Days Inn Hamilton in Hamilton

We were in Hamilton recently for a family function. This is the third time we have stayed at the Days Inn and we have had no complaints. We will be back!

The underside of the duvet cover was stained with what looked like blood.. While the management had me switch rooms, I was never comfortable. The air felt stale and there was no way to open a window to get fresh air into the room.

We were going to be attending a family function in Hamilton and needed a hotel in a certain area. The Days Inn was the least expensive of all the options we looked at and included a continental breakfast and free parking. These were extra at other hotels. We were very pleased with our room. Very unfriendly guest service manager, dirty rooms, dirty mattresses, no bathtub, can't open windows. Terrible stay. Will never stay here again!!!

We have stayed here before and again found the room comfortable and clean. Front staff were courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the computer system was down but the guy at the front desk was very helpful and calm about the whole thing, got us our room within 10 minutes with a few phone calls. He was obviously pretty stressed about the whole thing but he didn't let it interfere with trying to do the best he could with the situation at hand. The hotel was clean […] and in a convenient location, although it was a little noisy as our room was on the first floor looking out over Main st. I had trouble locating the hotel but that had less to do with the hotel itself than my inability to distinguish E from W on a map. In all, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient hotel in the Hamilton area. Lees meer

I can't believe with the technologies of today that a hotel needs to give 2 television remotes to each room. One to turn the t.v. on and another to change the channels. Can't there be a universal remote for the t.v.'s in each room? The noise was another problem. You can hear everything from your neighbours and from the street including people walking […] by on their cell phones. Overall not impressed! Lees meer

Great central location, reasonable rate, clean and the staff were very courteous

Some of the passenger made noise and it dissrupted my sleep.

I felt that there should have been more parking... My BF AND I had to park elsewhere... when we aprochad the person that was on duty, he told us he was in trianing.I like my bf was insulted of what was happing since it was quite the drive.... to get there.Neither one of us can unserstand why on the night shift ... there was someone on duty ... that […] was on training. I feel that we should get a discount for the next time we go into a day's inn. IF there is so many rooms yet so many cars we sould nhave more parking.. Lees meer

When I arrived it was shift-change or break for the staff. Several of them were sitting on the curbs in the parking lot - chatting and spitting amongst themselves. The room was acceptable and reasonably clean for a 1 night stay. Had I needed to stay longer in town I would have moved to a better hotel. Neighborhood is close to the 'drunks and bums'  […] district. Lees meer

I found the room clean and it had a little fridge in the room which was very handy.

It wasn't fancy but our occasion did not require it to be. It is clean comfortable and casual.

Hotel on it's own was OK. A/C stays at one temperature no matter how low you try to set it. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The thing the ticks me off most is charging $100 per day per room for incidentals which there were none. So now I have to wait a week for it to be placed back on my credit card. Maybe I've been lucky but I have never had any hotel […] ever charge my card in such a manner. I just stayed at 4 different hotels this past long weekend and Days Inn Hamilton Ontario was the only one to charge me. Lees meer

was close to the university for me....do not book on line with Expedia though...it was cheaper to book right at the hotel...decent place to stay for the money and the purpose for me...

I missed the hotel the first time down Main St-- numbers on buildings are few and not very visible, but easy to find once located. Free parking. Continental breakfast. Room quiet and neat. Price good. Friendly desk staff. Glad we stayed.

Water was not hot enough in the shower, actually ran out the first morning. The breakfast area was not stocked well at all, first day we were 9:30 no OJ, still the next morning @ 6:30 no OJ, 3 plates. Cups were also too small for coffee and tea.

It was clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The parking was a bit of a problem during the weekend, but additional parking was available down the street.

We were passing through Hamilton and the hotel was comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious. Having a fridge and microwave in each bedroom was a definite plus for us. The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Although the surrounding neighborhood is pretty poor, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. For the price paid it is a great value. I would stay again.

Exceeded low expectations, room was nice and clean. We were celebrating a friends birthday at Hess Village so this was an ideal location. However the Inn is very strict on it's no visitor/guest policy and we ran into some issues concerning this and things became rather frustrating dealing with the front desk. Other than that it was a good place.

The staff were very helpful in boosting my car and helping me print some documents. Very friendly. I struck up interesting conversations with several of them as well. Great location. I would go back, or recommend this hotel in the future.

Hotel parking lot small but attendant on duty showed us where we could park was free parking.

Très bien, bon accueil, hotel à recommander, ma femme et moi-même sommes très contents de notre séjour ML
