Location was the best for Album for me.... Bedroom is clean and all, my bathroom window has a panel missing ( replaced by a cardboard ) which the staff couldn't fix... the hotel provide a counter for tea and coffee 24/7, including juices and biscuits. Really good to curb that midnight hunger if you are just feeling lazy to get out of the hotel. the hotel has been over starred. It is just two stars. The lobby does not look as it is on the hotels.com website. However the staff is good and helpful. The location is very good. The rooms are okay in case majority of the time of the guest is outside the hotel.

I stayed there before and would again after my second time. The staff is nice and friendly but not 5 star but definatley a solid 4. They always have free coffee and juice for you during the day. Location is great.

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but could have spent more time at this hotel. We used Patong as a stopover before heading to Phi Phi and wanted to get a taste of the Phuket party scene. Album was a great surprize for me, excellent location, staff, rooms. Awesome breakfast options with varieties of fruits. Staff was very helpful arranging in all the sightseeing in Phuket. I would strongly recommend someone who has low budget and comfy rooms.

The Album Hotel is nicely located within walking distance of the Beach, Jung Ceylon, Bangla Rd, restaurants, bars, shops etc etc. I like the decor of the Hotel overall and the set up of my room. Very hip sort of Hard Rock Cafe hotel feel in a small package. Good location and not far from the beach. Service is ok and enjoyed playing the house acoustic guitar. Very small and not good for children. No pool etc.. I would stay again if i don't have anymore children.

We were introduced to this hotel by friends. The prices were very reasonable. The moment we reached the hotel, we saw the lobby was designed with teak pillars and there were coffee tables with comfy chairs in a balcony and a high bar table with stools. For the price, it is ridiculous to expect a intercontinental breakfast buffet. The hotel thrives on it being a small cozy establishment. It feels like a home away from home. The Album is a guesthouse worth satying comparing to many 3-4* hotels in Patong & yet cheaper. The room is clean, the location is so convenient and the decoration is just nice & cozy. Overall i had a great stay here. My biggest complaint was the noise. It is on a busy street corner and the shutter windows did not even muffle the sounds of motorbikes whizzing by. We really enjoyed our stay at the Album hotel. Mai and Johnny were some of the most friendly and helpful people I have met. They made our stay as pleasant as possible, and the rooms were clean and new, with a very contemporary style that I thoroughly enjoyed. The Album Hotel was very small but that was good cause you will specially treated by their staff. It was very warm and inviting, bringing so much a light-heart feeling. The hotel staff was great and friendly... Hotel rooms are very small and very load at nite. hotel bed was hard, but I think this is like any hotel in Thailand. If you like to party a lot this is the place to be!

The hotel is nicely located at Sainamyen area, at Sawakdirat Road which is just minutes away from the infamous Bangla Night Spot in Patong, Phuket. My spouse and I arrived hours before the check in time but the staff, Ms Ayo, was so nice, besides allowing us to check in at 10 a.m, she even ungraded our room from the Hip room to the Pop room. Staffs […] were around 24 hours and were ever ready to answer to everyone of your question and needs. On our departure day, we checked our at 12 p.m. and our transport will not arrive till 5p.m. in the evening as our flight was scheduled at 8:55p.m. Again, the staff was kind enough to help us to look after our luggages while we go shopping and even allowed us to use the hotel facilities although we have already checked out oours before. Rooms are cosy, neat with a nice balcony which looked over the school and part of Bangla Road. The porch pool at the roof top (level 6) was small but nevertheless, clean and clear. No flaws in the room's facilities except for a minor deposit safe issue we had earlier (I have this problem with deposit safe all the time). The price I paid per night was a bargain for a boutique hotel situated at a located accessible both to the beach and to the night spot.
