Encore at Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas

Mijn verwachtingen waren torenhoog: Wynn/Encore Las Vegas staat bekend als een van de beste hotels van Las Vegas en Amerika. Uiteindelijk bleek alles perfect: Kamer, uitzicht, roomservice, Le Reve, XS. Vanaf nu zal ik iedere keer in Vegas in de Encore verblijven.

Het nieuwe Encore (dec 2008) hotel ligt halfweg de strip waar ooit het bekende Desert Inn stond. Het Encore onderscheidt zich door de uitmundende service, de royale en mooi ingerichte kamers met full glas uitzicht op de Strip. Er is veel aandacht voor details en vormgeving. Uitstekende receptie. Het Casino is mooi ingericht met uitstekende restaurants. […] Naar verluidt heeft elke kamer gemiddeld 1 mln $ gekost en dat is er wel aan af te zien. De afstanden t.o.v. de meeste andere attracties, hotels en theaters zijn goed beloopbaar. Een aanrader, ondanks te gigantische keus aan hotels in Las Vegas. Lees meer

it was wonderful and the bar tender who help me when i went to get my coffee every morning was friendly and professional.Show concern when i told her my husband was sick. I wish i could know her name but she was tall and fair complexion.

Love staying at Encore and Wynn. Great staff and beautiful rooms.

The standard suite they had was like the best suite we have stayed at! It was like a home but only better! We stayed at the top hotels in Vegas each day in a diffrent one, encore was the best one and MGM grand was the worst. Best price wise and room too was the mirage. But if you want true luxury then go to encore!

The experice we had was quite good at Encore, but when we contacted the hotel before making the booking requesting for an extra bed, the answer was not available! It sounded bit strange! We are a family of four 2 adults and 2 kids. I had to book for 2 Resort Suite - Two Queens, which turely unnecessary as one room was spacious enough to accommodate […] us with the estra bed. The parking is for free. You have to be aware that there are extra charges, which are not included in the hotel rate. These charges are resort fee: which includes the following: 1-Internet access in guestroom 2-Phone calls (local, long-distance) 3-Use of fitness center Those fees are mandatory. Over all, it was a good experience and the pool is just ASTONISHING!! The resturents such as the Buffet is a must for breakfast the charge is $20 for adultes and $10 for kids. You also must try the StripBurger, which is located in the Mall opposite to the Wynn. I personally will choose the Encore Wynn for my future visit to Las Vegas. Lees meer

Hotel service was atrocious Very surprised that a Vegas hotel could be run like that. Thero though and hotel was gorgeous and conveniently locsted

Make sure to call the hotel directly to know for sure what other fees per day will be added to your cc! The addl fees per day were more than the the hotel room per night!

Many times in Las Vegas, first time at Encore. Probably one of the top3 here. I'll try to stay here again if the prices are not so unreasonable.

i'd stay again. The only thing the buffet is in the Wynn casion not the encore, its a little bit of a walk if you want to go to the buffet .. but what the heck u r in vegas and u do some walking

The Encore is one of the best hotels in Vegas - we've stayed at many of the others and we especially love the Encore because of it's central location, beautiful decor and light and airy casino - the only casino we could find that had windows! The room was spacious and well furnished, we had a beautiful view of the Strip, and the bed was huge and really […] comfortable. Very minor downsides were poor quality bathrobes and slow servicing of the room - we got back to the room a couple of days after 4pm after being out all day and the room still hadn't been serviced, but they did it while we were out to dinner without us having to chase it up. The pool areas are lovely and you get the choice of several between the Wynn and the Encore, beware though that one half of the pool area at the Wynn is totally in the shade in the afternoon, it wasn't too bad getting a sunbed but it was only March! The juice bar in the gym does fantastic smoothies and 'The Buffet' restaurant has the most amazing selection for breakfast including chocolate covered marshmallows, toffee apples and Chinese noodles - go there when you're really hungry and you'll get good value for money! Overall we had a really relaxing stay and would highly recommend the Encore. Lees meer

Wonderful!

Very dissapointed the pool and jacuzzi closes at 6:00 pm. Had a very tiring day getting to Vegas and really needed to relax for awhile. I won't stay there again for that reason.

