it was the first time I had acquired a handicap- accessible room with enough beds and space to accomodate me.Because I do not walk,I never travel alone,but,do not want to share a bed because it is not comfortable I am a widow and I always have a nurse,too.Even having a separate living area was a plus.All of my friends have been told.It was a marvelous […] getaway.I will probably always stay at a Holiday Inn Express...I'm spoiled.THANKS!!!!! Very convenient from freeway. Beautiful hotel. Nice surrounding area. Very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Was there for a baseball tourney. One block from park where we played. Close to restaurants. Left small bag in room. Hotel manager responded very quickly to my request for returning it. Left hotel on Sunday, called on Monday about leaving item, received it on Wednesday. Thanks to manager for returning it.

we were in town to visit my dying aunt. So our mood was not up beat but when we entered the hotel the front desk staff greeted us with a very big smile even thou she was very busy checking other people in. The next day at breakfast they had ran out of some sausages. The food server noticed me waiting and she said some will be out soon. I went back to […] my table and as soon as they came out she brought us a plate of 5 newly fresh cooked sausages. WOW! I was amazed that she took the time to serve and remember us in that wonderful special way. I thank you Ms. Ana. As we were checking out I gave her a cash tip for going out of her way to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was awesome by the way. Are stay we super great! we will be back. Lees meer

The toilet kept running. We called the front desk. They said they would send someone to repair it. They never did. We left our chargers there. I called and the lady said the manager would mail them to us. I called the manager and left a message to return my call. My call was not returned. I called the next day and talked to the manager . He said he […] would mail my chargers back, but, gees, my husband had left some blood specks on the sheets which constitued 'damage' that would have to be paid for. He said he would call me with all of the charges for the 'damage' and the cost to mail the chargers. He never called. I don't think he ever intended to mail the chargers to me, and I felt like I was being blackmailed into dropping my request to have him return the chargers by accusing us of damaging the sheets by a few specks of blood. Small, but hospitible. Kept very nice. Newer facilities. I appreciated the response and service of the hotel staff. "New facility", the continental breakfast and wireless internet service were deciding factors for me. I, along with my friends were very pleased with the accommodations. Typically, I hate hotel because they always seem unclean and dirty. However, this place was the exact opposite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, and not limited to coffee and donuts/pastries. I would suggest however that they invest in another waffle maker. This is a well managed, very clean hotel. I would certainly stay there again

Very nice hotel. Staff very nice. Breakfast was a not as good as I've had at other Holiday Inn Express. But otherwise nice stay.

Upon arriving at this hotel I was greeted by the desk clerk who was so helpful and made me feel very special and welcome as a guest. I was checked in received my keys and given directions to the elevator. When I open the doors to my room I was pleasantly surprise to find the room was so beautiful. It was a desk to put my laptop, microwave and refrigerator […] not visible to the eye and a couch for my visitors. The bathroom was breathe taking and lots of towels and other products necessary for a pleasant stay. The next morning for breakfast everyone I came across that work for the hotel was so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed may stay at this location. Lees meer

Quality, Safety and Security is Important. I enjoyed all the benefits at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Desoto. It'truly a Champion Hotel.

No hot water and when we called the front desk we were told no complaints. When we checked out the desk girl said we've had complaints all week long about this, I'll let the GM know

Room was clean; hotel was centrally located to appointments; staff was very friendly; continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Good job guys
