The room was very smal,l even for a single, but that's ok as I wasn't going to spend any time there except to sleep. It was spotlessly clean, which is more important to me than spaciousness. The hotel is OK for the money and the staff is very courteous. The only problem that I found is that no tour agency offers pick-up service for this hotel. They say it is not a central hotel, but it looked pretty central to me, I walked to the colosseum in half an hour. The big problem is that you have to spend a fortune in taxis just to go to the tour […] agencies and come back. All and all it was good. The neighborhood isn't dangerous but it is very run down. On Sunday the buses and trains do not run early so getting to the terminal was an issue. Very friendly staff and a clean room.

Hotel was great, quality price, staff were friendly, room was very small and cramped, the wifi didn't work beyond the lobby. They were telling us that it was due to "technical difficulties" Well, I stayed there a week, and there was no attempt to correct this technical difficulty. So, other people in the hotel were camped out in the lobby each night […] to try to use the internet. The WORST thing is that the hotel is far outside of the city center! You have to take a train to the Termini station. Depending the time of the day these trains were so packed that you practically were chest to back. Also, there are few places to eat in the area of the hotel, and it's like being in a "ghetto" of Rome. Graffiti is sprayed everywhere in the area of where the hotel is located and you will need to carry your wallet in your front pocket when you walk around the neighborhood. Very few people in this area, that I tried speaking to, spoke English. I would suggest to anyone, if you want to go to Rome for vacation, pay the extra cash and stay in one of the more centrally located in Rome. You'd have a better experience. I had a small one-person room which was REALLY small. But all the amenities were there nevertheless. Check-in was fast and easy, and there was a computer downstairs and a printer at the front desk when I needed it. Not many options for breakfast in the morning, but it was included in the room rate. You basically have to take the tram (well, technically a narrow-gauge railroad) to main train station in Rome and take metro from there and in the evening the trams stop fairly early, so beware. First off all, this feels more like a very basic two star hotel. The building is old, and even though it's kept very clean you can tell it's a little run down, there's that typical funky smell coming out of the bathroom, etc. I'm not saying don't stay here, but you definitely need to adjust your expectations. The location is not the greatest, very quiet […] residential area, during the day it's easy to reach, the tram station is literally a few steps away, but they stop running relatively early at 10PM, and after that, the taxi from Termini will cost you 20 euro. It's great that they offer a complimentary breakfast (not very common in Europe at all), but again, don't expect too much, it's all prepackaged bread and pastries. The staff is very friendly and attentive (night person is not great with english though), feels like a family run operation that provides a good service a a decent rate. Personally I think next time I'll spend the extra few bucks to stay downtown, but I don't recommend against this place, just know what your getting into. Lees meer

Not the poshest of hotels, but it is a great deal. Much better than I expected for the money. About a 45min walk to downtown, but only a few minutes on the tram that stops 1/2 a block away. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and there is a great local neighborhood nearby, with some good local eateries.

Un disastro completo! un Hotel che di "ospitale" non ha assolutamente niente. *la stanza: uno sgabuzzino riadattato a stanza con una finestrella piccolissima in cima alla parete. Piccolissima. Il bagno però era pulito ma l'acqua usciva freddina. La stanza, si trova di fronte la reception, quindi gente che va e che torna.. morale non ho riposato bene! Non […] c'era la TV in camera e quando ne ho fatto richiesta mi hanno risposto che non c'era la disponibilità perchè era rotta. Poi me l'hanno portata , ma è come se mi avessero fatto un piacere. La sera prima di prenotare, avevo telefonato per sincerarmi che ci fosse la navetta per l'aeroporto ( nei servizi offerti da questo albergo c'era.. ma nn si sa mai!).. loro mi dicono di si. Quando ne faccio richiesta in albergo, la ragazza alla reception, straniera e in difficoltà, mi risponde che se voglio la navetta, poteva chiamare qualcuno.. solo andata 50 euro!!! .... ma non era un servizio dell'albergo? Nous gardons une très belle impression de notre séjour à Rome! c'est un tout petit hotel, la dame est très sympathique et dévoué pour ses clients. C'est à 2 pas du tramway, super pour se rendre au termini et aller se promener en ville à pied. Les chambres sont très propre et confortable!

Нормальный, чистый отель. 3 звезды ни больше, ни меньше. Хороший завтрак для Италии. Есть кондиционер. До центра ни меньше получаса пешком (на транспорте не пробовали ездить). Extrem kleines Zimmer und Bad. Das Bad hatte nur eine Fläche von 1m x 1,2m und machte einen dringenden Renovierungseindruck (vor allem geruchlich). Das Bad hatte aufgrund seiner Größe keine Duschkabine, was zu ständiger Näße führte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ viele Wünsche offen.

Sehr günstiges Hotel für römische Verhältnisse. Zimmer dennoch etwas sehr klein. Generell aber das was man erwarten kann. Einzig das Frühstück ist für ein 3* Hotel weit unter dem Soll. Kaffe kann kaum als solcher bezeichnet werden und Brot gibts auch keins. Es lagen nur in Plastik verschweisste Backwaren auf. Zwieback, Toast und so was wie ein gefülltes […] Croissant auf. Dass so was wie Eier fehlten ist dann noch beinahe das kleinste Übel. Optimal fürs kleine Budget, weniger optimal für ein romantisches Weekend mit der Frau. Gut mit dem Tram zu erreichen. Allerdings ist selbiges gar nicht leicht zu finden. Tip: süd-westlich vom Baahnhof Termini Tram nehmen. Bringt einem fast vors Hotel. Aber eben, das muss ersteinmal herausgefunden werden da die lieben Römer mit Informationen sehr sparsam umgehen. Lees meer

A bit from the absolute centre of the city, but easy to reach by bus or by tram. Small but clean rooms, ordinary italian breakfast. If you don't want to spend a fortune on your hotel and don't mind walking/taking a bus it's a perfect little hotel. Very friendly and service minded staff!
