Ligging.
Copperstone Resort bevindt zich aan een rivier van Dead Man's Flats. Plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Spray Lakes en Canmore Golf and Curling Club. Een andere bezienswaardigheid in de omgeving is Nakiska.
Resortvoorzieningen.
Copperstone Resort heeft een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een conciërgebalie, een gameruimte en meertalig personeel. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.
Hotelkamers.
Copperstone Resort heeft 99 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een cd-speler en wasmachines/drogers. Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Elke kamer heeft flatscreentelevisie met premiumkanalen via de satelliet en een dvd-speler. Alle kamers beschikken over een bureau en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail. lokale gesprekken zijn gratis zijn gratis (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Snel internet (draadloos) is gratis beschikbaar. Alle bedden hebben luxe beddengoed. Alle kamers hebben een afzonderlijk eetgedeelte en zijn ingericht met een slaapbank. Bij dit resort met met 4 sterren sterren beschikt elke unit over een keukengedeelte met een kookplaat, een magnetron, een koelkast en een afwasmachine. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, een haardroger en gratis toiletartikelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere gastvrije attenties en koffie/theevoorzieningen. Daarnaast wordt dagelijks een huishoudservice aangeboden. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als een turndownservice beschikbaar. In Copperstone Resort mag niet op de kamers worden gerookt.

Een goed en service gericht hotel, met goede internet mogelijkheden,schone en nette kamers. De kamer die wij kregen toegewezen vonden wij veel te donker door te weinig lichtinval, de receptioniste regelde gelijk een andere kamer voor ons. Geschikt voor langer verblijf zij beschikken over een overdekte parkeergelegenheid met een niet al te hoge inrit. Het diner hebben we gebruikt bij het aan het hotel gelegen restaurant El Toro, met een korting voor bezoekers van het hotel. De ligging van het hotel was op 10 minuten loopafstand van het Centrum van Banff dus gunstig. Het hotel is een aanbeveling waard.

goed hotel, we zijn hier twee nachten geweest en alles was uitstekend, enigste minpunt is de treinen, maar die hoor je door heel Bannf, dus dat ligt niet aan het hotel

"Goed onderkomen"
Het hotel ziet er goed uit. Binnen is alles ook van goed materiaal, banken zijn wel een keer aan vervanging toe. Minpunt is de overal zeer duidelijk hoorbare luchtverversing van het hotel. Zeker 's nachts kan dat hinderlijk zijn. Er zijn ook veel muggen, zorg dat je Deet bij je hebt!
"Hotel appartement met comfort en gemak van thuis"
Een geweldig hotel appartement. Je eigen woonkamer, slaapkamer, uitgebreide keuken, badkamer en bovendien een wasmachine en droger in je eigen appartement. Kortom fantastisch. Er is een inpandige parkeergarage. Het gebouw ziet er mooi en nieuw uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Het hotel is netjes, kamer was comfortabel ingericht, alleen hadden wij het geboekt voor 4 personen en was het meeste gericht op 3 personen (servies, stoelen aan de bar). Het bed was prima, slaapbank minder. Balkon was prettig, jammer dat we tegen een muur keken en zo niets zagen van de mooie omgeving. Even though our stay at the Copperstone Resort was short, we had a great time visiting with friends in the area. We had all the conveniences of home in this great 'condo-like' accommodation and we so enjoyed the mountain views and fresh mountain air. Because of its nearness to Canmore and Banff, we were able to enjoy a fabulous mountain weekend retreat! […] The staff were super friendly and always had a smile for us. This hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel, unless you are sleeping on the sofa-bed - it was one of the most uncomfortable sofa-beds I have ever slept on. Although the rooms are very nice otherwise, we were disappointed that room service was never done, and the internet was not usable. "Perfect for Family reunion"
I went their for church retreat, but I think it will be more perfect for famly reunion. I stayed at two bedroom and one den. The den has bunk bed so 2 adults can sleep. Rooms spacious and clean. Overall, I was so satisfied.

It's difficult to find accommodations for large families at affordable prices. Copperstone met all of our criteria: living/sleeping areas for eight people, kitchen, two bathrooms, hot tub, and ample parking. Would stay here again.

