Goed hotel, mooie ligging. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd!

Een stijlvol hotel,maar omdat alles in witte tinten is zie je alles wel wat smoezelig worden. Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met 2 twee pers. bedden maar kregen een kamer met een bedbank waar de spiralen door heen kwamen. Na 3 keer vragen bij de receptie kregen wij een extra matras. Veder hadden wij nog wel eens een probleem met de pasjes om de deur te […] openen en het internet werkte nog wel eens niet. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om ergens heen te gaan want in de buurt is niet veel te doen. Veder een heerlijk zwembad niet te groot en je loopt zo het strand op. Het laten parkeren van je auto is wel aan te raden. Veder werd je netjes geholpen door het personeel. Als je niet direct in de drukte wilt zitten een prima hotel. Lees meer

Vlotte check-in, mooi recent hotel met 2 zwembaden. Spijtig dat soms alle ligzetels bezet waren en het was laagseizoen. Mooie ruime kamers maar voor ons was de matras niet ideaal. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen maar dan ook best wel ver van het drukke centrum wat ook wel zijn nadelen heeft. Buiten de slechte administratie van de vooraf per E-mail geboekte kamer, is het een perfect hotel.

It's not the cheapest hotel in the neighborhood but price vs quality one of the best choices you can make! We stayed 3 nights in a Ocean front view suite and woke up with impressive sunrises on the ocean. Impressive view and great sunny terrace! A weekend later, we came back and stayed one night in a bay view room. Which was also very good! we had […] sideways bay and ocean view. also very lovely. but no sun on the terrace and noise from air conditioning system on roof of hotel next door. Biggest plus of the hotel is the rooftop pool. Very nice and for adults only, so very quiet and very jetset with poolboys and cocktails by the poolside! Also the location of the hotel was very good. BUT maybe not for everyone. It's located near the fontainebleau hotel where you have the amazing nightclub LIV. I'ts a very quiet and classy neighborhood across the million dollar houses with big yachts at the docks. BUT it's also a 30 minute bike ride or 15 minute car ride away from ocean drive (south beach) and the art deco district of miami beach. We loved the location of the hotel, because we could escape from the miami beach city life and go to our quiet place whenever we wanted. hotel also has nice private beach. Also very nice staff. only negative: expensive valet parking (29 dollars a night). But that's something you have in every hotel in miami... And there was a public parking near the hotel that was much cheaper I think. So you could try that instead... would really recommend this hotel en will come back for sure! Lees meer

The hotel is really good. Clean and it got a very nice poolare a. The beach is fantastic! Far away from stores and restaurants and the check in took long time.

Excellent Hotel but be aware of additional charges for parking (29 USD) and beach chair (10 USD/person). Availability of Nespresso coffee at the restaurant and bar is a plus

The Grand Beach Hotel just became our new favorite in Miami. Newly built, great appearance, stylish, clean and great service at a decent price. Located just north of the north end of the boardwalk on Miami Beach it's still close enough for a walk down to the South Beach attractions, without being charged the astronomic prices 10 or 20 blocks south. […] Great value. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were attentive and courteous at all times. The location means you're about a $10 can fare north of the main parts of South Beach but the door staff are all too happy to run out to the street and flag down one of the many cabs. Great spot with direct beach frontage and access.

Great Hotel, great views and easy access to beach. Only issue was no shops, grocery stores nearby, need a car or bus to get to them.

We had a two bedroom ocean front suite which was beautiful. The food by the pool, indoor restaurant and room service were all excellent. The hotel was really pretty and has wonderful balconies. The only negative was the valet which was horrible! Twice the front desk said they were tell the valet to get my car the valet was not aware of it. The last […] time the man they sent to get my car could not figure out how to start it so we had to wait a half hour because they said they could not reach the person by phone. When he finally made an appearance the hood was unlatched. It is a nice hotel so why do they have a valet who doesn't know how to start a BMW? In addition, there is a young female valet who is badly in need to customer relations training. It really doesn't take much effort to say hello, ask if they have been helped, look people in the eye, etc. If you can ignore the valet issue, it is a really nice hotel. Lees meer

Kudos to human resources dept. at Grand Beach....Staff was superb from front desk to great concierge - George and friendliest room service waiter Jeremy. Grand Beach was perfect place for March get away. Lovely pool areas..yes 2 seperate pool ' areas'... nice clean beach. Rooms were large and comfortable and modern....definitely will go back. Plus: Nice and clean Hotel. Rooms are great. Pools and beach access great. Minus: Very annoying that all prices on extras like parking and breakfast buffet are completely hidden. No information booklet in either lobby or room. Happy hour is only in a certain bar on certain (secret) drinks. Wifi is free but requires constant re-login.

