Comfortable suite at a reasonable price. Very clean, friendly staff and convenient to military bases in the area. Will definitely stay there again.

"Pet Friendly?"
My family and I stayed here overnight in one of the 2 bedroom suites. Everything about the stay was excellent except for the $100 non-refundable pet charge. I thought this was very excessive for one night. If not for that fact they would have gotten all 5's on my review.

"Better than expected"
I cannot say enough about the staff and the service they provided. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were in Jacksonville when a rare snow/ice storm hit the area and I thought they would have trouble staffing the hotel during this period but they did not miss a beat... right down to the freshly […] baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby! The room was what you would expect, but it is the sevice that really set them apart from any place I've ever stayed. Lees meer

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! I love having a kitchen in the room. It is very helpful especially with children!

this place is fantastic. i read a lot of reviews of different hotels before we traveled to jacksonville to visit my brother who is a marine. i was nervous because my brother filled me in on all the partying those boys do on the weekend in different hotels in the area. not here. this place exceeded all of my expectations and more. clean friendly modern […] i would stay here over and over. never once after check in did i feel like we were in a hotel. this place has everything. and its pet friendly :) my husband and i will be back. "Nice,quiet part of town. Clean, large sized room"
We stayed 4 days to visit with our son, who is in the Marines. Positive side:30 min. to beaches. 5 min from Marine base. Hotel located in quiet area. Close to main part of town. Room was like an apartment. Has furnished kitchen, desk, sofa bed, large bathroom, large closet, Very clean and large size room. Staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. […] Pets allowed. Pool area has a gas grill for guest to use. Negative side: Walls too thin. We heard everyone walking above us, kids running up and down the hall, dog barking next door to us and the conversations of the people in rooms next to us.