Location is only 5 minutes from Canmore and our destination - the Nordic Centre for cross country skiing. Much quieter and more relaxed than being right in Canmore. Great view of mountains and creek out the window on backside of hotel. Kitchen wasn't completely stocked with necessary cookware - large bowl, cookie sheet, for example. Burnt out bulb and […] broken drain plug in master bathroom. Light fixtures dusty and full of dead bugs. Inadequate seating in living room for more than 4 people. I only stayed there for one night and was disapointed. For such a nice kitchen with granite counter tips and all the appliances needed there were holes in the sheets and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The room cards didn't work and had to be "re programmed " 3 times in less then 24 hours. On the hotel confirmation I was guaranteed a mountain […] view room, but they told me upon arrival that single rooms only have a view of the road or the coutyard. Looked for an option as everything in Kananaskis was booked...found a fully outfitted condo unit for a great price. Full kitchen, so a quick trip for groceries and we ate in! This was a wonderful escape for a weekend - beautiful location and very short drive to Canmore and Banff. Very reasonably priced and supplies in the kitchen for 8 people were sufficient. And the staff were happy to provide any additional utensils needed. All the beds were very comfortalel, except the sofa bed was not the best. But it was your "typical" […] sofa bed - not really good for 2 people sleeping on it - one sleeping on it was tolerable. Hot tub was wonderful and very nice, clean and well maintained. "Not as close to Canmore as you might think"
It is an outstanding little resort. Parking is good, but the location is a long way from Canmore or Banff. It's nice to just be up and out the door to your destination, walking, eating, shopping, whatever. Have a look at a map before you book and make sure you don't mind hopping in the car to eat/shop/etc. If you're going hiking I doubt you'd care about […] the drive. I would stay again I think. This is a luxurious resort with a bargain price. Wonderful amenities and very peaceful. It was nice to be out of downtown Canmore.

Overall the hotel was perfect for the reason for us to stay in the area. Room was clean and very impressive, no lack of space. Service was adequate. Surprised that there was not a resertaunt at this location though considering what was available in the area.

the room was excellent but too far from Canmore for all the wedding we were attending. plus it was totally inconvenient for ice and no amenities such as breakfast. not impressed for the price we paid.
"Enjoyed our stay"
The location of the hotel was perfect for day trips to Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise and offered the peace and quiet of a small town away from the hustle and bustle of Canmore and Banff. Throughly enjoyed our room, it was perfect for making our own meals and spending some quality R and R time together. We will definately be back!
"A Bit of Heaven"
Excellent Stay for the both of us. We slept in beds that were so comfortable that we will need to find out the name of the mattress manufacturer. I have insomnia but I slept like a baby all four nights. We felt like we were in five star accomodations. Thank-you for making our stay in Canada a part of our wonderful experience.

When we walked into the "room" we were amazed, it was more like an apartment, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher!! We were wow'd!! underground parking, the area is very quite, set in the mountains close to Canmore (9.5 km) a hidden treasure!!

Our room had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bedrooms, one with bunk beds for kids. The unit was clean and everything was new. The whole complex was neat and clean. The underground parking was nice and each stall had a lock up area for skies and bikes. Just bring a lock with you to lock the door. There where two outside barbecues and a large hot tub. […] Our stay was very pleasant. The only thing that wasn't working as the wifi internet. We where given alternative chooses which required going into Canmore. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as they have their own transportation. Lees meer

We booked for a single room with den. Upon arrival, we were given a two bedroom :). We were very happy with the location and price of the hotel. The hot tub was nice and the covered parking made us feel secure. The only 3 downfalls were: 1. The wireless Internet only worked 50% of the time 2.the baseboards and airfilter were gross. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. This is one of the times that what you show on your web site is what you actually get. Great value for the money and very close to Canmore. Minutes really. And you are away for the hustle and bustle that is now Canmore. Close to Banff, Yoho and all the wonderful attractions. The room was very clean and the service […] was friendly. Overall it was a great experience to stay at the Copperstone last week, it would be nice that staff member check the rooms before the next guess arrived. Oven was dirty and with some old fresh fries on it, dryer was full of sand and dirt, my husband actually had to clean it and spend 10 minutes trying to get all the dirt and sand out of the dryer, other […] than that perfect place to stay, hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is actually located in Dead Mans Flats, a few kilometers east of Canmore which is several kilometers east of Banff. There is nothing in Dead Mans Flats except a gas station with a few groceries. There are two major grocery stores in Canmore (Safeway and COOP) so do your shopping there. The room was large with enough utensils in the kitchen […] to cook with. There is a large (12 person) spa/jacuzzi that was very nice after a day of hiking. WiFi is slow, but free. We were very happy with this resort it was very clean comfortable the only thing was we has a corner suite so are view was looking at the back of a husky and right beside underground parking so noisey. Next would perfer a different room but would definetly recommend to others
