I travel to Huntsville several times a year, and always look forward to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious; the staff is friendly and helpful; and the breakfast is terrific.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms & common areas are very clean and well-maintained. We stay with a large group for a specific event held twice a year. We had a very relaxing stay. We were in Huntsville for a wedding, and the Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect location. Very Friendly staff!! Thanks.Oh, yeah, lobby coffee, VERY GOOOOD.

When we arrived at the hotel early, we were not permitted to check in even a minute early so we had an opportunity to wait in the lobby until we could. At that time, we first noticed the rest of the hotel patrons.... oddly, the remainder of the weekend, it seemed we were the only visitors who were NOT part of the freaky cavorting of adults dressed in […] bazarre stuffed animal costumes, tails and headpieces. Of all the weekend to plan our romantic get-a-way, we shared the restaurant, elevators, pool and parking with frollicking "furries." Harmless perhaps but very strange. The room itself was very clean; the dining area provided a beautiful breakfast spread each morning for only 8-dollars a person. They had pretty much every thing you could want. The pool and hottub are indoors; very clean and peaceful. Towels were provided there, and that was nice. The shower door was off the track, and there is no bath tub, but they were minor issues really. there is a small bar in the hotel; very nice. All pleasant. the grounds are lovely and it's set off the beaten path a bit, so that looking out the window meant seeing a private, grassy area rather than traffic. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again.... just check the schedule for Huntsillve to see who might also be visiting. Lees meer

Fresh hot cookies in the lobby, a great gym, nice pool, great beds, and a super clean room all mean we will be back the next time we are in Huntsville.

This is the best hotel experience we have ever received. The service was excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. I thouroughly enjoyed my first stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and look forward to visiting other locations in my future travels.

Biggest problem is locating smoking rooms near my NON-SMOKING room. Obviously, no one at this facility gave any thought about this. Does anyone really think the smoke stays in the smoker's room? Does a non-smoker enjoy walking into their hotel's hallway and inhaling tobacco smoke? Other than this big problem, the hotel was immaculate.

We do a lot of traveling, my husband travels for his job, and we were both impressed with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was clean, beautifully decorated....we will be looking for Hilton Garden Inn's from now on when we travel.

I stayed for 4 nights for a training. The hotel was close to where my training was and the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will stay there again when I go back to Huntsville.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel for the purposes of our value priced, two night Spring Break site seeing trip to Huntsville! We were pleased by the location in a nice area close to unique to the area pizza shops, bakeries, as well as other shopping and eating! Our room view was of the tree lined back of the property and we loved […] the amenities, esp. the indoor pool and hot tub (beautiful, clean with towels and all!), workout room, business/internet center and in hotel restaurant! Wow! Everything was clean with in room refridge, micro, etc too! We would definitely pick this hotel to stay at again and would recommend to anyone. If I was going to try to find a something to improve upon to suggest to hotel mgmt it would be in the "details, for example, there were 4 of us in the family on our reservation but we only were given three bath towels. We had to request an additional one, even after housekeeping came the second day. Also, we appreciated the focus on "conserving and preserving" (i.e. stated on a card as using towels more than once) but there was NO place to hang them to dry on a busy trip (other than a rack at the back of the shower which didn't seem practical for drying- only space saving!! I thought this was a design flaw!!). The other issue was the TINY trash cans (2) that had two separate bins, one marked for recycles. Again, not very practical for a busy vacation were lots of trash is possible and I noticed one neighbor just left to-go boxes outside the room all the time! That was because the trash cans wouldn't hold anything! I have noticed this at other hotels and don't see the practicality of it...it makes more trash piles and messes for housekeeping. We felt bad but you should have seen our pile! I did try to take things I could carry during our stay, to the outside trash bins! Overall we rated this hotel a "5" and were very pleased. Lees meer

We were very disappointed with the way we were treated by the management of the hotel. They were inattentive to our requests and slow to respond to just about everything. I love the the Hilton Garden chain but wouldn't choose this particular hotel again.