The hotel was so amazing. Every little detail was wonderful. We had a room on 9th floor with two queen beds. The room was huge and the bathroom was like a spa! Staff was very friendly would stay here again. There were a few things I wish were better.... softer towels, better buffet at wynn(had more high end food) and we could hear the club down stairs […] (just the bass, just a little). But overall I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10. Lees meer

Visit Vegas a few times a year and have a favorite location. Decided to stay an extra night and found Encore for a great deal through hotels.com mobile! What a sensational resort... Didn't what to leave my room, it was that beautiful! May have found my new favorite location.

the overall experience of Encore is much more polished and well thought out compared to the Wynn. When it comes to design, decoration, room layout, the Encore is much better. The Wynn feels like it was just a collection of high quality items thrown in together and because its expensive stuff. The rooms are more spacious and the overall design leans […] towards a modern/contemporary chic. Lots and LOTS of mirrors. The thing i can say is its a lil pricier than Wynn, rightfully so, and the views are not as nice as the Wynn's Something about waking up and opening the blinds to see an incredible view. That's missing in the Encore rooms. Atleast in my room. Also the casino floor isnt as big as Wynn. So for everything else Vegas, Wynn has it all next door. Lees meer

Clean and upscale rooms. Comfortable to stay in all day and order room service. Needs to have a bit more table games to be more interesting for the gamblers. Over all very satisfied.

What a refreshing hotel resort to stay at. The decor and the facilities were very modern and clean. The room we received had an amazing view of the strip with floor to ceiling windows. My husband was delighted by all the vegan choices on the menu. Even though I'm not vegan, there was plenty of choices for me as well. The best part was the service and […] the culture. I was in Las Vegas for a conference, I was alone. I had the most comfortable room, the best service I have ever had anywhere and would go back to the Wynn again in a minute. I felt very comfortable and welcome.

Would stay here again. One of the best places on the strip and close enough to walk to where ever you may want to go next. Valet parking was a joke since it took for ever to get our car each time but it is close enough to walk to the other hotels. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful hotel, had the inexpensive upgrade to the King suite, stunning room with a wonderful view on the strip from the 53rd floor (floors 40 to 50 are missing...so maybe this was just the 43rd floor..?). Restaurants are great but expensive, if you just want a coffee and a snack pop across the street to the Fashion Show mall. The Spa was disappointing, […] steam room not working, sauna not warm, mediocre service, expected more! Swimming pool of Encore closed for maintenance...the Wynn swimming pool in the shade from 2pm onwards, outside is was 80 degrees so if you like to spend you whole day in aircon this is your hotel. Really excellent. The rooms are great - superbly comfortable beds, all mod cons. Could be improved greatly by the addition of tea & coffee making facilities - and some complimentary water - the strategy to parch you into (very expensive) mini-bar submission is pretty effective. Being gouged on the water is maybe just a step too far. Las Vegas tap water […] stinks of chemicals and is pretty vile to drink. Or bathe in for that matter. Plus with the air con environment and the desert air you dehydrate pretty rapidly. Ate at Switch and Botero - both superb in terms of food, wine and service. Osso bucco ravioli at Botero were divine. XS is an amazing spectacle to behold at the weekends - literally thousands of party animals and some pretty wild pole dancing for entertainment. Lees meer

I have been visiting Vegas for 35 years....stayed at the best and less. Encore is by far the best ever. Mr Wynn has created a upper crust brand that is so very comfortable and elegant. Still a fair number of poorly dressed folks, but caters to a classy crowd with impeccable service. Room was fantastic and hotel is beautiful. But found a dirty used cup underneath our bed and there was $300 in additional refundable deposits required to stay in room in addition to the $25 per night resort fee! Great hotel and I would go back in a hearbeat. A few small points: 1. Wi-fi costs £13.99 a day in your room and you are only allowed to register 1 device per room which is stupid 2. There is only 1 pool currently open 3. If you stay on the side that overlooks the strip, you will get some noise from the music in the club downstairs (you can hear the […] base, even on the 56th floor...) Lees meer

For the first time the hotel looks like the pictures you see online but only better. Very happy with our stay.
