stay as it would work only once each time it was fixed.

Very cute hotel. I do not think that the staff were very helpful and very happy to serve you. This hotel is not for someone who has problems walking up stairs. We needed a porter to take care of our suitcases since there were way too many stairs. It was a maze to get to our room.
"good budget hotel 20mins from Station Termini"
The hotel is located in a tourist and commercial sector 20 mins from Station Termini and 10 mins from Republican Metro stop. Its 30 mins walk to city centre and main tourist attractions. There is some noise on a morning and evening from the nearby shops and restrurants but nothing that was disturbing. The hotel is small with attractive and functional […] reception and breakfast room. The food is simple and basic and enough to give you a start on a morning. Breakfast is between 7 and 9:30. Our room was small but comfortable. The bathroom had only a shower and was dated. Hotel Flavia was a lovely hotel ten minutes walk from the main train station in Rome. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast and the staff were polite and helpful. The Hotel is set just back from a main road so has a very convenient location but is still quiet at night. Not sure what constitutes a 3 star rating, but I would have ranked this as a 2 star at best. Location was good, very safe, embassy area, 20 min walk to major train station. Price was good (cheaper than most in Rome). Breakfast good, comfort good, service good, size of room larger than expected (it's still european size) and clean (except the shower). Downsides: […] 1)The shower had visible mold. It's old and just needs a good dose of bleach or re caulking. The shower pressure was great. 2)One night 3 different Italian families retreated to their rooms between 0130-0300 and talked so loudly it woke us up. We heard it all from crying to laughter to everything in between. I'm a heavy sleeper. The next night I wore earplugs and heard nothing. We really liked Hotel Flavia. It was very close to the train station and close to all of the sights. The rooms are small and pretty modest but they're clean and fairly comfortable. it's what you expect for the money but given how little time we spent in the hotel, it was a real value! The breakfast was a big plus too. There was yogurt, cereal, assorted […] meats and cheeses and pastries so it was a good assortment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Although there are probably better locations, I think it was a great location for the money and made getting in and out of Rome a snap. My husband and I are active and love to walk so we actually never took transportation to any sight as they were all within walking distance. So if you're active, this is a perfect hotel to stay in. This hotel was in an excellent location. It was only a 15 minute walk to Termini station where you can catch a subway, or book a "hop on, hop off" bus tour. Go left, then take a right and there is an international ATM on the corner at the top of the street. There is a lovely restaurant right outside the hotel, as well as a grocery store and take out-style […] eatery as you walk down the street to the left. This hotel has a lovely breakfast with lots of choice which is included in the price. This hotel is not expensive. It was comfortable, but not luxurious. Reception area and breakfast room look imposing but that's about it. Room was small, just fine for a weekend but not if you want to stay longer. Walls are thin, I heard everything in the next room. Service was poor and no information on transportation to the airport, except a taxi for Euro 50! No info that there is a train to and from the airport or […] a SIT bus close to the hotel that takes you to the airport for Euro 8 pp. No monthly Rome-brochure, normal in other hotels. "Decent price, decent location, good breakfast, small room."
Mostly positive experience, little to rave about, little to complain about. Met our expectations. Reasonable price, small room (but not atypical for Europe) but OK shower, tiny elevator, friendly-enough staff most of whom spoke at least passing English. Very good breakfast for the continent -- a small buffet of meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, very […] good coffees. Not central (a few blocks NW of train station (Termini)) but nice neighborhood with handful of restaurants, wine bar, grocer, and a couple blocks from metro stops. We walked all of central Rome from the hotel, from Vatican to Caracella Baths, Forum, Coliseum, to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Spanish Steps. We recommend it for the traveller planning to spend most of his/her time outside in the city, as we did, and not in the tiny hotel room. Lees meer

Pros: This hotel had all the ammenities that we needed. It was clean, safe, and it was only a 5-10 min walk to the Repubblica metro station. The breakfast was also delicious. The best part was the convenience of location. Cons: The staff service was awful. I am a very polite and reserved person and at the end of the stay I had to bit my tongue to not […] give them a piece of my mind of what I thought of their treatment. The first thing that they accused me when I came in was that my sister was over 12 years old based on just her looks but she really is not. After proving to them with her passport that she was under 12 they didn't apologize but just blew everything off. That was offensive. Then when my mom accidentally left the key in the room only for a few minutes, we went to ask them for help, and they criticized how clumsy we were and that we were wasting their electricity because they assumed the lights were also still on since the key was still in the room. Finally, when I asked to use their internet and printed out one a sheet of paper, they yelled in a condenscending tone saying who told me I could use their printer. Well, the printer was next to the computer that was available to all guests to use, and I only assumed the printer was also available. I apologized and offered them 0.50 euros trying to correct the situation. The staff just rolled his eyes and took the coin. In brief, the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and I was actually afraid to say "hi" to them or look at them when I went by the lobby. Vi var ett par som stannade i ca. en vecka på andra våningen, det fanns inte någon trappa för gäster att använda, bara en liten hiss godkänd för 4 pers. men mycket trångt även för 3 pers., vid en brand skulle det kunna bli väldigt farligt. Det fanns dörrar i korridoren med nödutgångsskylt, men vem visste vad fanns bakom dessa dörrar. Korridoren var […] extremt smal och byggd som en labyrint snirklande fram och tillbaka en pelare stod i mitten i och då blev ändå trängre ca. 60 cm att passera. Rummet var väldigt litet det fanns ungefär en meter fri yta runt dubbelsängen det var mycket mörkt trots de två 2 fönster som öppnades mot en innergård. Interiören var sparsam. Minsta möjliga TV, saknades toalettpappershållare, tvålkopp, hylla för schampo mm i duschen, handduks/ klädkrokar. Kakelplattor i duschen hade ramlat ut och inte åtgärdats, utan putset bakom låg helt öppet och hade börjat mögla. Beställd internetuppkoppling till rummet fungerade inte de första dagarna, mycket sporadiskt resten av veckan efter flera kontakter med receptionen. Taxiservice via hotellet innebar att taxi beställdes till flygplatsen då man var tvungen köpa hotellets taxikupong och kontant betalning i förväg till receptionen. Plus var frukostserveringen främst beroende på den trevliga personalen som lagade superb espresso, dock var utbudet kanske även det något påvert. Ett annat plus är läget då bussar, tunnelbana och ett flertal restauranger finns inom promenadavstånd. Lees meer

