Music Road Inn in Pigeon Forge

super hotel , echt een verrassing in het hectische pigeon forge, het hotel ligt achter de drukke straat,in een rustig straatje.. het hotel is heel gezellig en sfeervol ingericht een enorme aanrader voor het verblijf in the smoky`s !!!!

The beds were a little hard, but the hotel in general was very nice. My son LOVED the heated outdoor pool, slide and lazy river. People at the desk were very nice. I would definitely return-- maybe when the water is a little warmer though!

We were very happy with our stay at the Music Road Inn. One of the things we liked the best was the full breakfast. This was a keeper we will see ya again soon.

This hotel was great. Good breakfast and great service. Nice maids that really get the job done and help you in anyway they can. I loved this place.

Clean, contemporary and courteous! We travel a lot and this is one of our favorite places. The staff could easily become jaded w the constant tourism in the town but they are VERY friendly and helpful. Loved it.

This hotel was clean! That's a biggie for me. Staff was friendly. Great location! And a 24 hour pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

My stay at Music Road Inn Pigeon Forge, TN was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and nice. The room was perfect, even had a Jacuzzi. I loved the free breakfast, it was more like a breakfast buffet. The hotel in Pigeon Forge was perfect. We were there for the quiltfest, so we were real close and the trolley took us where we needed to go for other things. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, absolutely spotless; everyone was gracious and helpful "above and beyond." Excellent hot breakfast. Would return without hesitation.

Music Road Inn has all the amenities a family could desire and is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel staff members are friendly and welcoming.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the room. The bathroom was very spacious. The free breakfast that came with the room purchase was great because it provided a multitude of choices. It's location made it easy to do whatever we wanted to do during our stay. The staff was very nice. We would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Hotel was nice, clean, quiet and access was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Nicer than the overall rating from hotels.com. I have been to Pigeon Forge year after year and other than the Christmas Inn it is probably the nicest that I have stayed in. Coffee 24/7, hot breakfast, fireplace & Jacuzzi in room and a balcony overlooking the Great Smokey Mountains. Nice!

We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty and conveniences of the Inn. The entrance lobby is very impressive and inviting. Our room was large, and had all the comforts one could want. Definitey recommend this to anyone.

Everything was great, even the hot breakfast. Eggs, crisp bacon, great biscuts and great gravy. Plenty of fruit and quuite a variety of donuts and bagels! Best breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff was courteous and very helpful with are questions! Made our stay one the most enjoyable ever!

We love this hotel and the people who work there. Especially Carol, And Larry the maintenance. He was so helpful answering questions we had about the area. Plus he was so warm and welcoming to. The swimming pool and a brown algae problem and the lazy river did not move..We had to go across the street to the Music Road Hotel to use their swimming facilities. I will stay again BUT I will book acroos the street at the hotel instead of the Inn. We reported this condition to the front desk but they really didn't respond and kind of blew it off […] . booked a room online. when i got to the hotel they gave me the wrong room. when i told them it wasn't what i paid for they said i had to cancel my reservation with hotel.com and then they will give me my room. i ask why and elizabeth the lady at the front desk. ask why did i have to do that she gave me excuse after excuse. i called hotel.com a man said […] he dont know why they wouldn't give me my room. i told her he was going to call the hotel and see what the problem was. after i told her that with in minutes i had my room and she never said what the problem was. she was very rude and i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at that hotel. When we arrived, the Hotel was very crowded with children and adults due to the Baseball Tournaments being held in the area for the weekend. The Hotel was very clean and presentable. The king suite we were in was very roomy, clean, and it had a very large jacuzzi tub which we enjoyed. The balcony outside was right over the building covering the indoor […] pool which was not the best but, it did allow you to have a nice view of some mountains in the distance. You were able to have a side view of the outdoor pool area. The kids staying there were enjoying the pool but, they were so active running around jumping in as well as sliding in the pool from the large slide that the we could not enjoy the pool as well as we wanted to. We stayed here over the weekend, just the 2 of us, for a "babymoon" (last pre-baby getaway). The multiple pools were great and not too crowded at all. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable although neither of us were fans of the pillows. This was a great place for us to stay. we were there for a conference and were able to leave our car parked until we were able to head back home. In this age of elevated fuel prices this was great. This hotel was wonderful.

This is a very nice, clean hotel! We booked last minute, then decided to upgrade upon arrival and they were happy to accomodate us. One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in! Very impressed, definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

A nice hotel located right in the heart of the Parkway, very clean room with a 24 hour indoor pool, a decent Continental breakfast. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel and great value! Conveniently located to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The room was very large with a private balcony, large sofa, table and chairs, HD TV. Bathroom was huge with a double vanity. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite with no sounds from other rooms or the hallway. The Music Road Inn was a delightful experience. The buffet breakfast was very satisfing and atmosphere of the whole hotel was very plesant. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

I was a guest for a week. The hotel has clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was great. Common areas were well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Staff did a fine job maintaining my room.

The convention of kids coming in turned our floor into a zoo. Running in the halls, screaming, slamming doors until midnight. It was awful and so unlike a nice hotel. I called doawn to the desk to complain and heard several guest talking about this in the breakfast room the next morning. I ran into a maintenance person in the elevator that next morning […] and was talking to them about it. They said the hotel had no security. They also said they had heard guests talking about it in the halls and waiting for elevator. Lees meer

Very convienient to restaurants and outlets..... New movie theaters.... Didn't have the room we requested so they gave us a very good upgrade. V ery nice.....

Front desk clerk at check-in was rude and extremely slow. I was told that even the open-air balcony was non smoking?! It would seem that smokers are completely unwelcome here. Breakfast was not good and was very cheaply done. Room was okay, but not nice enough to justify the price. I will not stay there again. Many better places to stay in the area […] . Lees meer

Chose this hotel based on 100% of reviews rated as 5 stars and you now can add another one! The Music Road Inn was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Was very nice and clean. They just need to update their shower heads for a better shower.

Yes, Pigeon Forge, TN is hectic and the traffic on 441 can be awful, but one block away at the Music Road Inn it can be quiet and serene. The hotel has a small but nice fitness room and we really enjoyed the large indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The balcony was a nice quiet place with a good view of the fall colors. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was […] extensive. The only disappointment was that the Jacuzzi was maintained at only a lukewarm temperature. Still I would highly recommend the experience. This is the second time we have stayed here. We like the location and the rooms are very nice.

We will definitely stay there again. We were busy with the Rod Run and didn't use our room much. It was a very nice and clean room. We liked that it had a refrigerator and micro wave, even though we didn't use it. The breakfast was also good. Again, we will stay again.
