I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the services were amazing, and best of all is the location of it. It was attached to Dubai Festival city, which made for a great time for the whole family.

Excellent hotel, staff and service. Went for one of the executive rooms near the top and the views of the dubai skyline and creek were first rate. Only small gripe was the outside air con noise / drone was annoying at night. Except for that excellent.

Friendly Staff... Great restaurants... hotel is attached to a mall and outdoor marina where there are more restaurants... we stayed here our last day to be closer to the airport but we were impressed with the luxury of the room and overall hotel...

A lthough I had elite status and advance booking, I stay at the reception (evening time) for quite long to get the room ready. Staff at reception is very helpful and appologised but as a business traveler we are always expecting the best. Room is clean and staffs are very friendly.

This is my 3rd stay in the hotel. Good staff and good location.Very good hotel in a perfect location . Lot of restaurents nearby location while hotel have own several restaurents. As a suggestion carpet need proper cleaning !

Every thing is perfect in this hotel, being located in the festival city made most of our stay enjoyable and spending most of the time in or in the neighborhood of the hotel. Only one problem we had with reception that is not informed through their system that booking is pre-paid, and requesting us to settle payment through credit card. The problem […] was resolved after reception called sales office and confirmed it is pre-paid. It took us 6 minute more standing to clear the issue, little long for arrival after tiresome trip. The following two issues were disappointing - told we had to wait 45 mins for our room to be prepared when we arrived well after check-in time while an extra bed was put into the room after we had specifically ordered a triple bed room; the extra bed put into our room stank of cigarette smoke. Otherwise we were very happy with our overnight stay

2 bedroom suite, #2823 was too noisy to sleep. Even, there was very noisy on the ceiling of one room in another suite, #2525. Room service for breakfast was delivered late about 30 minutes.

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are well designed and beautifully equipped, the staff are all very friendly and courteous. The range of restaurants looks good, and the hotel as well equipped spa, gym and pool area. The hotel is connected to the Dubai Festival City mall and we had a nice time there. The breakfast wasn't that good compare to the price , i could have breakfast at the mall and i will save 200 AED.

Great restaurants and choice of food, service is excellent and just 10 - 15 minutes to the airport. "Festival City" is not exciting, but maybe winter time would be better. Overall, superb and immaculate hotel

I usually visit dubai once a month , I always select a hotel that is in or attached to a mall , this one is definitely the best if you don't want the hassle of taxi round trips . Hotel is located right next to a large shopping center, called Dubai Festival City shopping mall. It is close to the airport and not far from places like the Burj Khalifa. Thus, location is good. Hotel staff put us in a smoking room, f After waiting for an hour for the availability of a non smoking room. We were disappointed with the level of service. This is not the level of service we got used to in intercontinental hotels.

Nice hotel close to shopping and night time entertainment. Some noise at night from out door band. Few mix ups with reception staff over lack of extra bed and price of upgrade. Our bill was eventually amended to allow for this.

We had the most fabulous stay in Dubai. The Intercontinental Festival City was superbly located with easy access to cabs and connected to a shopping mall which was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful and really added to our experience. We took advantage of the hotel car but cabs were readily available too. There was so much to see and […] do we will just have to return! The room was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous with everything catered for. Definitely recommend the hotel and Dubai itself - a perfect place for a family holiday. We loved the Atlantis Water Park but be warned about the lack of taxis outside - we waited an age and eventually had to take the monorail and walk in an unknown district until we found a taxi (by chance). The only slight downside was Qatar Air - the staff were friendly and helpful but on the return journey we couldn't check in online so were unable to sit together. The seat back tv's were not working for our youngest daughter, there was an overhead cabin light that couldn't be turned off above my husband's seat, even though it was a night flight, and the boy next to me had his spotlight permanently on as the controls were not working - not ideal! The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was not in the inner city but in a very visible, easy place to reach, so driving a rental car was easy. And the hotel was connected to the Festival city mall, which was also very convenient. The room was ok. My view was strictly of Festival city, which is fine, however, the nights that I was staying […] at the hotel, there were fireworks shows every night, but I didnt have a view of it from my room. Modern and spacious rooms; very nice bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, including the business centre staff, who were organised. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping centre with mid-range stores and a cinema.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Pool. Das Frückstücksbuffet ist toll und der Service sehr gut - sofern nicht gerade noch eine grosse Veranstaltung stattfindet. Dann ist das Personal im Service hoffnungslos überfordert und lässt das jeden Gast sehen und spüren. Das Housekeeping ist sehr gut. Natürlich sehe ich immer etwas, was man noch besser […] machen könnte. Auch toll ist der Pool und die Sonnenterrasse. Das Personal hier ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes 5 Sterne Hotel in Flughafennähe (ca. 5km), Fahrt mit dem Taxi ca. 30 Dirham, guter Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge mit Mietwagen. Kostenloses Valet Parking (Ausnahme Trinkgeld). Freundlicher Empfang, guter Service, große und saubere Zimmer mit sehr bequemen "amerikanischen" Matratzen. Sehr großes Frühstücksbüffet zum Preis von 145 Dirham. Netter […] Poolbereich - war allerdingings zwischen Weihnachten/Neujahr stark frequentiert. Für gelegentliche Erfrischung am Vormittag oder nach Ausflügen sehr gut geeignet, wer einen Badeurlaub in Dubai verbringen möchte sollte sich für ein Strandresort (meist deutlich teurer) entscheiden. Die Mall Dubai Festival City ist im vergleich zu den anderen Malls (Dubai Mall und Mall of Emirates) deutlich kleiner und wird tagsüber von sehr wenigen Menschen besucht. Am Abend und am Wochenende ist die Mall deutlicher belebter. Eine große Anzahl von Restaurants insbesondere im schön gestalteten Außenbereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Lees meer

Das Hotel war einfach 1 AAAA ! Ohne Übertreibung, man wurde wie eine Prinzessin behandelt und jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Ganz ehrlich! Werde wieder Urlaub in Dubai machen und wieder im selben Hotel!
