The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was in excellent condition and because I got in fairly late and was traveling with an infant, it was a relief to be able to order a decent meal on room service.

We would have been very satisfied with our stay except for two big problems. The air conditioning in our room was totally non- functional. We didn't complain as we had already unpacked when the problem was discovered and didn't want the inconvenience of reap king and moving to another room. In addition, the tap water was undrinkable. I dcon't usually do this but hotel was very clean. Check-in and out was very easy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Great location for us due to proximity to family members. Would stay there again.

I resent the fact that $25.00 was posted to my credit card when we paid cash for the breakfast meal and did not use our credit card for anything except the room rent. The $25.00 is still on our card today (Dec 27) even though we checked out on Dec 25th. Why does it take to long to clear this illegal charge?

I was here for a wedding and reception. It was so much fun, really enjoyed the whole hotel, I must say that Trappers the restauruant that is located on top floor is probably the highlight of the town of Parker, its got a great view and is really cool to lounge. Also the rooms and the hotel seemed very updated and new but the pool area needs some work […] seems that must of just been left from over and needs some work. But the bonus is that the bathrooms off the pool area and fitness room have showers which I thought was amazing bonus. Lees meer

My husband and I came for a weekend to visit our kids/grandkids. The hotel was 2 miles from their home. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. We were very pleased. It was an excellent value for the $.

Wonderful service, great staff and terrific location. Breakfast was great, would like to see some variation with breakfast foods we had the same thing everyday but quality was still good. I would recommend this hotel and location.

The king suite was clean, quiet, and spacious. Service was good. Breakfasts were excellent. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Easy access to main thoroughfares.

We had a great stay. The only complaint was with the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was perfect, location was great. Cindy, at the front desk was more than helpful and very courtious. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. We loved having the steak restaurant right there! Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was just right for our need to get out in a hurry!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and patient with us. They answered all of our questions about events and activities happening in the area and were very polite and courteous to us. We got lots of excellent ideas of where to go while we were in Parker.

I had planned on staying 3 nights. However, a huge snow storm came in on day 2 and I decided that it would be safer for me and my 8 yr old daughter to check out early and get out of the storm. The hotel was close to being deserted, we saw very few people in the hallways or the lobby, yet the manager would not even consider refunding even part of our […] money for the room. We stayed 1 night and paid for 3. We weren't taking up a room when they were full and had no others. In this economy, we should all try to help each other when we can. I felt the manager (Michael) was completely without compassion or concern for his customers. The bottom line is his only concern. I believe in supporting companies that prove their customers' satisfaction comes first. This is definately not one of them. There are plenty of other hotel chains out there who will go out of their way to help someone when needed. I urge you to choose them instead. Lees meer

Arrived early expecting to be told that we would have to check in at a later time, but no, they had a room open and let us check in. The room was clean and refreshing and the building was very sound proof which was nice also.

The steakhouse rest in this hotel is excellent. So blown away that a holiday inn has a good rest. upscale, great bar, worth a dinner there!

The room was nice and the customer service was okay. However, the breakfast was not very good at all. In fact, we opted to forfeit the free breakfast after the first try.
