Voor zo'n groot hotel en van deze status is de ontbijt locatie niet in verhouding. Veel te kleine ruimte met te weinig aanbod aan ontbijt benodigheden.

This hotel certainly meets the three C's: comfort, cleanliness and convenience. This is a nice hotel, outside as well as inside. Our room (king) was spacious and had a nice flatscreen tv in it. We had an coffeemaker, microwave and fridge (witch was quite large). The bathroom was really good as well. There were 2 downsides. First of all our only window […] was facing some sort of banquet hall. It seems to serve its purpose as an indian wedding venue. Lucky for us the weedings only take place in the weekends. The other downside was that the hotel was really noisy. This is especially unpleasant seeing as this hotel is also used by many airport guests. You will wake up at 1 a.m, then 2.40, then 3.10, then 3.55, then 4.20, etc. The 'continental' breakfast was mediocre. There was only toast, eggs and cereal. The location is fine. It is in proximity of the airport and the city is within a 20 minute cardrive. There are several fastfood chains in the vicinity. Front desk service was delightful and helpful. Helpful service especially for small items we forgot for our trip (razors, toothbrush extra pillows) Room was clean and good for the rate we paid. for our specific need the hotel was conveniently right off the highway. Anyone looking for tourists sights, probably not the hotel for you.

Had an indian vibe to the place. Very nice with a function hall. The place didnt meet my expectations as I got from the pictures I see here. Room was need and comfortable. Was ok. Not bad

I've stayed at this hotel before. Must I say, the first time I stayed here was so great! Now, I don't ever think I will again. The management was VERY rude. There was nothing but a total mix up with the rooms we've booked. Not satisfied at all.

The Woodbine hotel is not very conveniently located. It is far from the airport and very far from downtown Toronto. There is long walk to the nearest bus stop. Woodbine hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the airport and the taxi ride is $40.00. The hotel offer a relatively good value for the money especially for someone who has a car. The hotel is nice and right in the middle of all the locations rooms were clean and the breakfast is good for free breakfast that is only problem i had was the other guests mistaken me as "The Help" because im African American lol

I booked this hotel the second time after we stayed there by chance 2 months ago. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with everything and the receptions are very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone specially to young couples to enjoy a very romantic place.

This was our 3rd time staying at this location and we will return. The rooms are always clean and they have a nice free breakfast. The people who complain about this place just like to complain. Where else can you get a nice clean room in Toronto for this price??

This hotel has a great location and is very well maintained. The lobby is greating and the rooms are nicely furnished. The hot breakfast was a little more than expected. It wasn't too diverse, but fruit, juice and eggs and saugage is a nice way to start the day. Housekeeping was great and did a nice job every day. We were there a total of 8 days. unforgettable experience. recommended to all. For those who wish to go to the city by public transportation: take bus 37 (in front of Airport Mazuda car service) to the Islington Subway station, but take bus 37A (NOT 37!) back from the city and get off at Queen's Plate.

Third times a charm. New management team. Still very clean, convenient and cost effective hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. But our overall stay was not great. The room was too warm, and the air conditioner was not working. When we asked the staff to help, the gentleman was very nice, but was unable to resolve the issue, and informed us that he "tried" to switch us rooms, but that the hotel was "full". I did not believe this to be true […] because there were plenty of parking spaces available outside. It was very suspicious, how can there be not ONE room available? Everything went as it was supposed to. Friendly and professional staff, nice atmosphere... And everything that needed to be sorted out was sorted out without hassle. For example I checked in with US$ cash as deposit. When I told them I am checking out (without prior notice) they did not have US$ in cash. They apologised and kindly gave me CA$ which […] is valued more. It is located West of Toronto close to the airport which means it is a bit of a long commute to the city centre. If you are happy to use Toronto's public transport or you want to rent a car this will actually work quite well for you. It is cheaper than its counterparts closer to downtown. It is a quiet neighbourhood. And easier to get your things back to airport. I stayed for 5 nights and did my bookings of everyday separately so this is applicable to a 5 night stay. Lees meer

This was a nice convenient place to stay and cheapest one I could find in the area. Staff were helpful, and free breakfast included. Close to airport and Woodbine mall.

The room was very nice and modern , King bed , internet worked easily , Quiet and secure , staff were nice and friendly. The hall way and public areas seemed old and dated but my room was very nice

I stayed here in mid January and the hotel itself was great, luckily no one was using the banquet hall at the time I was there because it would have been loud. The hotel is nice but it is not convenient if you do not have a car. The only thing close is a Tim Hortons. The bus station is around a 15-20 min walk.

This hotel is in the process of improving everything, due to their joining the Carlson Hotels group, so it seems as if you dropped in unannounced. Our room's heating unit was broken, which they tried to correct by putting in a space heater. While it did heat the room extremely well, it was rather loud. I don't know why they did not offer to put us in […] another room. We were too tired to care at the moment. Our phone did not work, but was replaced as soon as we asked. Not worth staying at this property. Rooms condition very poor, rooms are not cleaned. Washroom too dirty. You can see hair all over in the sink . Don't think the sheets were changed either. No pillows on the bed. They have 4 cushions on the bed. Hard to sleep with cushions. The room was very clean and cozy, the staff were very helpful. Definitely worth the stay, especially since it was such a good price. I would recommend it again and again!

People at the desk are no help..this hotel is 20 minutes out of Toronto and the front desk does not know how much a cab to downtown is or where the nearest gas station is. Room was nice, creepy cameras in ever hallway. Wouldn't stay there again.

The staff service was ok. Nothing fancy about the hotel, it is decent for the going rate. The smell is a bit musty however, and the complimentary breakfast very low on options.

Convenient to Airport Free Breakfast it is okay We selected the option for 2 Queen Rooms, they don't have Queen beds at this hotel. Only 2 Double or 1 King. So was disappointed in that and the lack of knowledge of front desk. Only 2 people knew what they were doing. Other than that, clean, comfortable, easy to get to.

Hotel was close to where i needed to be. If you dont have a car, its awful as there isnt much near by in the way of food. My room was not the cleanest. The floor was dirty and when thry came to clean they didnt do anything but make the bed. They do have an ok breakfast with hot food and fresh fruit.

Room is ok there is no Resturant in the hotel. Have to go out to find one.
