Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good food, clean and big rooms and good all inclusive service. Only disadvantage; to go to the downtown area you need to take a taxi for 5-10 minutes.

Cabo San Lucas, letterlijk in Land's End, bevindt zich in de zuidelijk tip van Baja California. De Sea of Cortés en de Stille Zuidzee komen samen bij de beroemde rotsformatie El Arco van Land's End. This was the highlight of our stay! It is an oasis of beauty, charm, and culinary delight. It takes you back to the old world charm now so missing in los Cabos. We stayed in one of the 'room under the stars'. Half had a roof, (in case it rains) and the other was open to the beatiful peaceful night. Our hot tub was also 'outside. The accomodations include […] a full breakfest... made to order with local cooks who must spend every morning at the markets hunting for the freshest that Los Cabos offers. This is a REAL must see. "Style of Mexico as we like it"
Very well done in the Mexican style that we prefer. Colorful outdoor restaurant (not currently operating) right outside the door of our room and decorated beautifully with authentic Mexican pots, tiles, the real Mexico, not a condo that could be on any beach in North America or elsewhere. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes the Mexican […] Culture (which we do). Just be careful when the hotel calls a cab for you to go to the airport. We were going the same time as another couple, and two separate cabs were called for us and they refused to cancel one of them so we could all go together. The cabs are vans and hold at least 9 people, and costs $65 each so you can easily double up with extra people and save money. The hotel should be working for its guests and not the cab companies? "Feels like country B&B"
Very nice B&B with excellent owners who are very approachable & sensitive to customer's needs. Feels like you are secluded from city. However, it is a bit of a walk to the major tourist part of San Lucas, although not too bad. Not convenient to drive due to limited and pay-for-parking rate. Good taxi service, bur expensive for such a short trip. Fairly […] close to many excellent restaurants. Excellent breakfasts, with multiple choices and many extras. By far one of the top most unique places I have ever stayed at. This place was immaculate and clean and a testament to the pride of ownership. After entering the gate you are surprised by the quality of this hidden oasis. It is completely unexpected how inviting and warm this environment is and how isolated this oasis is in the heart of Cabo. Breakfast […] every morning surpasses anything you will find anywhere; unlimited fresh juice from the tree in the courtyard, unlimited fresh coffee, very fresh fruit plate, and the highest quality Mexican breakfast dishes you can find. This is no timeshare and quite a relief. The stay here was intended to get away from the big hotels and their crowds and pressures. "Wonderful Small Hotel"
El Nido is a perfect choice for the traveler who is not interested in the insular and overpriced tourist world of the average beach hotel in Cabo. It is simply the most beautiful and charming small hotel that we have found on our frequent travels to Mexico, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. This B&B-style hotel is a perfect romantic getaway […] and a fine place to relax. Although it is more suited to adult couples, families looking for a quiet retreat will enjoy El Nido as well. We were met at the door by the owners Gary and his wife Sotchi, who handed us complimentary beers as they settled us in. Throughout our week long stay, they were wonderfully hospitable. Sotchi serves up a huge complimentary breakfast each morning that is delicious and can be tailored to your taste. Though both are transplants (he from the US and she from Equador), the hosts have lived in Cabo for many years and are a treasure trove of information about local and regional restaurants, beaches, activities, night life and day trips in the entire Cabo-La Paz region. We followed their advice many times - as a result, we got a fantastic and memorable experience of both Cabo and Baja. The hotel itself is only 8 rooms (4 open air palapas upstairs and 4 regular rooms with air conditioning downstairs). Each room is beautiful and unique. We booked a room downstairs because we thought we would need A/C, but it turned out that the palapa rooms would have been comfortably cool day and night. Each room opens onto a gorgeous multilevel walled courtyard full of leafy trees and exotic flowers, cool and soothing after a long day of sightseeing. We particularly loved lingering over breakfast in the sun, talking with fellow guests and watching the baby parakeets that Sotchi raises. The buildings and decor skillfully pull together many elements of Mexican style, from the antique church doors at the entrance to the rustic hand carved bedroom furnishings and Talavera pottery lamps.
