Nice place, great breakfast. Pool was cold but my toddler didn't mind. Rooms are nice, but could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Staff was very pleasant.

The hotel, had an odor in the hall, had to wait 2 hours for towels calling twice to see here they are... the hotel RAN out... How do you run out! if you leave something behind, well it is gone as anything left in any room goes in one big pile.. Not in a bag with the room number and date on it. I was very disatisfied with the hotel we stayed at. The restrooms near the poor were very dirty. Down right disgusting. The pool area was nice, however it had 2 basketball hoops but only one ball. When your facility has nice pool with play equipment it would be very accomidating if you toys for the kids to play with. The pool staff were unattentive […] and busy hanging out with eachother. The lobby staff was very understaffed but did the best they could with what they had. I waited 35 min for clean linen. The room was so narrow, we could not get a cott in the room due to a fire hazzard, that was very inconvenient. I was very disappointed with our stay. MANAGEMENT ON DUTY FIRST DAY NOT SO GOOD, RUDE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING! REST OF STAFF GREAT, DID EVENTUALLY ENJOY MYSELF, GREAT FOOD WILL GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE. KIDS ENJOYED THEMSELVES.

What drew us to this hotel was the waterpark photos and close proximity to family we were visiting. The hotel location was fine, the location of room with in the hotel was not. We had a second floor room overlooking the pool. The pool was very busy late in the evening and the curtains we had were shear (enought to provide privacy for changing but not […] to keep the light and sound out). This made it extremely difficult for our small children to fall asleep until the pool closed at 10pm. Lees meer

The shower in our room had a clogged drain and we were told to use a room 6 doors down the hall to shower..Well with two little children with 2 adults, it was not convienient at all. The pool closed at 9pm and the electronic door to pool did not lock. So to me that was a great safety issue with children..No key needed. Breakfast tables were very loose. […] I almost lost a cup of coffee all over myself and others. I reported to the gal at the front desk about the pool/table issues. Front desk staff not very friendly at all. I have stayed here a few times before and had no problems..This is the first I've stayed with my grandchildren..What a hassle it was. We stayed there and I was a little nervous since it has a small waterpark and there were lots of children. The rooms must have been very sound proof as we didn't hear a thing outside our room. Beds were very comfortable and you get your choice of types of pillows on each bed, soft or firm. Only issue with the room was there was water on the bathroom floor in several spots. Pool area was actually called a "waterpark". Only had one slide and it was more of a kid slide than for use by adults. We staying at this hotel because we have a 5 year old who was in the car for about 6 hours and they advertised a "play land" in their pool for kids. And that's exactly what it was. My little one loved it, it was great. She swam, played and slept great in the very comfortable bed. The room was outstanding, we got a suite becasue I had a teenager as well […] who wanted her own space. So she took the fold out couch which she said was actually very comfortable. The only issue I had was the lady at the front desk. She could have been a little more pleasant....as she is in the service industry. She was very stoic and not very polite when I asked her questions. But overall, it was great and I would definately stay again given the chance. Lees meer

We were pleasantly surprised by the Kids Water Park. Everyone enjoyed it and we had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff super friendly. Breakfast was great!