Food was not great.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Bright airy decor and hallways are brightly light. I stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront room which was very spacious with a great view. The lobby bar stays open late and the drinks were great and the bartender was very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the hotel resturant was excellent and well priced. Only one resturant […] and the gift shop is quite small. Great access to the beach, however, the chair and umbrella rentals are a bit pricey. Great pool area with two pools and hot tub. Location is a short ride to South Beach and the cab fare is only $18. The hotel does not have self parking and valet is $29/day which is a bit much. It would have been nice to have more shopping and resturants nearby. This hotel is pricey but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. Totally loved this hotel. Lees meer

new - white- bright - marble - excellent appearance and rooms (suite). young crowd - quite a lot of kids - but an adults only pool and area to get away form the youngsters.

This is a fantastic hotel and good value for money. Nice location on Miami beach with good bus service to South Beach and downtown Miami. Room was massive, nice bar, restaurant and pool. Would definately recommend and will stay again

Had initially booked with Marenas resort - 2 bedroom suite - awful hotel - rooms were not clean, the pool was just a sad excuse for a pool, dirty cushions on pool chairs, etc. Hotels.com was so efficient in switching us to the Grand Beach Hotel which was just amazing. Very family friendly. Only drawback is the menu is somewhat limited but the food is […] reasonably priced. Clean, nice and easy. Great location, helpful concierge service. I loved, loved, loved, loved, loved, loved, loved.... did I mention loved this hotel. not only was the hotel, clean, rooms were huge, my oceanfront view was breathtaking, the elevators had NO long waits..but the customer service was the icing on the cake. I stayed here January 26-30th 2012 and I am not sure if it was just a good time to stay because […] I felt like the hotel catered to our every need. Valet, waited the most 5 minutes even when the line was long, the room service they said an hour but it only took them 40 minutes. One night we returned to the hotel from a night out on Ocean Dr. (where all the hoopla is) it had to be around 3 am and the valet was not in sight, we walked into the hotel and due to the fact the valet was in the back out of sight, manager quickly called the valet and he took our car for us. Though we didnt mind the 1 minute search for the valet, the manager was nice enough to send up some croissants and coca-colas for us waiting at all. TOTALLY unexpected, but much apprecitated. We spent one day at the adult pool on the 7th floor and got a chance to take advantage of the happy hour. The bar tender provided 2 extra shots at no additional cost try the frozen tropical passionfruit it was delicious and only $4 . loved it! If you want to come visit south beach but dont want be in the chaos in the low Collins ( 5th-30th blocks) come to the Grand Beach hotel. It's clean, the service is friendly and the hotel is a beautiul! I really wish there was a Grand brach in Vegas or LA. Please build more. we will definitely be back again. Lees meer

Stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel with my dad and his wife and was impressed by the entire facility. The room was quite nice and the service was excellent. Having the adult only pool was a real nice touch. The only slight drawback was having to rent chairs on the beach. They should have these included and build into the room rate.

The hotel is extremely comfortable, staff are most helpful and the views from our room were magnificent. I would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is right on the beach and has a balcony with a beach front or intercoastal view. They are gorgeous and relaxing views. This was my second stay at this hotel. They even have a pool for adults only. It was nice being we wanted to have a relaxing trip with just the 2 of us. The only disappointment was some minor stains on the carpet and couch […] cushions. The rooms are all white so I guess it is a little difficult to keep them spotless. We decided to not complain because the view from the room was perfect. You could see both the intercoastal and the ocean. The staff was very nice and even called to see if everything was okay. I had trouble accessing the wifi however someone came and helped me within a short time of being there. Just beware.......... I am not sure why this happened but after receiving my credit card bill, the hotel charged me for the room and so did hotels.com. Hotels.com fixed the misunderstanding. Just make sure they know at the desk that you have already paid for the room with hotels.com upon checking out. I thought it was clear but apparently it was not. Lees meer

