Our client never got to stay at your hotel because when he arrived he was told they were sold out even though he had a confirmation number. Everyone was helpful in finding him another hotel that night, but it was the fact that after traveling all day he had to switch hotels. Confirmation #18816688375.

A very nice hotel they have trouble dealing with extension of my stay by one day. Couldn't do it! I needed to go online with a hotel reservation service to extend my stay because the staff was unable to handle it.

We had a nice overnight stay at this downtown Sheraton in Phoenix, room was exceptional and service was great ... Thanks

We stayed one night and had a great tme. The location is fabulous, right across from the Arizona Center and close to everywhere else in downtown. The concierge and valet service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. We would stay there again.

We welcomed in 2012 at a show nearby and stayed at the Sheraton. What a perfect choice!. Elegant but affordable, friendly service, and close to all venues. I highly recommend it!

Very nice way to spend a Christmas Eve away from home. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and nice central location for accessing pretty much everything Downtown Phoenix has to offer.

Room service was the worst can't understand why they ask you how you want something when they deliver it how ewver they want too. Cleaning crew when you can get one didn't even empty the waste baskets....

My cab door swung open.. a bright big smile "Welcome to the Sheraton"! The entire staff was very pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable to all my needs. The beautiful fitness room, the amazing salt water pool, great location, clean room, comfortable bed, best pillows! Without a doubt this was a wonderful experience.

Stayed here for one night only after a trip to the grand canyon so I can comment on the hotel but didn't get a chance to see the surrounds as much as we would have liked. The hotel is impeccably clean, comes with the bells and whistles one would expect of the sheraton brand... Valet, great customer service, comfy beds, modern amenities and a reasonably […] priced restaurant in the lobby where they served a great breakfast. As for the area, I would have to assume this hotel would better suit business travellers as it is located downtown, and from what we saw there wasn't a lot happening around the area the night we stayed... The streets were practically deserted bar a few security guards on golf carts, kind of eerie (in saying that.. The area is very safe)! If you are visiting anything in Downtown Phoenix - this is VERY well located. A short walk to the US Airways center and Chase stadium -we even popped in to see a baseball game because it was so close! A well maintained and comfortable hotel - would definitely make another reservation!

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel didn't seem very busy but we were very satisfied with everything. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed so we opted to eat at the bar instead and ordered what was available "happy hour food" ...we were satisfied and service was great. Very clean hotel, newly built. It's walking distance to attractions around downtown phoenix. Nice views of the city.

This hotel is in a great location; convenient to the Arizona Center, the downtown sports venues, and 10 minutes from the airport. Also, it is a beautiful, newly built or remodeled hotel. However, there are probably better options in Phoenix than the Sheraton. This hotel should focus on making things right the first time. The service at the Sheraton […] always got around to making things right, but as guests, my wife and I had to be proactive to make sure that happened. Initially, there was some sort of mixup between hotels.com and Sheraton, and we were assigned a room with two full size (not queen) beds instead of one king bed. My wife, who was 7 months pregnant at the time of this trip, would have been forced to sleep in a separate bed. The hotel staff was unfailingly courteous and put us in a king room, but it would have been nice to have the room assignment correct the first time. Also, we wanted the room made up by housekeeping while we were there. Sheraton is apparently instituting a policy in which you can waive the housekeeping service in exchange for a $5 voucher to in-hotel restaurants or 500 Starpoints. All you have to do is hang a card on your door by 2:00 A.M. to waive the service. Thinking that not hanging the card would mean that our room would be made up, we did not hang the card. However, when I awoke the first morning we were there, the hotel staff had slid one of the $5 vouchers under the door. My wife had to ask no less than three times to have the room made up. Eventually, housekeeping came and cleaned the room to our satisfaction, but again, we had to be persistent. If your business travels take you to downtown Phoenix or you're a sports fan and this hotel has availability, this is not a bad place to get a room. Everything was clean and the decor is brand new. I stayed at the Sheraton in Phoenix for a week and found it to meet my needs, be clean and very close to the convention center. The restaurant in the hotel, District, actually had the best food in all of downtown Phoenix! Breakfast prices were crazy, but there is a great happy hour menu from 3-7pm. The only bad things about my stay were my room location […] (right across from the vending and ice machines--very loud!) and the construction going on next to the pool. I will be back to this hotel. Great food spots inside the hotel, easy access to all rooms, easy parking, close to everything (including Chase Field and U.S. Airways stadium).

the hotel's location close to the convention center and light rail and was convenient, the service was fine. The only "complaint" is that the choice of in-room movies was sparse.

I loved my room on the 27 floor with a spectcular city view. A good experience all around. ONly negative...room service took 40 min for a sandwich which was promised in 30 or less

Our child is at the ASU downtown campus, so this was a 1/2 block away from the dorm. Great location to everything downtown and the light rail station is a block away also.

The room seemed small for the price. The pool was uninviting.

Housekeeping needs attention. Wastebasket not emptied. Lamps and surfaces had not been dusted.

People in front desk not to nice. Also they charged me almost $17 parking per day.

I needed a room for one night, be near my child at the downtown ASU campus, and take the light rail to the airport the next day. This hotel met all my requirements. This hotel was a block away from his dorm and two blocks from the light rail stop. It was very convienient to many great places, the room was very nice and comfortable. i have never in my life slept on a bed as comfortable as this one was. it made me wish i was staying another night.

Sheraton Downtown had excellent Customer Service from every aspect from valet to checking in to the consierge. Rooms were very comfortable, the beds and pillows were Great!!! Walking distance to the Dodge Theatre wasn't too bad especially since there were bicycle taxi's hanging out in front of the hotel.

The rooms were very clean clean, The parking was efficient and easy to excess. great for convention visitors, need more information regarding points of interest and directions.

Has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a very long time. I'm actually suprised by the stay. I've maybe stayed at a Sheraton hotel once or twice before and can't say it was a stand out. This was a stand out stay!

I would like to say thank you so much to the Sheraton for making it an anniversary that i will never forget. Everyone was very friendly. From the time that we got out of our car to the time that we checked out. I can't wait to stay there again. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing.

es war ein uhuere schöner Aufenthalt, die einzige Beanstandung war der Frittengeruch vom Hooters, der zum Pool rüberzog, Super Gym, super hilfsbereites Personal

出張で滞在しました。部屋は清潔で快適、朝食ブッフェもリーゾナブルな値段で、インターネットは有料ですが、４５分までならロビーで無料で使用できます。駐車場もアクセス良好です。目の前はフェニックスセンターで夕食にも困りませんし、スタバもあって便利。お勧めです。

Meget fint hotel hvis destinationen er Phoenix Convention Center - der er ikke meget andet at komme efter i området, men dog en light rail station få blokke væk. Overfor hotellet ligger et lille indkøbscenter, men mange af butikkerne var lukkede (Nov 2010) og restauranterne var ikke noget at skrive hjem om.