Käynnistä jäi oikein miellyttävä vaikutelma. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palveluhaluista. Heiltä sai hyviä neuvoja esim. liikkumiseen kaupungilla. Hotelli on hyvin siisti ja muutenkin vastasi odotuksia. Suihku tosin oli turhan tukkoinen ja lämmintä vettä sai tovin odotella. Kaikki kuitenkin toimi. Sijainti on varsin rauhallisen pikkukadun […] varrella kuitenkin lähellä isompaa katua. Ravintoloita, voileipiä, pitsoja ym. elintarvikkeita myyviä liikkeitä on lähellä. samoin muita kauppoja ja liikkeitä sekä pankki (jossa sisällä pankkiautomaatti) on n. 10 min kävelymatkan sisällä. Tunnetuille nähtävyyksille pääsee kätevästi bussilla tai metrolla. Julkisen liikenteen asemille tai pysäkeille on hotellilta niinikään varsin lyhyt kävelymatka. Lees meer

"Bra läge, utan stök om kvällarna"
Billigt och komfortabelt hotell, med ett mycket bra läge. Är du frisk i benen har du gångavstånd till såväl centrum som till sevärdheter som Colosseum, Vatikanen, Fontana di trevi etc. Kvarteren är dessutom lugna och trygga om kvällen/natten, med ett flertal fina restauranger. Frukosten är helt okej, och städningen sköts utan problem. Rummen är inte […] så stora men duger gott om du inte är alltför kräsen. En nackdelen är dock att personalen i receptionen inte är särskilt trevlig eller tillmötesgående (får du ett hej när du kommer ska du vara nöjd), men om man kan bortse från detta kan jag rekommendera detta hotell. L'unica nota positiva consiste nella vicinanza dell'hotel al centro di Roma, accessibile a piedi. Per il resto è un hotel molto sporco, la moquette era piena di polvere, i muri vecchi e anch'essi sporchi, le lenzuola non lavate bene e soprattutto nella nostra camera e in quella dei nostri amici mancava addirittura il bidet, il che non era assolutamente […] segnalato sul sito. Mycket bra pris nivå och läge. Frukosten bra och natt öppen reception med engelsk språkig personal. Badrummet var inte i nivå med övriga utrymmen på hotellet. Troligtvis fel byggt badrum. Personalen var bra och hjäplsam vid frågor.

Das Hotel ist von aussen, im Empfangsbereich und im Speisesaal sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Leider war das Zimmer und das Bad sehr staubig und im Bad / Fugen war Schimmel. Es ist sehr hellhörig und dadurch relativ laut. Obwohl in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, nachts auch sehr laut. Cet hotel est plutôt correctement bien situé: proche de la gare Termini et pas trop éloigné des principaux centres d'interêts, plus éloigné du Trastevere (quartier animé où se trouve grand nombres de restaurants). La rue est calme. Tarif plutôt interessant et équipements correct: douche, WC, bidet, linge de toilettes, lit 2 personnes avec draps propres, […] tv avec sat, bureau, bar, clim. Creo que es un buen hotel aunque sólo sea de tres estrellas. El servicio y el personal son correctos. Las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado y limpias. La zona es tranquila y segura, teniendo en cuenta que esta rodeado de edificios del gubernamentales. La comunicación es buena: a un minuto hay parada de autobuses que te llevan al centro histórico […] y San Pedro, a cinco hay una estación de metro y Termini. No tuve ningún problema. Fint værelse, ikke særlig stort. Fint rent. Morgenmaden er desværre ikke særlig god. Lækre restauranter lige uden for døren og hyggelige gader.
"Ganz nett"
Zimmer und Frühstück waren für diesen Preis ok. Nebenan kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Lage nicht wirklich super, da 15min zu Fuß von Termini bis zum Hotel. Da gibt es besser gelegene Hotels. Treppenhaus war zwar vorhanden, aber die Tür war zu, daher war man immer gezwungen in den 1. Stock mit dem Mini-Aufzug zu fahren.
