Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites West Hurst - DFW Airport in Hurst

Het is een prima hotel. Bij aankomst bleken ze echter een verkeerde kamer te hebben (met één kingsizebed, terwijl met twee queensize bedden was gereserveerd).schuld werd bij Hotel.com neergelegd. Op de reservering stond het goed! Één nacht een andere kamer gehad, werd weinig moeite gedaan om de fout goed te maken, de slaapbank op deze kamer moesten […] we zelf gereedmaken, terwijl zij aangaven dat ze het zouden klaarzetten. We loved the room. Hotel was clean an beautiful. However our one bad thing was we brought our granddaughters there because of the indoor heated pool. And I wouldn't call it that heated. It was cold enough to take your breath. The hot tub was also cold and not working. They did invite us to go to the hotel across the parking lot and use their spa which […] was very warm. The whole purpose of our stay was the pool so we were a bit disappointed. I think the management should have offered us a discount on that stay or a subsequent stay. Lees meer

Very courteous, room was clean, like the new shower!

My room lost power 3 times during my one night stay. I did not have power from 9:30pm until 2am. I called the front desk several times and no one picked up then I walked down there at 1:45am. The front desk manager was rude and told me I would need to switch rooms. i dont know about you but to decided that at 2am, when I cant see in my room to get my […] things and have to work the next day at 7 am is not acceptable. I asked if they could get someone out early to fix it and they told me no. I then tried to file a complaint and I did not event get an apology. Lees meer

This was a very nice & clean hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Easy access from the highway and close to several highways. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and happy hour. Would stay here again.

What a nice surprise! We had not stayed at this hotel and we weren't expected many extras - but this hotel is great! Breakfast changes everyday, rooms looked and smelled new. Everything was great! Indoor pool, great work-out room.

I was impressed by the quality and cleaniness of the hotel. Very convenient location, right off the higway, great choice of nice resturants and very good customer service.

Pleasantly surprised about cleanliness, convenience and amenities that this location offered! Great stay!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the clean, new, well-appointed room I was in. The bathroom looked brand new, new tile (not cheap), great shower, great sink, etc. The TV was actually HD quality newer TV and had all cable channels (not just a dozen). My stay was fine once booked, but was told there were no available rooms initially. My only concern was my wife had called two minutes previously and one minute after getting off the phone with staff who told her rooms were open. I guess she sounded better.

Very nice hotel. But our room, which was called an executive king, lacked several of the things it was supposed to have. For example it had microwave popcorn, but no microwave - a coffee pot warmer but no coffee pot. The breakfast downstairs was great though.

The darn air conditioner was loud as heck. I finally had to get up at 2am in the morning and just shut the thing off. Of course that left the room somewhat warm but I did get a good night's sleep. If you stay in room 225 please inquire about the air conditioner.

What a wonderful surprise to find. This is an exceptionally nice place to stay. We were very pleased with the quality of the rooms, compared to other hotels for this price. Top of the line in every way. Friendly staff, wonderfully breakfast and everything you would need in your rooms. Will be back soon!

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of towels and pillows. I loved the shower. It was modern and easy to use. The room was large with a sofa sitting area. Couldn't have asked for more.

This was a wonderful hotel. I would give it a 4.999 but not a 5. Positives - The bed was great. My husband slept like a baby. I loved the shower and the room was nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Negatives It would have been nice if they could have had thick curtains all across the windows. The thin filmy ones […] let the light in. However it did not stop me from sleeping because I am use to a certain amount of lights. But if you want total darkness this could be a problem. In addition they had only one computer in the business center. There should have been 3 for a hotel of this size. In my travels I have seen this many. It's definitely a great place to stay. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be looking them up. The hotel was very well kept and had stylish decorating. The staff was very friendly and recommended some good restaurants. It is located far enough out of the major cities to be quiet but is right along the interstate for quick travel in the Dallas/Fort Worth […] Area. From 5-7 every night they had "happy hour". They gave out free beer and wine (and non-alcoholic beverages) and an assortment of things to snack on. Breakfast is included in the stay and wasn't bad at all. I'd recommend being careful with the sausage (not great) but everything else was good. They had pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, cereal, various breads and several drink choices. The fitness room was a little better than most places I've been. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked decent enough through the door. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the interior of the room to the overall upscale atmosphere feel. I was there on business but I imaging families will enjoy it too. My wife has to rush to Fort Worth for a sick friend. This hotel went out of their way to make her stay comfortable. Clean room, warm staff, great breakfast. everything was perfect and good value!

Breakfast was very ordinary to be honest. Gym is pretty nice though. The biggest issue I had was with the room odor. It smelled like they had just washed the carpet and they weren't dry. Maybe it was just bad timing... Anyway, for the rate, I've seen much better to be honest.

Very nice hotel! The rooms were comforting, roomy and nice. The tiled walk-in shower was very nice. We will definetly stay at this hotel next time we visit the Dallas area.

The room met all expectations. The location is great, being next to a police station, a couple hotels and a bar within walking distance. The breakfast is also a nice treat.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The room had a very comfortable bed, large TV, frig and microwave, and a great air conditioner. It's in a convenient location and there are good restaurants within walking distance. It is also across the street from the Hurst Police dept.
