Copperstone Resort in Nationaal park Banff

Het hotel ziet er goed uit. Binnen is alles ook van goed materiaal, banken zijn wel een keer aan vervanging toe. Minpunt is de overal zeer duidelijk hoorbare luchtverversing van het hotel. Zeker 's nachts kan dat hinderlijk zijn. Er zijn ook veel muggen, zorg dat je Deet bij je hebt!

Een geweldig hotel appartement. Je eigen woonkamer, slaapkamer, uitgebreide keuken, badkamer en bovendien een wasmachine en droger in je eigen appartement. Kortom fantastisch. Er is een inpandige parkeergarage. Het gebouw ziet er mooi en nieuw uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Het hotel is netjes, kamer was comfortabel ingericht, alleen hadden wij het geboekt voor 4 personen en was het meeste gericht op 3 personen (servies, stoelen aan de bar). Het bed was prima, slaapbank minder. Balkon was prettig, jammer dat we tegen een muur keken en zo niets zagen van de mooie omgeving. We enjoyed the weekend get away. The hotel was lovely and had a home feel to it as though we never left our place. The wireless internet was the only down side. Super slow!

I just love this resort. It is so relaxing. This was our second stay and will most definitely stay again. It is near enough to Canmore for easy shopping and just plain enjoying this unique mountain town. Can't give it enough cudos.

This turned out to be a beautiful condo unit with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Dead Man's Flats is in a perfect, beautiful location for skiing Nakiska and dining in Canmore. We'll stay again.

When we're on a cross country ski trip we like to be able to prepare breakfasts and lunches, the facilties at Copperstone we're great for this. It was convenient to both the Nordic Ski Centre and downtown Canmore. Kitchen utensils could have been cleaner, but overall great value for money.

We enjoyed the stay. The heated underground parking is a plus. Rooms are spacious and clean wih great view. One thing my son was wondering was the Internet connection was not working. Overall, good experience.

The condo was fantastic! So cozy...accomodated all 4 of us with our own beds plus 2 bathrooms for a reasonable price. Only bad part was it was a 40 min drive to the ski hill and the cab cost us $110! Holy did we get hosed! Would definately stay here again!

The housekeeping service was lacking. They did not clean the bathroom sink and mirror or wipe down the kitchen counters, etc. The gym could use some more equipment. Other than a couple of barking dogs across the hall, and a ridiculously noisy furnace, our visit to Copperstone was a great overnight mountain getaway.

Service was very good, and staff engaging. Room was clean, and full-sized appliances allowed me to cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner! This is an ideal hotel for people traveling with their dog - there's plenty of scrub around to take the animals to stretch their legs. We enjoyed the beginning of our vacation here. The staff were very accomodating in providing my wife and I with a very nice room upgrade. If was very peaceful and quite here, which was nice. It felt very much like home here. Only, downside(and a very small one) is that it's about 15mins from Canmore. However, that's not far at all to drive and we found […] it worth it because we dined at one of the coolest restaurants in Canmore called Tapas. Seriously was amazing! It was fantastic. The suite was gorgeous. Stay was good, very nice and well maintained room, only thing is that wi-fi is terrible,the slowest i ever had in any hotel..... and if for any reason you need to use it you better choose another hotel unless they change server....

Loved the room, very comfortable. All the amenities of home. No maid service, we were there for two days. Only needed a couple of fresh towels and the garbage dumped. Overall very good experience, would indeed visit again!

The resort and the surrounding countryside was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was perfect. Way better bang for your buck then staying in a regular hotel room. The room was ready when we arrived and we had a great view of the mountains even though we were on the main floor. The hot tub could have been a little warmer, but I suppose it was set a little lower for the families that were using it. Badly needs more wireless bandwidth. Housekeeping was inconsistent but ok. Sofa was worn. But overall it was large, comfortable, attractive and close to the delightful town of Canmore and Banff.

My fiance and I very much enjoyed our stay. It was quiet with great customer service. The condo style suite was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Pro: reasonable price, BBQ in courtyard, hot tub, nice and neat in the one bed room suit, get pretty much everything you need in kitche; Cons: very uncomfortable sofa bed; about 35 minutes away from banff, bath tub is kind of small.
