Een ongezellig hotel met zeer onbehulpzaam en brutaal personeel. We waren een dag te laat en ivm onze reservering hadden we het hotel gebeld. Ze zouden terug bellen maar dit werd niet gedaan. Ook op vragen aan de receptie kwam steeds geen antwoord! Tot 4 keer toe! Bij aankomst moesten we zelf onze koffers naar de kamer brengen! LAAT JE NIET MISLEIDEN! […] DE WELNESS WORDT GEWOON ROYAAL IN REKENING GEBRACHT! KOMT EVEN 200 EURO BIJ VOOR EEN PAAR UURTJES SAUNA!!! Het restaurant waar men zo mee te koop loopt is buitengewoon ongezellig en de kwaliteit van het eten zwaar beneden peil! Normaal gesproken schrijf ik in principe nooit slecht beoordelingen maar toen we onze problemen met de receptie wilde bespreken werden we op buitengewoon brutale wijze te woord gestaan! De 5-sterren status ontleent dit hotel aan de luxueuze uitstraling. De service is niet op dit niveau, en de maaltijden ook zeker niet. Pluspunt (voor ons) was gratis internet van goede kwaliteit. Het ontbijt hebben we niet genomen want dat vonden we veel te duur, zeker in relatie tot de prijs van de kamer (die dan wel weer heel schappelijk was). Front desk staff was very helpful. Only real negative was that outsiders had a very difficult time calling into the hotel.

Hotel was wonderful...it even has heated floors in the bathroom, which I'd never seen before! So, it's definitely 5-star. Only negative is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, and there didn't appear to be any services within walking distance...with the exception of the University Hospital which is very close.

Great Hotel, closest to Telefonica in Distrito C which is not centric, but close to metro or 10-12 taxi Euros to city center

The hotel is very modern and relatively near the airport and near de Plaza Castilla, wich is a very good area. Not ok, if you want to walk around.

Great Hotel but not geared to the tourist. Super location for the business traveller but a bit too far out of Madrid for the main tourist attractions. Close to the Metro which is a good way of getting around Madrid.

They tried to make it up to the top but there is a lot of maintenance necessary a lousy bar , no personality it is just a basement, rtes are great but thta is it nothing else to talk about. Except taht people in general were very good I hope this serves other guests

This hotel was excellent value for money, extremely clean, staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel was close enough to the centre of the city without being too close. very easy to travel around from this hotel, we used the metro and it's only a couple of stops to the santiago bernabeu and about 10 mins into the centre attractions . would definitely […] recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madrid. If only for the views alone, which are truly majestic!!! Only thing i could say as a slight negative was that the hotel never had many english speaking TV channels but then again who watches telly on holiday???! thank you Eurostars Madrid tower for a brilliant stay in Madrid. Lovely hotel, VERY well placed for transport links to the city and the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant menu was not particularly appealing (to me) though but there were some alternative options close by.

Can safely say that this hotel was one of the most professional and best quality hotels that I have stayed at. The standard and location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the metro station for access to the whole of the city. The lobby bar was very good as was the service throughout the whole hotel.

Great hotel, good value for money, good location next to Metro station. Couldnt fault the hotel for anything (although the floorboards in the gym creaked a lot)! It is definitely my favoured hotel in Madrid and will stay nowhere else.

Free wifi but no free water felt a little mean, but offset with some nice Lindor chocolates on turndown! Room decor was nice and with a high floor number, great views

Upgraded to junior suite. Amazing room. Very modern but still warm and comfortable. Wifi was great, incredible view. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Overall a great stay.

It's a typical bussiness hotel. No pool, but free internet. Parking in garage. 100 m from the subway station. Easy to reach the airport or city center. Designer rooms with the stress on appearance above the functionality. Nice viewes of Madrid from the upper floors. Excellent value - cheaper than some 3 starr hotels in the city.

It's a metro ride to centre of Madrid and metro stop is just a few mins walk from hotel. Location is the only real negative, but it's only 30 min journey so not not really a major issue. The hotel is faultless, but food and drinks are very expensive! We wanted to eat out so not really a problem. We did pay 7 euros for a jug of milk to replace the powdered […] milked provided with the tea and coffee faciliities in our room - I don't expect powdered milk in 5 star hotel! Gym is very basic but adequate and there's a park adjacent to hotel which was good for running. However, overall this is a great hotel and we had a very good deal which offered exceptional value for money. If you're happy to travel into the centre - the hotel is in Madrid's business district - I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff were great and helped us plan our sightseeing. Lees meer

This Hotel is fantastic with a level of service you usually only get in the Far East. I would stay here again without hesitation. The restrauant and bar are expensive but it is an award winning restaurant and so the prices reflect its excellence. If I had t be picky I would say the it would be nice to have a couple of english channels on the TV and […] not just CNN and BBC world News and perhaps a movie channel. it is in the Business district in an iconic building so a short tube ride from the centre of town but that is a small price to pay given its standard. The rooms are immaculate and the quality of service never faltered. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Madrid. Lees meer

Hotel is great but the problem was with the bathrooms. The shower gave an unpleasant odour. The high tech lighting meant you had to fumble about to get to the bathroom otherwise all the lights come on in the bedroom. You can only switch the bathroom light on, once you have made your way over the bedroom door. Staff are very helpful and willing to please. Nearest […] metro station is a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is amazing, the only thing is not that good is about the location, a litlle bit far from city center, however there is a subway station (Begona, line 10) really close (about 5 minutes walking). The restaurant has a great view - 30 floor, the food is nice.

VERY nice hotel, but very expensive. Following parking fees and breakfast, this added up to the same cost of the room, which was excessive. I forgot my sweater there and when I phoned them to ask about it, they said they had it, so I asked them to mail it. They insisted on FEDEX, and when I said that the normal mail would be enough, they insisted that […] FEDEX was the only was they would send it and they wanted my credit card details. Conveinent location, close to metro lovely excellent service super helpdul staff. The restaurant on 31th floor has a fantastic view. A lovely Italian restaurant a block away from the hotel, highly recommended.

I love this hotel for bussiness trips. It is quite new and nearby (20 minutes) from Barajas Airport. I ussually stay at downtown but this time I wanted stay away of the noisy downtown. The only thing that I will add is the small of the gym. Definitely a good option for your next stay!.

Great hotel, close to the Bergona metro station, beautiful property in the business area of Madrid. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were large and comfortable. Wonderful view of Madrid. Quiet area.

Decent modern new build hotel located in business district close to airport. Staff generally average, very petty when it came to extending check out by an hour when the hotel was obviously not full. Bed not so comfortable nor were pillows but generally very good value for money.

Excellent service and very good hotel to stay. The staff are always helpful. I particularly like the SPA pool, it is such a luxury to be there. Watch out for the good price, do not be afraid of its star rating. It has the five star service but priced not as expensive as you thought.
