Very conveniently located, room was clean with plenty of room. Desk work station was comfortable. A very good traveler's hotel.

Excellent Staff and The Cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at Room was Huge and Well Kept Breakfast was just right with good coffee Highly recommend

Hotel was great. Staff was not so great. Except for the lady taking care of the breakfast. She was the only nice staff person we experienced.

We stayed at 4 motels/hotels on our way from Florida to NY and this was by far the nicest. It looked very new. It had granite in the baths, a nice soft bed, newer furniture and carpeting, and a flat panel TV. They also have an indoor pool for the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Comfort Suites for not having that "Here it comes" look when I parade in with my four children. So accomodating. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Great value for the dollar. Convenient to York Co. Museum, shopping, and all the attractions in Charlotte including Carowinds amusement park. Would stay again without question.

The hotel was very clean, which is the primary concern with us. We had one problem during our stay. It started raining really heavy about 5:00 am and we were in room 307 on the backside of the hotel. The rain gutter was so loud that it woke us and didn't allow us to get back to sleep. The worst part was when we mentioned it to the front desk staff he […] of course made the hand off to the manager that didn't show up daily until around 11:00 am. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds. My stay overall was very pleasant. The only negative was that there were alot of children running around the hotel. That was to be expected due to the holiday weekend. I would easily return for additional stays.

The hotel personnel were very accommodating, the breakfast was substantial and the beds were lovely but the sofa bed mattress that constituted the "suite" part was extremely uncomfortable. It was a pity to make anyone sleep on it. When I commented on that to management the answer was "yes, sofabed mattresses leave alot to be desired". Almost brand new feel, well laid out, great roomy room, fine staff, and super immenities. Will stay here from now on when in Rock Hill.

This quality hotel has it all and is brand new. Great room and rates-you'll enjoy and be satisfied. I know where I'm staying next time in Rock Hill.

One of the individuals traveling with me, left her purse in the lobby by accident while we were enjoying the complimentary full breakfast. We realized an hour after returning to our room. She went to the front desk and one of the hotel staff had turned her purse in and she recieved it back when she inquired about it with everything in tact and no need […] to have to cancel credit cards, etc while on vacation. This hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable. I was rather content with the helpfulness of the staff, and the modern equipment (computers, exercise room).

This hotel is fairly new. Room was very nice. Enjoyed the pool area, but the hot-tub was broken. Breakfast was convenient, but we stayed for about a week so it got a little redundant. Needs more variety. Overall, a fine place to stay, convenient to restaurants and shopping and major highways.
