Is located right in the middle of Frankfurt, across the street from tram station Platz der Republik... and you don't even need it since the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is 5 minutes away walking; So is really easy to get to the main sights right away! I bought a two-day Frankfurt card at the airport for about 14€ and got unlimited use of public […] transportation; The rooms are small but clean and efficient (private bath, shower, flat-screen TV, phone, big windows); Front desk was very helpful; I was at the city for only two nights and I must say for the low price of this hotel yo get great location, which is all I needed. I stayed at a similar hotel in 2010 in the are, but it was not nearly as nice and clean as this one. I absolutely recommend The Corner Hotel. Lees meer

This hotel is fine for the price and very close walking to the station and the main shopping area of town. The rooms are nothing special but for the price and location it is worth considering.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Wifi 10 Euros per day. Some noise from road.

Inexpensive and very central location makes this hotel a good bargain. Don't expect a lot of facilities but if you just need a place to overnight then this is a good choice. The single room i had was rather small but functional. Expect some traffic noise from the busy interection below. Not too bad but audible in the room.

First time staying in A hotel with no shower cap. Hotel staffs not very friendly. Pillow is the worst... Flatten and not in a shape Or form like normal one.

The room was small but clean. The shower is a bit small, but again very clean and well maintained. The staff were a little stiff but polite. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main train station and the cable car stops right in front of the hotel. Great location!

The hotel is very clean and the staff most helpful! Nearby there are some places to eat and bars within easy walking distance. It is away from the nosiy area close to the station and within easy walking distance of the Messe.

Right in the city centre, clean, nice room and impressive price

simple access to the train station plus a clean / quiet room. The internet is a bit pricey (E 10 / 24 hours) but other than that - can't beat the price.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt main station. It may not be visible when you look at the main road (It is a little inside from a tall building). The facility is very good. The rooms were very clean and well heated. The bathroom had some very good ameneties. The receptionist was very good in answering a lot of questions. When I booked the room, the booking supposed included breakfast and free wi-fi. However, I didn't have that. The hotel told me breakfast is 9 euro and 10 euro for wi-fi. Besides that, it should be standard single room. But what I got was the smallest single room on the floor, extremely small. Very disappointing!!!!

The hotel offers really good value for money, in particular for single travellers considering the size of the rooms.

the person on staff was very helpful once she had a chance to talk to me, it was a one person behind the desk operation. bed and room were clean, all very basic. location is great, a few blocks from main train station in downtown frankfurt, i was able to walk to the hotel with my bags without a problem. A nice clean hotel with very helpful staff within easy reach of most of Frankfurt. Recently refurbished and an excellent shower! Smaller room than last year, but well appointed and quiet. Like all FF hotels at book fair time, it isn't cheap, but the price compares favourably given its convenience. Can walk to fair and to Hauptbahnhof, for chemist etc - and train for airport. Wd go again. Liz

On Sunday evening 18 Sept. I exited on second floor only to discover that I was locked out and no way to exit to ground floor or way to get back in hotel. I fell on outside stairway and dislocated my shoulder. Luckily a guest opened door and I took ambulance to hospital. Ruined my vacation. Door was not marked with no exit sign! Beware!

Good location, good price, clean. Excellent for a short stay. My only gripe was that theyonly has 1 small pillow. I like at least 2 pillows.

Close to main railway station, restaurants and bars. Small but comfortable room.

I found this hotel via TripAdvisor which proved to be a very wise choice. The accommodations are more than adequate...the staff is bilingual, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located a short block from the Central Train Station which offers all the necessary creature comforts (McDonald's, Burger King, great German fast food and pastries, full […] service grocery store, money exchange, transportation connections local or worldwide and a most convenient Starbucks with free Internet service). While in Frankfurt, I maintained my room (very reasonable priced) and took a side-trip to Amsterdam via the ICE train (great experience). I would highly recommend the Corner Hotel as a business travel option (located in the heart of the business district), family stay site or sole traveler base of operation. Lees meer

While the (single) room was small, it was very clean, everything worked, and reasoanble comfortable. Good value for money for what I needed which was a flight to late train transfer - shower, quick crash.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very hepful. They are friendly and multilingual. I had some internet issues (it was my own computer) and they immediately did everything they could. I also checked in early and they could tell that I was exhausted from 27 hrs of traveling, so they got me a room right away. No need to take a taxi from the airport, hop on the train and take the north exit out of the station and a left and a few blocks over you are there. The room was small but big enough for me (and I am tall and like my space). The hotel is also not far from the Opera and Zeil st shopping. I also walked to Romerberg everyday. Very simple. It is near the red light district, but that is avoidable and it really isn't all that bad anyway. I highly recommend this hotel! Lees meer

There were to many doors to get in to our rooms, so, whith lugage thas was very difficult, also, because we were a small group, others can't knok at our door because of that!...inside the room was small but comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Frankfurt Hbf and it can be used as a transit or short stay accomadation. Staff are polite and friendly and is excellent valuefor money. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The one thing I did not like about the decor was the red coloured carpeting in the room and a musty smell because […] of lack of ventilation when I eneterd the room. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. The non-smoking room I was given smelled of smoke, but after I complained I was given another, fresh-smelling room. The staff was friendly. My room was clean and the bathroom had a good shower (a relative rarity in hotels). The window could be opened but provided good protection from street […] noises when closed. This is a nice, affordable hotel in a convenient area very near the train station. The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was nice, though not luxurious (which one would not expect given the affordable price). The only disadvantage of this hotel is that the area near the train station has quite a few "sketchy" characters (in […] addition to standard businessmen). This is not the best place for sitting outside in cafes, unless one likes to see such a wide variety of people. I did not feel unsafe, though. Lees meer

The hotel is very good if you have to go to the fair but the single room is very very small. If your room is located on the opposite side of the main street do not open the window because of the bad smell. However the bathroom is new and very nice. Breakfast in the bar downstair is nothing special for 9Euro.

