De kamers zijn schoon en de bedden liggen heerlijk. De staf van het hotel is echter nogal rommelig. Wij hadden een extra bed bijgeboekt, maar bleek bij aankomst niet geregeld te zijn. Vrienden van ons kregen een kamer die al bezet was. Na de stad hierop te hebben gewezen, hebben ze alles wel perfect in orde gemaakt.

We vonden het een mooi hotel, met een leuk zwembad en leuke sauna's. Het ontbijt was prima. Er was een goede parkeerplaats. We vonden wel dat het analoge tv beeld niet zo fantastico was. Er was geen bad, maar dat was voor ons geen gemis. Wat we wel jammer vonden is dat het omliggende dorpje niet zo gezellig was als we hadden gehoopt. We always enjoy our stay here. The inside of the hotel is in stark contrast to the ugly outside. This hotel needs a covering of Virginia Creeper to hide its colour and architecture!

hotel charge another £50 to your card on arrival...as a deposit for minibar etc...bit cheeky, hotel staff werent able to explain this issue very well !!! huge reception area with no character ...but overall nice stay

Lovely modern hotel, very central for Marlow by car or walking although easier to drive as you have to walk through the industrial estate. The town has lovely shops and coffee shops and it's easy to walk to the river. Our room was great and had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Crowne Plaza Marlow, a good place to overnight"
We stayed at the CP Marlow for one night only over Xmas 2011. It's situated behind the Industrial Estate in Marlow, and the general surroundings are therefore not particularly picturesque ! Very comfortable hotel room. Lobby is a little bare and very mimilist. A little difficult to find but staff very welcoming and helpful. Bed very comfortable.

Excellant hotel, no problems as I used my car. For those without their own transport a bit of a walk into Marlow. Yes, I understand that taxis were available.
"Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price"
We were very satisfied with our hotel stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. the bathroom was modern and clean. The room was spacious. The only issue we had with the room was with the TV, which we would have expected to be flat screen, but wasnt and it had very poor sound quality. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The price […] for breakfast was too high, so we ate elsewhere, but there are plenty of excellent options in Marlow. The location itself is a bit odd on an industrial estate, but it isnt far from Marlow. Marlow itself is beautiful. "Surprisingly pleasant!"
The Hotel is very modern and clean, with plenty of lovely features and designer bars. Reception staff are good, bar staff less impressive. Lovely rooms and facilities, and a nice setting, but the little service road to the Hotel isn't that great! Still, a very nice stay, and highly recommended.
"Quality Hotel"
The hotel has very helpful friendly staff...especially the bar staff. I stayed for my birthday at christmas and was more than happy to return several weeks later. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location within easy access to Marlow centre. All in all, an excellent hotel.
lovely new hotel with good facilities. The immediate area is a business park but the centre of marlow is close.
"Drunken centre"
There were packs of screaming shouting drunks racing around the corridors as the bar stayed open until 0300. After getting out of bed for the fourth time, night "security" said they would send someone up - no-one arrived. The following night they forgot my wake up call and I only just caught the train. There was a card stating "no wake up, no payment". […] The Manager rang me as requested after the w/end and he was very aggressive, stating I had not made a wake up call, and that it was normal at the w/end to have a bar until 0300. When I asked him about licencing laws he became even more aggressive, and initially refused any sort of refund. A horrible attitude, as if this behaviour is what I should expect at w/end hotels. "Slightly off the beaten track but worth it"
At first you are heading for the industrial estate just outside Marlow (5mins). The hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay although it was only for 1 night. We did not have dinner there so cannot comment but the breakfast was very good. Leisure facilites also looked very good with a largish swimming pool and plenty of equipment. Vores overnatning på Crowne Plaza i Marlow var den sidste af en række i UK og Wales, og det var en klar nummer et af dem alle, absolutte topkarakterer i alle discipliner,- kvalitet, service og beliggenhed. Eneste minuspunkt: Den skiltning, der for ikke-lokalkendte skulle lede til dette vidunderlige sted, var desværre ikke op til standard.
