Hotel Dock Milano ligt heel handig bij de luchthaven in het hartje van Turijn, dicht bij Piazza Statuto, Stadhuis, Turijn en Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea. In de buurt liggen ook Kathedraal van Johannes de Doper en Egyptisch museum.

Gasten krijgen elke ochtend een gratis ontbijt. Naast een conciërgebalie en meertalig personeel heeft Hotel Dock Milano voorzieningen als hulp bij excursies/tickets. Tegen betaling kan je in openbare ruimtes gebruikmaken van een snelle inernetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel), terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere gratis kranten in de lobby, roomservice (beperkte uren) en een stomerij-/wasserijservice. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een balkon met uitzicht op de stad.Hotel Dock Milano heeft 70 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een kluis. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden. Elke kamer heeft een flatscreen televisie met kanalen via digitale ontvanger. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, een bidet, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een plafondventilator en openslaande ramen. Bovendien wordt dagelijks een huishoudservice aangeboden. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als een telefonische wekdienst beschikbaar. Op de kamers van Hotel Dock Milano mag niet worden gerookt. De renovatie van alle kamers werd in januari 2010 voltooid.

Goede locatie vlak bij station en metrohalte, en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ideaal voor diegenen die weinig tijd hebben; er zijn gratis fietsen te leen!

Het hotel is een goed hotel, heeft m.i. een paar minpuntjes, nl de buurt.Is een achterstandswijk. Wel prettig dat er 2 supermarktjes erg dichtbij zijn, naar het centrum is goed te lopen ( of per bus). Heel jammer dat het terras gesloten was, want het was prachtig weer en de buurt nodigt niet echt uit om ergens te gaan zitten.Zonde van zo'n prachtig terras. Zo jaag je de gasten van je hotel weg!!

Het hotel is keurig en ligt behoorlijk gunstig t.o.v. het oude centrum van Turijn. De kamer is geheel op orde en ziet er keurig uit. De onbijtzaal is sober en zakelijk ingericht. De prijs/prestatie van dit hotel maakt het zeer geschikt voor een toeristisch verblijf in Turijn.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"Friendly hotel near Porta Susa Station"
Really friedly and helpful staff, nice rooms and - for italian terms - a surprisingly great breakfast. DM is only a few steps away from Porta Susa Station, Royal Palace and other places of general interest are in walking distance.
"Dock Milano, Turin - clean & convenient"
For the price this is excellent value. We were 3 adults and I had been concerned it would be cramped, however it was a spacious ensuite room with patio doors onto a spacious balcony. The room was well cleaned daily and toiletries provided. There was a mini bar and a safe in the room, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers - generally a comfortable room. […] The heating was very high, however the control was in the room so it was easy to adjust. The breakfast ranged from fruit and yoghurt, to packaged brioche, fresh croissants, cereals and a small selection of cheese & ham. Tea, coffee and fruit juice was available from a machine. None of it was exceptional, but there was certainly something for everyone and in a country that doesn't specialise in breakfast it was adequate. The location is ideal if arriving by train (it's next to Porta Susa) or from the airport (the airport bus stops 50m away). The main shopping street, Via Garibaldi, is just around the corner, and it's a fairly short walk to the main squares. As it's close to the station, there is a wide selection of bus routes for those not wanting to walk, or returning after a long day of sight seeing. Lees meer
Turin is such a pretty city. The hotel is located in a very nice area, within a walking distance of all the attractions. Public transportation is a really easy way to get around and is available right in front of the hotel (1 euro). I would recommend going to trattorias instead of restaurants to eat since they are cheaper and the food is more home-style. The […] hotel staff was amazing. Hotel was clean and close to most of the city attractions. Breakfast menu was great. A great place to stay if you want to visit Torino.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Porta Susa train station and as we were traveling by train quite easy to reach. Also in easy walking distance to the main piazza of Torino. Nice hotel in a historic area. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Staff is a little weak on directions, etc, but no issues. Good breakfast and location.
"A treat"
Our reception at the hotel was enthusiastic and informative. So much so we couldn't wait to get out and about in Torino to experience the beauty - both in the architecture and food. And we weren't disappointed! The breakfast was fine. The hotel was grand! Make sure you get off at the right train station otherwise it's a long walk!

We booked a couple of nights at the Dock Milano for the start of a 2 week holiday in the French Alps. The airport bus stops just across the road and is easily identifiable. It's central location made it ideal for exploring the city on foot which, although expensive, is an interesting place to visit for a short stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly […] and helpful which made up for the tired and dated decor. The room was basic, comfortableand quiet and the AC was a welcome relief from the oppressive Turin heat. We were impressed with the King size bed and how comfortable the mattress was! Ho alloggiato in una singola molto spaziosa al primo piano per 5 giorni. L`hotel era molto pulito e la stanza silenziosa pur affacciandosi sulla stazione di Porta Susa (trafficatissima). La posizione e`molto centrale e comoda. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno sia per la qualita`del servizio che per i prezzi. Unico neo (per me almeno che ero a Torino […] per lavoro): internet wifi non funziona! 4 euro al giorno per un servizio inesistente.. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Lees meer

Hôtel bien placé pour séjourné à Turin.Le personnel est très accueillant ,la chambre propre vaste ,les lits 1 personne mériteraient d'être un peu plus longs.Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien.Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

posizione ottimale per i trasporti; a 15' a piedi da Piazza Castello. Ottimo park coperto a 3' e a tariffa ridotta. Complessivamente 3 stelle corrette. Difetti: ingresso praticamente di 20mq., condizionatore assolutamente inefficace, bagno senza alcun ripiano per sapone, shampoo, indumenti..

La présence de 100.000 Alpini; la visite du Président de la République; la grève générale et le départ du Tour cycliste d'Italie avaient de quoi perturber le séjour. Il ristorante convenzionato con l'albergo è italiano-giapponese, ed i piatti sono buoni per entrambe le cucine. L'unico difetto, l'impianto di condizionamento dei corridoi dell'albergo (non quello interno alle camere) è collegato a quello del […] ristorante, quindi chiedete una camera dal alto dell'albergo opposto rispetto al ristorante. Personnel compétent et accueillant, serviable. Hôtel agréable, confortable, grande salle de douche, propreté de tout irréprochable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est digne de ce nom. Il y a un frigo-bar dans la chambre. Seul bémol, les lits jumeaux sont un peu étroits, donc, en réservant demander le "lit matrimonial" (lit en 140), même pour une personne […] seule. "bon rapport qualité/prix"
Mais j'ai du négocier un peu car la chambre qu'on m'avait d'abord attribuée était très sombre et ni les volets ni la fenêtre ne s'ouvraient...la nouvelle chambre était impeccable. N'hésitez pas à vous montrer exigeant. Décor "culturel" photos de cinéma et tableaux modernes. Vraiment une bonne option. Petit déjeuner copieux sinon passionnant.

"Ottima relazione prezzo qualità"
Ottimo albergo veramente per la relazione prezzo qualità. Hanno una colazione a buffet degna di un 4 stelle e alla reception sono gentilissimi. per non parlare della posizione, davanti alla stazione comodissima per il parcheggio per autobus, tram e metro.

Seul problème: le stationnement à proximité n'est pas une mince affaire.