Very beautiful room and ocean view

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I booked a room with ocean view, which I got, but I was a little disappointed that the view from my balcony, which was on the side of the building, was not as spectacular as shown on the website. If you want to see a complete view of the ocean, I recommend booking an ocean front […] room on a high floor. Otherwise, the hotel was very elegant in all cream color. Very nice hotel. FYI, they charge $29 a night to park your car which is very reasonable for Miami Beach. The hotel and staff was great. 2 pools with the one on the 7th floor for adults only. I wish I had spent more nights. Best value for a vacation I took recently. I did not get a read on the dining, but the area has plenty of places. This was the end of our 3 week US holiday before returning to SA. We had a great stay. The beach is 1 minute away and we had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean, the service was fantastic. The beach is really nice and the rooms are super clean and beautiful. The staff offers good service. The pool could be better.. I was expecting something more outstanding.

My wife and I stayed there for the second time in the past year. The service and standards were good on both accounts. The rooms are nice with 2 flat screen TVs in separate areas. Clean and comfortable and I also like that each room has an extra small bath with toilet, small sink and shower which makes it nice when we come back from the beach. An adults […] only pool on the outside deck of the 7th floor is a nice getaway from the family pool area. Great place for couples or a family. Lots of kids there this past time. Expect additional costs to stay. $29 per night for valet parking, $30 per day for chairs and umbrella on the beach, and the restaurant is a little pricey as well although convenient. The hotel itself was quite ok, clean nice rooms and fine interiors. Location is quite far from south beach and there isn't too much too do around the hotel and no crocery stores either. Concierce sucks; we asked for a car rental office but the guy arranged us a rental company who picked us up and took us miles to some backyard where they had over 10 […] years old cars with high "market prices". Well we did not take one... On the other hand when we were leaving we called the bell boy and they promised to arrange one immediately - well, he never came... and this was outside the rush hours. The rooms were immaculate; cleaning ladies did wonders of our messy rooms every day. The pools are perfect for kids. Location to beach is perfect... 1 minute walk. That said, they need to work on the quality of food of the restaurant. Honestly, greasy, not good. If they fix that, this is a perfect place for the price.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful hotel with a lovely placement right on the beach. The room was comfortable with a nice view over the sea and the river. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts was fantastic and we enjoyed a stroll on the beach early mornings and the swimming pool / juccuzzi was a nice was to end some […] of our long days out. Can recommend this. Only complaint is that the mattress on the sleeper couch wan't in good condition so the kids complained that the bed wasn't good. Our bed on the other hand was fantastic. Lees meer

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms. Just be warned though that a double bed in this hotel means a small sized English double bed and not the usual UK King Size (also known at US Queen Size) found in most hotels. This is the first time we've found this in the USA. We were able to upgrade but at considerable cost.

Having stayed at the same hotel last year we were very keen to again book the hotel for our 2 week stay this year. We love the child free swimming pool on the 7th floor, however, 4 days this stay were spoiled by the drunken and loud behaviour of other adult visitors. Unfortunately, the hotel did not enforce it's policy on appropriate behaviour in a […] public area. We found the valet parking expensive $29:00 per day and the menu at the dining room very limited. Just one suggestion: the hotel should either buy fitted bottom sheets, or teach the roomkeepers how to make a bed. We had to re-do our bed every night! This hotel was awesome. Delivered way more than expected. Very quiet and peaceful room and the views were beautiful. Very friendly and courteous staff!

Hotel is lovely, room terrific, but, oh....the reservation and front staff!!! I had a room booked (and prepaid) for 4 nights starting on a Friday. Called and alerted them (and got person's name) that I would be coming in on Saturday a.m. early on a red eye, would pay for the Friday night because I needed to go to sleep as soon as I got there at 7am […] Sat. Flight got delayed and did not get in until 2pm Sat. Called again (from West Coast) to alert them, and was told my room had been given away and there was no other. Unfortunately I had to get quite demanding to get my room back. Was told there was no person by the name of ........ which I had been given and had asked to specifically note in the reservation that I would be coming in the next day. The front office manager and the staff I spoke to were unhelpful, unaccommodating and uninterested. such a pity for such a nice hotel. But I really don't think they care. Lees meer
