Aspect Central in Cairns-Noord

I stayed in a single room and double. Both were good and clean. The single was small and had no window but it didn't bother me. Because it didn't have an outside door (I assume) there were no little ants, which I then had in the bigger double room. The double is very spacious and I enjoyed that, too. Of course the bathroom is bigger too and I had a […] microwave. It takes about 30 min to walk to the marina but it gives you a good exercise every day. So I'd stay there again. Lees meer

Hotel/motel is In a quiet neighborhood 15 minute walk to the city center. The entrance gates might surprise you at first but does give you a bit of extra security at night. Better if you have a car as opposed to walking around at night. Air conditoning and ceiling fan worked but some light fixures did not. Housekeeping staff were nice and tried to help […] becasue maintenance staff was nowhere to be found. Only a few channels and one movie channel but when it rained, the dish TV would not work so we slept early. The remote changed channels but did not turn off the TV. There was a microwave in the small room and free coffee and tea. On warm days some ants were present by the door but this is stated in the write-up. No wi-fi was available. Since other hotels have extra charges for extra guests, we had to sacrifice a little for a lower price since we did have a car. A nice motel moderately priced but don't expect a lot more than that. Spent just one night. The TV remote did not work and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fan only went at speed 3!!! It was okay for a night, a good loaction but a vallid feed back for management in the long term

Loved the place, cosy,friendly staff,very helpful and we got free WI-FI!

Was not at all a 4 star Remote missing Untagged, unsafe, unchecked electrical appliances Really uncomfortable bed and springs sticking out and poking into the body. Manager who was rude and refused to fix any concerns refused to listen and kept justifying the unsatisfactuary situation. The property is small but very well kept. The room was okay in size and had a nice big shower. It was very warm so the ceiling fan and AC had to stay on the entire and were loud. The hotel is outside of the city and you have to either walk a few blocks or take the bus into the city for eatery and activities. It was a couple of dollars to take the bus […] and about 6 blocks to walk. There was a couple of places across the street but not the real draw of Cairns. Lees meer

We had 6 nights at Aspect Central, we were greatly received.All the staff were very accommodating, the bus at the door,2 restuarants close by. We will always go back, thanks for all your care, a home away from.

I was expecting a basic motel room, the actual room was much better. Standard motel room sized, but with some nice touches like a sofa, nice bed linen, cafe table to sit at, microwave oven etc, much better than the usual "two beds and a built in desk/table" nice and clean, plus reasonably convienent to downtown cairns/waterfront

It was a TINY room, which was fine as I was only there 3 nights. I had a heck of a time finding my room at 11pm, as I was in 1A inside a lil decked in area. I don't think the lobby guy was very happy w/me ringing the bell again when I couldn't find it. Anyways, the room was tiny, but clean, and had everything I needed. Fridge, tea, milk, tv, ipod charger […] and radio, storage. A bit out of the way. I was staying alone and had been told Cairns isn't the safest place. I took a cab 7:30am to my SCUBA boat leaving from the main tourist area, that costed me about $12. I later found a bus to get me back to my hotel which was $3. It wasn't far, maybe 2-3 miles which I could easily walk, but it was the danger factor that made me use public transportation. If I were to go again alone, I'd probably stay closer to the action to save time/money on travel. Lees meer

Stayed in one of the studio units. While small, it was fully functional, clean and stylish. Excellent value for the money. Safe, secure, etc. Only downside is that it's ~20 minute walk to downtown Cairns. But, it's closer to the airport.....

This is actually a motel so cars drive right up to your door/window, which was a surprise to me. I was traveling alone and put on the ground floor which weirded me out a little, but I also did not want to carry all of my luggage up a flight of stairs. The room was clean, the bed, mostly comfortable. Half of the staff was REALLY nice, but I left items […] in the room and it was a big hassle for them to get sent to me - I wound up NOT getting my items before I left the country and was pretty annoyed. If it weren't for two staff being so nice, I would have rated this motel a lot lower. Lees meer

Very satisfied with the location, room size and service. The rooms we stayed in don't have carpet and it makes them a little more cold, but the people were great. Very helpful.

Aspect Central is not a safe neighborhood. There was a lot of graffiti, including 10+ taggings that said "Bloods" and "Crips" within a block of the motel. In addition, the neighboring room (above) looked directly into the bathroom window and the window was only partly obscured. I could see people on the balcony in that room several times and they could […] have easily looked into the bathroom and watched me dress or getting out of the shower. Half of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out. There was soap left from a previous guest. The good part was that we found the folks at the front desk helpful and friendly. Lees meer

Il s'agit en fait d'un motel. Les chambres sont équipées d'un micro onde et d'ustensiles ce qui permet éventuellement de ne pas se restaure. Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une salle de bain elle aussi spacieuse. Le tout très propre et fonctionnel. Je n'ai eu beaucoup de contact avec le personnel (l'accueil en fait). Le seul point un peu négatif c'est […] qu'il est un peu éloigné du centre ville. Il faut 15 à 20 minutes pour rejoindre à pieds la partie attirante de cette belle station balnéaire. C'est surtout pour cette raison que le tarif est très compétitif. Si j'en ai l'occasion, j'opterai certainement pour un hôtel du centre ville (mais je paierai plus cher). L'Aspect Central reste une valeur sûre pour qui souhaite limiter le budget. Lees meer

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, ein Doppelbett, ein Sofa, ein Bad mit Dusche, Esstisch und 2 Stühle, Wasserkocher und Kabel-TV. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. いやな思いをしました。部屋の中に”WiFi 接続可能”と広告があったので、２週間分の契約をしましたが、２日目にシングルルームに移動したらつながらなくなりました。電波が弱いためです。部屋移動をお願いしたのに”自分でWiFi会社に電話して”とか、”部屋移動はできない”と言われました。ダブルルームは最高だったのですが・・・ ２週間分の接続料がかなり高額だったため、かなり不愉快な思いをしました。授業員の対応に改善を求めます。

parking fermé intérieur avec jardin tropical et petite piscine très facile trouver en arrivant de l'aéroport sur l'artère principale juste le bruit de la route est dommage
