Dit hotel had alle kwaliteiteiten die je aan een vier sterrenhotel toe zou mogen schrijven. Toch zou ik het niet meer boeken. Ik hoopte door de nabije afstand tot het vliegveld van een optimale nachtrust zou kunnen genieten, wat niet het geval was. Lichte slapers hebben last van komende/gaande vliegtuigen en omdat het hotel midden in braakliggend terrein […] lag, floot de wind langs het raam heen. Only advantage is location to the airport. Room was really dirty. We were on the 8th floor, carpets were filthy. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was good, not great. Would definitely never stay again.

Very average. Staff did the bare minimum. Rooms large & bed very big, although a bit hard. Good location for the CNR conference hall, once you have tiptoed through the rubbish. Hotel offers free shuttle bus into city - However we were dumped at some traffic lights, not knowing where we were just as it was getting dark. it took 40 minutes to wait till they brought me LAN cable for internet connection! it hotel information it was mentioned that free wifi in hotel rooms is available, which is not true. only think good thing about the hotel is that breakfast was pretty nice.

What one would expect from an airport hotel. Easy access to airport, a 5 minute cab or shuttle ride, would certainly use again for layovers. Staff was great.

Wow! This hotel may have been decent when it was new, but it has not been kept up. The carpet in my room was filthy and covered in stains. Windows were missing handles, so you have to call reception and have someone come up and open them for you! The whole hotel had a funky smell, especially the spa. I was planning to use the sauna and turkish bath […] but the last thing I wanted to do is take my clothes off! There is nothing in the surrounding area and no good options to eat at the hotel. Excellent choice if you need to stay near the airport. Check on the free shuttle schedule to avoid long waits. Nice breakfast.

Everything was okay, except one thing. When they came to check on the minibar. They ring the bell and 2 seconds later they were opening the door. They need to allow enough time to let someone answer if they can come in or not before using their key.

I would have rated it a 5 as overall rating, except there was no WiFi in the rooms...only in the Reception area. This was my last night in Turkey after traveling all over for two weeks in Turkey in different hotels. All hotels had free WiFi in all the rooms including a small B & B in Sultanahmet. The hotel had a large room that was comfortable and clean and was close to the airport, but for the price, it should have had in room WI-FI which for me is essential on a business trip. They had cables for internet, but when I am on a 2 day trip to turkey where I have to bring a lot of weight, catch ferries, cabs etc. I can't bring my laptop. Totally upset by the staff's attitude. No smiles and totally unhelpful. Right from the doorman to the receptionists, even the waiters in the restaurant during breakfast. Breakfast is below average with bread at the end and butter / jam being placed at the other end. Carpets from common area right to the room are DIRTY. I ended up having my meal at the […] Burger King which is right infront. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you are on transit for a day and this is the nearest hotel available. Not forgetting, don't forget to give tips to the Free Shuttle Bus Driver. The only thing that gets a 10 for this hotel is the location. It is VERY convenient to the airport. No wireless internet access in the rooms. The hallway carpets are very dirty. You can't drink the water (they have bottled water for the staff behind the service doors) but charge guests $3 US for a small bottle of water. Finally, the breakfast buffet […] is just adequate. This hotel is ideal if you want to get to the airport very quickly - in fact it is 5 minutes from international departures. £3 in a taxi. Its not ideal if you want to explore Sultanhamet or Bosphorous areas though

Was only there because of flights. The shuttle bus finishes early and starts late so you will have to factor in a taxi to and from the airport.

The hotel is comfortable and close to the Airport for transiting passengers by Air which I do often. The Hotel is clean and tidy and reasonably priced for the facilities offered.

The hotel was better than we expected. While the carpet in the hallways certainly shows its age, the rest of the experience was just fine. Good value and clsoely located to Attaturk Airport. The cafe across the raod was also excellent for meals.

Public areas and rooms had loads of amenities and were impeccably clean. A great breakfast buffet -- with lots of food choices -- was included in the price.

I think the management should do a little more to meet the four star standard. The carpet in the room was exteremelly dirty. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked.

Stay was ok - noise levels were fine. Hotel cleanliness reflects high-traffic and maybe not-so-enthused efforts to clean it. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was very disappointing... Turkish food is wonderful, and this hotel's breakfast is a cruel way to start the day.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy and quiet in the room. The Location suited me very well as i was in transit from London to Kazakhstan. I found the staff friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. I will definitely visit the hotel again and certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

2 hours in queues at Istanbul airport and expensive Visa for from Australia, and less if have 20 USD cash, as otherwise is 45 Euro, or 60 USD on credit card. Breakfast box has minimal content. Hotel shuttle does not start till 6.30 am. Taxi is 5 USD. Waited 45 mins for shuttle from airport, but is only 5 mins trip.

Great hotel but the new restaurant - Chopers was terrible. We were wait 75 minutes for the grilled salmon and 1 hour for a glass of wine.

Close to Istanbul Ataturk Airport and an excellent hotel to stay at after or before your flight. Clean comfortable rooms with good facilities. A wide choice of food available at breakfast although at the breakfast we had the bread was not fresh. Have used this hotel on a number of occasions and will use again.

Small, but clean room ... VERY close to the airport. Breakfast was included during our stay. Free transportation to the airport every 30 min.

Overall a good hotel. Very close to the airport and shuttle service is provided to and from the airport. However, the last shuttle service is 22:45. If you planning to come later than this, you need to take a taxi which costs about 5-10 lira. Also, shuttle service is also provided to sultanahmet.

Convenient to airport, particularly if you have a morning flight. The restaurant is marginal, and the neighborhood is unattractive with no options for food or entertainment. This hotel is only an option for convenience to the airport.
