Tara Angkor Hotel heeft een healthclub, een buitenzwembad en een spabad. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes en een technische helpdesk. Dit resort biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 3 restaurants plus een koffiebar/café, een zwembadbar en een bar/lounge. Op bepaalde dagen krijg je gratis een welkomstdrankje van de manager aangeboden, en elke ochtend wordt gratis ontbijt geserveerd.Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies/tickets en een huwelijksservice regelen. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op de stad, de tuin of het binnenplein. Tara Angkor Hotel heeft 206 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een espressomachine. Alle bedden hebben een Select Comfort-matras met premium beddengoed. Een draadloze snelle internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar. Elke 32-inch lcd-televisie heeft premiumkanalen via satelliet en gratis filmkanalen. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een kluis en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een handdouche, badjassen, een föhn en pantoffels.
Elke kamer heeft een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en gratis mineraalwater. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een gratis krant en gratis toiletartikelen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, een strijkplank/strijkijzer en extra handdoeken/beddengoed. Vanwege het laag-seizoen was het hotel grotendeels leeg, twee verdiepingen werden helemaal niet gebruikt. De service van het hotel was prima, de kamer ruim en rustig, comfort was ook in orde. Ik heb gegeten in het hotel zelf, eten smaakte me uitstekend. De gratis ophaal/breng-weg service van/naar het vliegveld is alleen maar makkelijk (wel je vluchtgegevens […] bijtijds doorgeven). We had a very pleasant experience at Tara Angkor. The service was very good, rooms cleaned everyday and tidied up every evening. Breakfast offered had a good variety. Very convieniently located. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Very nice staff. Very nice room. I recommend getting rooms that face the courtyard as my friends who faced out (don't know which side) complained of a barking dog in the middle of the night. We had a very pleasant 4 days here. Staff very pleasant and dealt with any requests immediately. The pool area is clean and pool a nice size. It was quiet during the day when the coach tours were out of the hotel. Breakfast was average with both Asian and Western hot buffet as well as an omelette station. Downside were tour groups could dominate the […] lobby and breakfast but I expect this is similar to other hotels The only criticism would be the concierge desk where we only saw the concierge once - she was new in post so we didnt get any adivice except from reception staff which was limited. We ate 2 nights at Abacus which was expensive by Cambodian standards but food was good the crab salad starter was excellent. Be careful if going to see Angkor Wat sunrise as the steps are very steep. From the moment we walked into the lobby area and smelt the Lemongrass we knew we had picked the right hotel. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. Great location closer to the temples and only about 2km from the town. I couldn't get over how kind the staff were and people in general were in Siem Reap. They really made my entire stay wonderful and memorable. Their buffet breakfast is a great start for a long day of hiking in the temples. Though after a while I didn't mind the flood but still it was nice to walk in/out with dry feet. They lend bikes which I liked. The little souvenir shop in the lobby had nice items and good prices. The foot massage included in my rate was really great. I also ordered thai-massage which I wasn't as impressed with. Only thing that was a little odd was that with my hotel booking I was confirmed to a free airport shuttle. A great hotel with a luxurious pool that you can return to after seeing the temples. Wonderful breakfast and excellent standard of room and breakfast. Service of the staff cannot be faulted.

Overall stay is OK but remember to put some money (abt 1US$) to ensure they change your bedsheet! The dinner in the hotel suzks. Suggest you take a tuktuk to the city for dinner.

"Great service"
I stayed at the Tara Angkor for four nights and was very happy with the quality of the room and service. Although the hotel restaurant was nothing special. Sokhy who works at the bar is really friendly and is the best cocktail maker!

We had two rooms both well equiped and clean, just a shame they werent next to each other but then the hotel was quite busy. Reception was good friendly staff and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and plenty to go around, buffet style so you could have as much as you wanted. Pool was nice to relax in after a day sight seeing.

The hotel was quite near to Angkor Wat and the old market. We only had to take a tu-tu which is their 3 wheeled motorcycle to all the places. We had a friendly driver whom drove us around to places. The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staffs were very friendly. The complimentary foot massage was great!

Beautiful hotel and polite and helpful staff. You can't beat the price, it's a bargain for a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast buffet selection and spa. Rooms were very clean, it was better than I imagined. The hotel is nicer than the pictures! There is a supermarket nearby literally 3 minutes by foot. I do recommend making dinner reservations at Koulen […] 2 restaurant for an Apsara dance performance. It's a must see. You can ask the staff and they will help you. It's $2 by tuk tuk one way to get to the restaurant. Will definitely stay at Tara again next time! Lees meer

This hotel is simply put just superb, only a little pricey but you get what you pay for. My only regret is that I didn't stay there longer. The rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. Crew good at English and helpful. Location awesome for temple excursions, and just a 10-minute walk to the center of Siem Reap.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing standards and service for the price. Our room was large and well-equipped with an excellent house-keeping service. Although the hotel is located a little bit out of town (conveniently on the way to Angkor Wat) it is only a $2 tuk tuk ride each way - and tuk tuk rides are an important part of the Siem Reap experience.
