This was an OK room for the price with a few inconveniences. Tub did not have a bath mat or any sort of safety decals so it was very slippery when getting in & out. Was difficult to maintain room temp since heater either ran continuously making it too hot or was off making it too cold. Beds were a bit too soft for my bad back but the kids loved them. […] Beds are very tall; my youngest had difficulty getting in & out. This hotel does a great job to set itself above the competition in Wichita. Really happy with my 4 night stay there. Decent breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had numerous maintenance issues. If all maintenance issues were resolved, I'd give the hotel 5 stars!

All juices were watered down by at least half more water than required and bacon, eggs & pancakes were tasteless. Hotel next to midnight train to GA tracks...by the horn toots thru the night and In flight libe path.

The hotel was very nice, It was very clean, & the staff was very friendly. The hotel was only 10mins from our event. I think the rates we a little high but that would be my only complaint. All in all I would choice to go back there again.

The hotel was in close proximity to our family gathering. The hotel lobby was clean and attractive and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the hallway on the 3rd floor had an odor of smoke and mustiness. The carpets were also worn and very stained. Thankfully this odorl did not carry over into our room. The hotel is easy to access for folks coming to and from the highways/interstates. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the breakfast is decent. I've stayed twice and have had a very welcoming staff member once and one who was fairly unhelpful. Overall it's a good option for the traveler.

We had a spider in our room on a Saturday and I called that day and they assured me that they would take care of it and have a manager call me back. No one ever called me so I e mailed the manager and was told by her that I would hear back on Tuesday after her meeting with her boss and still nothing. I e mailed again on Thursday and it's now Monday […] (a week later) and still no response. The man at the front desk told me that they were having "bug problems" and they were aware of it as they had several complaints that weekend. I would not recommend staying here. Lees meer

Our stay was over night - pros include room and services were what I expected. Was to busy to take advantage of the spa, pool or hot tub but they WERE available. Cons the pillows were uncomfortable even though they has both soft and firm ones and I'm not used to Airplane noise. Actually uncomfortable pillows were the only major dissatisfaction.

Went for a special get-away weekend and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but not too much so. The bar next door was a lot of fun - we made new friends there Friday night. The hotel shuttle took us to the country dance club Saturday night and PICKED US UP when we were ready to come late at night. Can't ask for much more than […] that. Pickup from the airport was fast (but the van needs some mechanical attention). The hotel was nice, clean, and people very friendly and helpful. One of the two computers in the office center would not print to the attached printer but after moving to the other machine, things went well.

Have stayed here before and would stay again. Convenient location for anyone going to the airport. We did use the shuttle service and the driver was courteous and helped us with our luggage. Overall great value.

Overall this was a great hotel. Room was really clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was ok (some food was out and selection was limited in others). The only issue we encountered was the pool. We had specifically requested a hotel with a pool and breakfast as we were traveling with our 2 small children. Well apparently there was a softball/baseball […] tournement in town. When we went to go down to the pool around 8:30 pm we were told there was a problem with the pumps and that they were closing it. Upon looking into the pool room it was PACKED (probably around 40-45 people) which is more than their posted maxium capacity of the pool. They should have been keeping an eye on the capacity of the pool and therefore wouldn't have encountered any problems. They got he problem fixed by the morning (although the spa was still closed) and we decided to swim before we checked out. They had not replinished the towels since the night before and we went to the front desk to ask for more. 25-30 min later when we were ready to go back up to our room to pack they had still not brought any towels down to the pool. This experience would not keep me from staying there again because it was a good value (although I would look into the several other hotels around this area before staying at this one again) but I think the management needs to step up and take better control of their hotel and staff when they are busier than normal. The hotel and the room was very nice,clean, comfortable. We were fine with it but the beds are not meant for older people...you have to climb in because they are high up. My older parents would not have been able to get in bed wtihout a stepstool. The front desk told me when I checked in that there were 2 wedding parties staying there. There were many […] kids running the hallways and then sometime after midnight there were people having conversations and laughing outside our door. We didn't attempt breakfast there due to the crowd and noise level. The pool was wall to wall kids. On a quieter weekend perhaps the experience would have been better. Lees meer

The hotel was very nice and the personel were friendly and helpful. The best part was the shuttle service to and from the concert we were attending so that we did not have to fight the traffic or find parking. I would stay here again.
