Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive and not very good. Bar prices are high. Overall a nice hotel that is run very well.

The hotel was very clean and I would come back an stay their aganin. The only thing that can improve is to have breakfast included in your hotel stay. The room for the handicapp was great and mom thought it meet her needs.

Convenient Route 70 location right off the Parkway. Generally quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking. Well stocked room with fridge and microwave was a plus but housekeeping was poor. Everyone there was so friendly, the hotel was in great shape inside and out, food on both side of the hotel and a plaza across the street. Breakfast was good and room service was also very good.

As soon as you step through the door to the building you know this was the right choice. A perfectly manicured facility, clean as can be, met by a truly professional staff and it carries up to the room, the pool and gym, and the grounds. The convenience of two different restaurants next door helps greatly.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. The day we stayed there was a pretty good amount of snow and ice. Hotel staff not only helped my wife to our car so she wouldn't slip but they also helped me scrape ice and snow off the rental car.

excellent service. nice breakfast buffet. quiet. loved the pool and jacuzzi except when a ton of kids decided to hang out there when i really needed to relax. the fitness center is great too. starbucks next door is a real plus! happy hour would be nice touch. easy access to GSP. i'll be back.

Nice CLEAN and QUIET room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They also appeared to have a lot of ammenities although I didn't have the time to use them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi was broken, which was a shame since we all wanted to hang out in it after our Thanksgiving dinner. However, we've stayed at the hotel several times and it has always be clean, comfortable and well-staffed.

Our 2 night stay was pleasant. Room was clean with the exception of some dirty tiles under the sink. I thought that continental breakfast was complimentary, but was disappointed to find out that there was a significant extra charge. We went up the road a couple of miles to the Rainbow Diner and had a great breakfast for less.

Every employee was pleasant and helpful, despite the extra work of putting up the FEMA people. Maybe it takes a disaster to realize what you really have.

Room was very comfortable and clean...the indoor pool was fun for our little kids. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet or have continental breakfast due to traveling to families homes and we like the NJ Diners for a change of pace. Hotel staff seemed pretty friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The room wasn't as pictured on the HOTEL […] . COM website, so it wasn't quite what we expected...but it was more than adequate for what we needed. Internet was easy to access. Overall, other than being slightly "expensive" it was an enjoyable stay. Much better than some other hotels we've been too. Lees meer

The hotel is in a great location, near all the major highways, and restaurants are everywhere. My family lives nearby and it was very convenient for me...it is also about 20 minutes from Brick beach, which is absolutely clean and beautiful. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and clean. It offers a business area where you have access to computers […] and printers and there is free internet in the rooms. There is an indoor pool and a small workout area, which I used a few times. Though the beds have individual dials for firmness, our bed had a valley in it that caused us to roll into it. Very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy. The lock on our door didn't work, so we had to keep gettting new keys. The young lady at the desk was a bit unfriendly and unaccommodating.

The bathroom was cramped. The microwave in the room did not work well. The location is not that great. It takes for ever to get to the hotel from a major highway.

Everything was marvelous. I could not believe that the movie "John Carter" would cost $18.00 to watch. That is my only complaint. I called them when I got home to ask if that was a mistake. She told me "NO".1 movie watched 1 time=$18.00 ! ! ! ?!

I did not like he mattress that much ... was too hard for me. My wife did not have any issues with the mattress, so, you cant please eveyone!

The hotel was great! Rooms are very nice and clean, enjoyed the pool. We had lost my son's ipod while carrying stuff in so we called the front desk and the lady who was at the front desk had found it and turned it in. We thanked her for her honesty! Would definately stay there again!

Physically, the hotel is beautiful and immaculate. Moreover, just as important, the staff is very helpful and service oriented. We would definitely stay there again. Very pleased.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Only 15 mins away from Point Pleasant beach. Will stay here again.

I rarely write reviews but this hotel merits it. I thought it would be nominally better than average, but the lobby was very bright and inviting, room was well appointed, staff very willing to accommodate and please and there was nothing I had to ask for, all was provided including fridge, coffee maker and hairdryer. Overall, this is a very nice hotel. We had 2 issues, however: 1. We had 4 people in a small suite for 7 days and yet every night except one, we were only given 3 sets of towels. Six out of 7 nights, we had to call for the correct number of towels. 2. We were assured that the mini suite would sleep 4 comfortably with a king bed and a queen bed. The hotel was everything I expected it to be at the price. Check-in was quick and painless. Room was comfortable and large. Wireless internet worked without a problem. Hotel was much nicer than I had expected - beautiful lobby, nice, clean, large rooms. Good room service and really nice server. I got there late afternoon and a wedding party was checking in, so check in took quite a bit of time. When I got to my room, it was not the Jr. Suite we had requested, but I didn't want to change because it would take too long. […] I wanted to order a movie for my daughters, and when I went to order, the On Demand channel said I couldn't order a movie because I wasn't checked into my room. I called the front desk and told them the story, they "checked me into my room" and when I went to order the movie, I was again told I was not checked in. I know I was checked in becasue I was able to check out the next morning using the TV, however, we were never able to order a movie... Lees meer
