Good business hotel with good breakfast included in room rate. Not a hotel for family visit as is located in a business park. Overall a very nice hotel for overnight business trip accomodation.

Few problems: Room not cleaned on arrival. Keys kept failing to swipe to open door

Stay was fine apart from a poor night's sleep due to a car alarm going off continuously in the car park from at least 4.00am until the battery ran down just after 8,00am

It is the first time I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in this Country since I usually stay in a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn for convenience, proximity to motorway and facilities and low room rates. I do find these other hotels rather "sad", however, with the lonely receptionist in a clinical room and and the equally morose companion of the Little […] Chef. I was therefore delighted by the top hotel treatment of the staff working on reception who were very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, couteous and friendly. They were able to arrange a room at the last minute for my brother, to give him clear directions when he got lost, and swiftly diffuse his irritated manner upon arrival. The decor, seating and atomosphere of the reception/bar together with the efficient, friendly and helpful manner of the reception staff made the bar/coffee area a pleasant and welcoming place to wait for friends, share a drink with them and walk the short distance to the local pub/restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and of good quality. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others and use it again when we are in the area in the future. Lees meer

Ideal hotel for those travelling from the north. Good access into Bristol by car and reasonable for public transport. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast adequate but nothing special.

Located close to a party we attended so booked for convenience as the price was reasonable for a family room. However, the room had a very uncomfortable sofa bed for the children and the air conditioning was a little noisy and didnt really seem to cool the room even on the lowest setting. We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express - Bristol Parkway in order to break the onward journey down to Cornwall for a family holiday and I can't state enough how happy and impressed we were with the hotel overall. Easy and friendly check-in, welcoming foyer area, room clean and functional. Everything was where you needed it to be for ease of use. […] Our toddler was thrilled with his 'big bed' (the sofa bed had been made-up as requested - no chasing up involved!), help yourself breakfast was ample, with cooked option also, empty tables being cleared away swiftly. Staff were on-hand but not in your face and helpful and friendly. It made the whole experience enjoyable and was a great start to our holiday! The only minus was the traffic noise from outside. Unavoidable because of the hotel's position but we needed the window open as we're not keen on air-con. Will definitely recommend the hotel as well as hopefully stay here again in the future! Clean room, modern furnishing. Bonus is that you get a free breakfast, although it got quite busy (long queue) and they ran out of plates and bowls. Free wifi.

We were directed to this hotel after finding that hotels in Bath did not have the two family rooms that we needed for our rather large family of 6. We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious rooms which were clean and had comfortable beds, and the full buffet breakfast in the morning was especially welcome. The nearby pub couldn't accommodate all […] of us for a late dinner but there was a Brewers Fayre just round the corner. The hotel is located out in Filton - north of Bristol, which is OK of you've got business out that way, but it's a bit of a hike to downtown Bristol or Bath. TEN OUT OF TEN,AND THERES IS A LOVELY PUB/RESTAURANT JUST BEHIND IT WHICH IS TEN OUT IF TEN ALSO!

Stayed here for one night just passing through. We had 2 adults and 2 children sharing a room; the sofa bed was already made up for us. The hotel has a clean, fresh appearance with free wi-fi and ample dining facilities on the ground floor.

It's a fair way out of town but it's a very good set up, clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast is a buffet set up, serve yourself and heaps to choose from.

good for a short stay. stayed during heineken cup final weekend, perfect for this. beside Bristol Parkway rail station. not so good if visiting Bristol. good pub food next door.

The hotel was very good. The staff were excellant. But the hotel is north of Filton which is definitely not BRISTOL.

We spent a very enjoyable night's stay at this hotel. The food and service in the pub next door are thoroughly recommended as is the service in the hotel. The kids particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. We are looking forward to having an excuse to visit the area again soon.

We had two rooms booked for our stay last week to attend a wedding in the local village. The hotel staff went out of their way to let us check in early as we had to get changed before the morning wedding. Slight problem with the internet access using the PC in reception but not a big deal. All in all exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn […] Express. Lees meer

Comfortable and convenient hotel. Enjoyable stay, again. Second time at the hotel. Equally impressed, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Helpful staff is always a nice attribute to a hotel. Many thanks.

great place, located close to bristol but in a quite enough place so as to afford a quiet enough stay. The public house next door serves fantastic food at very reasonable prices. All in all a highly recommended venue

This hotel is outstanding value for money. Breakfast is included and that's important when travelling with a child. The room was perfectly clean and the air conditioning worked like a dream. Having snacks and drinks in the foyer is very convenient. It has a lovely country pub/restaurant right beside it and McDonald's across the road so everyone was […] happy.Our son was sick the first night we stayed there and the very helpful staff got a nurse on the phone for us to talk to. En périphérie de Bristol, cet hôtel familial se situe au carrefour de nombreuses voies rapides pour visiter aussi bien le centre ville que les magnifiques cités qui se trouvent à proximité BATH, WELLS...... De nombreux services de proximité se trouvent à quelques pas de cet hôtel très calme.

Schade, denn die rein optischen Bedingungen waren alle sehr schön, nur die Ausführung war alles andere. Die Hilfe des Personals bei Anfragen war nicht immer sehr ausgeprägt; für den Preis war das Frühstück einer sehr schlechten Qualität; Selbstbedienung und kaum Auswahl an Speisen; Die Frühstücksecke war laut und wirkte nicht sauber. Bei der Lage […] und dem äusseren Erscheinung des Hotels hat man ganz einfach viel mehr erwartet. Ein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fand man einfach nicht. Lees meer