Excellent location if you go to Messe Frankfurt. You can walk to all important places like the Romers, the river. Friendly staff.

My room was adjacent to the stairwell/elevator area and as such, every time the door to the corridor of rooms was opened and closed, you could certainly hear it. Fortunately, not that many people were going in and out in the early morning. Just as bad, this room faced the main street and even though the windows were of good quality, any time a vehicle […] with a siren went by, it was very loud. Perhaps I did not sleep as well as I should, but it wasn't so bad given the price. One rather annoying aspect was a lack of an electric water pot, neither in the room nor available to borrow from the front desk. The immediate area is seedy, but not threatening. In fact, compared to the strip joint area a few blocks away, where the hostess may try to grab your arm, it was a safer. That said, I think the entire area was reasonably safe; Frankfurt police were all over the place. Though close to the train station, any further away and perhaps I would not be thrilled having to lug a lot of luggage. Lees meer

I thought this was a typical nice little European Hotel. Compared to American standards the rooms and the beds are smaller than what you would find in the states, but the norm in Europe. It was in a great location by the train station and there was a local train that can take you down town for a few Euros or you can walk about 10-15 min. Very convenient […] to/from the Airport. In addition, there is a small cafe attached to the Hotel where I had a nice little breakfast, and there are plenty of little shops, restaurants, and cafe's (even a Starbucks) close by. Perfect. Visited Frankfurt for a short business trip by Messe and the Corner Hotel situated just outside of Messe and near the main train station so it was perfect. The concierge person was very polite and direct me to my room with ease. The room I rented for was small but perfect for individual traveler. I've stayed in a wide variety of locations over the years while attending trade fairs at the Messe. This hotel has a great combination of being close to the main train station, the messe and an easy walk to the Opera House and shopping district. Rooms were bright, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

As a business traveller attending a trade show looking for a good quality, reasonably priced hotel within easy access of the station and the messe this hotel was perfect. It seems like a new/refitted hotel with one or two bugs still to fix. For example, the WiFi in my room on the fifth floor was weak and the bath and sink drains were slow to empty. […] Pictures on the website were very accurate of the quality. we stayed at the hotel on new year's eve. The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortabe, and the room was very clean. The room was at the back of the hotel, and was very quiet, even on new year's eve. The staff were very helpful, we asked if they knew where to go to see the fireworks in frankfurt, and although […] the receptionist didn't know (he was not from frankfurt) he looked on the internet for us. He also spoke both english and german. The price of breakfast is somewhat expensive, but we chose to get something to eat at the main train station, which is less than a five minute walk away. the price of the wifi is also expensive. overall, a very good hotel Lees meer

Stayed 2 nights while on business, basic hotel but almost brand new facilities, good size rooms, very quiet despite being on a main road, will definitely go back to this hotel. Good staff too. Some of my colleagues stayed in the Savoy Hotel 4 stars but had much smaller rooms and not as up to date facilities.

A quiet, moden hotel with friendly, helpful staff. A good value hotel for vacationers and business people who don't use many facilities and just want a convenient, clean, quiet place to sleep. Two blocks to main train station. A little cold (the heating system seemed half on).

The name of the place describes it location exactly; on the corner. It is next to a larger hotel called The Atlantic if you need another point of reference. Room was recently remodeled, clean and excellent. 24 hour front desk was comforting. GREAT location about a block from the train station. Check out the HUGE shopping district for something to do. […] Red light district nearby but easy to avoid and no bother. Upon check-in I got a warning message that rates were expecting to increase so book now while it's cheap. You won't regret it. Lees meer

The room was extremely small, but perfect for the itinerant traveler not looking to spend much time in their room. The staff spoke perfect English when asked, were extremely attentive and had great senses of humor. Great spot for the single business or leisure traveler!

Very clean, very modern hotel. Our room's condition and cleanliness were impeccable. We stayed for only one night while in transit from an incoming flight into Hahn and an outbound flight from Frankfurt airport, and it was perfect for that purpose. Very close walk from the Hauptbanhof so extremely convenient to get in and out. If I were to visit Frankfurt […] again for business or transit, I would definitely stay again. But for true tourists I would say the hotel is a little "hands-off" -- the receptionists are extremely nice but not particularly knowledgeable about activites in the surrounding area (and we asked only for dinner suggestions, not anything particularly difficult). The hotel is located right near the red-light district so lots of non-kid-friendly entertainment maybe a block or two away (though it we didn't feel unsafe walking through the streets). And they no longer have a business center with internet-accessing computers, though the receptionist was very apologetic about it and let me use his own desktop at reception to check my email and flights.... The Kaiserin is only one year old and very up to date. I stayed here since I wanted to be close to the central train station for business reasons.
