The staff were supert nice & friendly! The suite was a great size for the price!

Loved, loved this hotel. Stayed just one night with our family of 4 (two teenagers) and there was plenty of space for the four of us. Loved the kitchen facilities! Spotless and fully stocked. Surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough though.

This hotel is very comfortable, well-staffed, and very nicely appointed. Wireless was very easy to use (no password), and the room had a big fridge, stove, sink, dishes, etc. My only complaint is a simple one, and I've found to be the case with many hotels these days. There was no rack to put my suitcase on. Very annoying, as there was not enough space […] on the dresser. I was too tired to call down and ask if they had one, so I just made do. Perhaps they would have run one up to me. All in all, a very nice hotel, walking distance to the hospital (1/2 mile approx.). Lees meer

I used a king-studio during the bar-exam period. The room is very clean and quiet. It was equipped with small kitchen where i can prepare for food. I really liked that. I was so satisfied the desk and chair in the room because it's neat. just perfect for my purpose. There is Macdonald just across the street and big pharmarcy next to it. The only matter […] is shuttle bus is not provided to and from the airport. However, the shuttle was provided by the hotel during the bar exam period to and from testing place not airport. Great hotel! Each room is like a suite with a kitchenette. Great location especially if visiting relatives at the nearby hospital. Free continental breakfast every morning and a pool/hot tub too!

I was completely happy with my stay. Very large room, very comfy bed, great free breakfast. While you are there, go 1 mile down New Scotland Ave to Graney's and have the best wings in the world. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Small kitchen, desk area, more than I needed. Enjoyed the spa and pool too. Spa smelled strongly of clorine, otherwise the staff was great and extended the hours by 15 min so I could enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa.

Room 107 in this hotel is horrible. The gym is next door and you can hear people running and lifting weights. The room is literally shaking while someone is on the treadmill next door and it feels as if someone was throwing the free weights at the wall. It is even worse because the gym is open 24 hours.

The TownePlace suites were clean, comfortable, and everything I have come to expect from a Marriot property. We were greeted courteously, given directions when needed, and were within walking distance of the VA hospital, our primary reason for visiting Albany in the first place. My wife and I stayed here over a weekend and the place was very clean, very quiet, and, overall, very nice. The workout facility was adequate, clean and it had towels and water. The only issue we had was the fact that the configuration of the breakfast area led to a long line for food, due to the fact that you had to squeeze into a small area to obtain […] any food or drink. I stayed in room 711, and didn't sleep one minute. Several times each hour I heard a noise that sounded like someone kicked a metal trash can in my room! Hotel was fully booked, and I could not change rooms. Front desk denied ever getting a complaint about this room. Liars!! Conveniently, no manager is on duty until most people check out.

Hotel was in a quiet area, though i wouldn't walk around at night there. Drove to where i needed to go, but was a quite place. and the hot tub and pool was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was very impressed. The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was very friendly and let us check in 3 hours early with no problem. The only negative was the surrounding neighborhood, it is not in the greatest area, which I wasn't expecting.
