We really had a great time while staying at the Holiday Inn, Maple Grove, MN. My two girls both 7 really enjoyed the pool with all of the great water activities. Beautiful Hotel, very friendly staff, quiet and confortable room. Chose this hotel because they advertise the water park is "not open to the public" ... what they neglect to say is that they are "open to birthday parites without staying at the hotel" ... they had 3 birthday parites on one day - two on another. Clean, modern rooms and great service! The pool area was the best I've ever seen in a hotel and had a perfect toddler pool for my 2-year-olds. We will be back!

room was arranged with lots of space comfortable beds and the pillows were perfect, we always bring our own pillows when traveling,but were not needed. .the balcony added another nice addition to the room ,the grandkids loved the water park the bar and large refer made this a very pleasurable experience thanks

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic and the slides were great!! Front desk staff were great, always ready to help. Was given a map of the area which was very nice and helpful. Very happy I booked here, family loved it !

The location was perfect. We had a suite and it was very comfortable. We were only there for one night but it was well worth it. The check in staff was superb.

Waterpark area great for our kids aged 7 and 8 for 2 days. Concessions area a nice surprise. Room clean and spacious. We had a suite with bunk beds for the kids that worked great. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Kids enjoyed the pool/waterpark area. It was nice to see the lifeguards on duty at the park as well. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was awesome, the indoor pool was amazing and the hot tub was even better. The room was very clean, the staff was very polite and the location was great. There are so many shops/stores and restaurants in the area that it made for a great weekend. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice place in convenient location; however it was downer that the pool area was strickly set up for kids. also adults couldn't bring their own bevages in the pool area.

I have two kids 1 and 4 - this place was perfect for them. There is a very large zero depth pool with 3 slides for the younger crowd, and a large pool with ropes, 2 big slides, and basketball for the older crowd. Kids 12 and under eat free at the hotel restaurant - nothing fancy, but they serve a great burger. Staff is very friendly. Hotel was awesome, bed was a super firm, the water park was ok for kids 1-13. two small water tubes slides not very good. lots of lifeguards. if your looking to use only the water park go to the holiday inn @ Otsego much better water park.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was close to good shopping and food, yet far enough from the city to be comfortable and not terribly busy. Amazing pool area! Only complaint they get from me is that the amazing waterslide (which admittedly sold me on picking this hotel) is only open on weekends! Was very diappointed. Ordered and paid for in advance for a 2 queen bed room. Had my brother and 2 nephews stay in room. found out afterwards that they received a 1 king bed and a pull out. The pull out was unsleepable! Not happy with the service. If i pay in advance and select a 2 bed room, I should get it. My sister lives nearby. THE FRONT DESK FOLKS WERE VERY NICE (Chris & Maggie). The pool gals were very nice & helpful with the little ones. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT WE COULD NOT ORDER A […] PIZZA OR BRING ANY TAKE-OUT FOOD AND SIT OUTSIDE AND EAT IT. Everything had to be ordered from the hotel (or else eaten in our rooms)....very strange rule. The grounds were lovely & we would return. The hotel was EMPTY OVER THE 4th of JULY. Good location for shops and eating all around Arbor Lakes (Maple Grove). Good Hwy access to everything else in downtown Mpls. & St. Paul (about 25 min away). Lees meer

I will never stay at another hotel near the cities. This hotel is very nice with exceptional service. The rooms were clean, everything is like new, the staff are very curtious, and the waterpark is tons of fun! My family enjoyed their stay!!!

Nice family oriented hotel. Kids rooms with bunk beds were a hit. Water park is small, but certainly enough to thrill the kids in the middle of winter. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Awesome Awesome Awesome...I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asked. We had the hot tub suite and I travel a lot for business and stay in many "4 star" hotels - and this was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The front desk clerk Paul was incredibly nice and helpful. Great experience all around.

everything was as expected. the hotel staff was friendly and made us feel welcome the breakfast could have been a little better but other then that the pool and our room was amazing we will definatley be returning if we are ever going to stay in the same area again
