het verblijf was prima. wij kregen eerst een 3-persoonskamer toegewezen voor (een) minder valide(n). De badkamer hierbij is absoluut ontoereikend. de vloer wordt erg nat en blijft dat ook. Na een klacht hierover, kregen wij onmiddellijk een andere kamer, met een goede badkamer. De kamer zelf is dan wel wat klein voor drie personen; het gaat net. Het hotel kent een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kamers zijn netjes en compleet, kastruimte is beperkt. We waren met zijn vijfen en zaten in twee kamers die verbonden waren doormiddel van twee deuren, dit was erg handig. Hotel is snel te vinden van af de snelweg,Ideaal. Heeft een eigen parkeergarage. Kamer erg netjes, hotel ligt in een rustige buurt dus kon snachts gewoon met raam open slapen zonder veel herrie buiten! Ontbijt prima, alles werd steeds aangevuld. 3 minutjes lopen vanaf metro dus ook dat is ideaal!! Volgende keer gaan wij zeker weer naar dit hotel!!

Een topper onder de aanbiedingen van hotels.com, om te slapen en te ontbijten. Voor de rest moet je het zelf maken in Parijs, natuurlijk. Dus echt een dikke aanrader met één klein maar waarschijnlijk persoonlijk minpuntje: Bij het ontbijt waren geen gekookte eitjes te vinden! Alleen maar een soort omelet-imitatie van een geel-witte drabsoort. Jammerrrr. […] Voor de rest: Prima meertalig personeel, nette kamers, prima ontbijt. Op maar een paar minuutjes lopen van metrostation via Rue Riquet. (Eerste straat rechts aan de linkerkant van het hotel) Binnen 10 minuten hartje Parijs. Rond het hotel aan de Canal de la VIlette is ook best zat te doen, te drinken en te eten voor niet teveel geld van prima kwaliteit. Een relatief nieuw hotel in een ruime buurt met in de directe omgeving (2-5 minuten lopen) winkels, restaurants en metro. Vanuit Nederland ook per auto goed te bereiken (10 minuten vanaf snelweg). We waren heel tevreden over dit hotel met uitstekend service. Heel netjes en modern uitgerust. Parkeergarage is een pluspunt, ook de ligging valt best mee omdat de gebruiksvriendelijk metro (10' te voet) je overal snel brengt. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging an het kanaal is apart en daardoor was er ook weinig verkeer en was er veel rust. Het hotel ligt buiten het toeristische centrum, maar met de metro ben je er ook in korte tijd. Heel lekker ontbijt!

As it turned out, it was a very convenient location for us. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even held our luggage while we cruised the town. Breakfast was complimentary and the best I have had as car as hotels are concerned. Would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed here before hence the rebooking but was disappointed thus time. The cleanliness is still as high though the rough edges are starting to show through as last time I stayed was just after the hotel opened. The service from staff could be a lot better. Reception staff were excellent but housekeeping was very rude and carried on despite me asking […] if they would come back later and breakfast was great but few staff there to organise and with the numbers of guests they were swamped. Maybe I am being overly critical as when hotels open they are usually superb but my experience this time would put me off booking again. If the price was lower then perhaps I would book again but I was there for the marathon so paid above the standard rate due to it and felt like I was overpaying for a less than advertised service pity though as they surrounding area is great and quiet at night also. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of 2012. We chose this location because of the near Metro station and the canal. Given that it is an Inn Express, we knew we weren't going to have all the amenities a hotel could offer. We found a few issues with the room that we could live with but then the service was just terrible. It wasn't […] my first time in Paris and I knew from before that people were just not friendly to Americans and this last visit continued to prove that. As we arrived at our room, we wanted a cold beverage and I called downstairs to see if there was an ice and/or vend machine on the floor. The phone did not reach the front desk, the call was always drop after being on hold for 3 minutes. I went to get ice from the bar and they gave me 1 small plastic cup. I said it was 2 of us and they said that was all they could give us and to come back down later for more. Another night when we returned, we wanted to know of a near restaurant and we were told in plain English "I don't speak English, ask someone else" We came back to our room to find our used towels folded and back it their place. We had made a bag with trash and put it by the door, it was pretty obvious it was trash but it was not thrown out, it was left in our room. The free breakfast was at 7:30 and as I came downstairs to have some breakfast, I waited 45 mins for the actual warm food to come out, it never did; I ended up having a ham sandwich for breakfast because the eggs never made it. A very nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold food, and the attendants were neatly dressed and helpful. Bright, clean, modern hotel. Rooms aren't huge, but perfectly fine by Paris standards. Good breakfast buffet of mostly cold food, with some scrambled eggs and sausages appearing after 7 / 7:30. Friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Be careful when leaving anything in the room the cleaning staff are unreliable , my sons sweets and reading book got stolen also my friends mobile phone got stolen . The breakfast is boring you have the same thing every day ( scramble eggs !!! You could do more with eggs !) But the hotel is near the metro and the view from your room is nice .

We were happy to arrive and find that one of the Paris Plage locations was right in front of our hotel. Having breakfast included was a bonus, but the croissants were not of the highest quality. The cappucino maker and others choices were good though. Due to my Priority Club membership, we got upgraded to a premium canal view room but the mattress was […] lumpy and we had to twice request a replacement mattress, which we did end up getting and it was better. There could have been more room to unpack luggage, and a safe and small in-room fridge would have been nice. Finally the hotel was only a few blocks from the Riquet Metro Station but it seemed that everywhere we wanted to go was not on that line. We always had to transfer through Stalingrad station which was a hassle as the walk in the Stalingrad metro station to the other lines was LONG and would be difficult for people who were mobility challenged. Also, the hotel did not offer free wifi - only a computer station that you had to pay for (computer did not allow pdf files to be printed for some reason). Overall though I think we got good value for our buck but hopefully the hotel staff will read this and make some additions to make their hotel even better. Lees meer

The reason it gets 4 stars is the fact that we asked for a double room and got a twin room! The rest is just great! Room service is perfect! The room is perfectly clean! Location is just perfect! (when you come off the train in Riquet, take the exit on the left,it will lead you a street,take right and walk down to the end of the street.You CAN NOT miss it). Breakfast includes, pork&chicken ham and sausages,one kind of cheese, terrible juices, croissants, toast, cereals, hot drinks, yoghurt etc. Nothing spectacular and gets pretty boring after 2-3 days. There are pubs (bars) etc around the place, which is more reasonable than the central ones in terms of price. However, if you want the best deal, there is a bar called Belushi's. Food and drinks are nice and happy hour prices are a treat. It also has free wireless inside and it has a small but nice outdoor tables by the canal. Hotel will charge you for the internet. Bar is in the same building with the hotel.Just go out of the hotel entrance. take a right and right again, you will find it. There are noise, yes! but it happens only at the weekends! When I made the booking, I requested an upper floor with a view of the canal. Upon check-in we were given a 3rd floor room with a great view of the canal and a church next door; the church bell chimes were very nice and added to the atmosphere without being disturbing. The need to use a patch cable to access the internet is not particularly useful with a smartphone or tablet; wi-fi would be much more useful. Also, 30 minutes is not much when you are planning your travels for the next day; additional time can be purchased. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Metro, which can get you anywhere in the city. However, one must take a train and 2 metros to travel between the airport to the hotel; allow about an hour for this trip. Also, if you have a lot of luggage it will be a challenge to manage the 2 metro stations (stairs, turnstiles and crowds) where you have to transfer between trains. Lees meer
