Het is een prima hotel. Bij aankomst bleken ze echter een verkeerde kamer te hebben (met één kingsizebed, terwijl met twee queensize bedden was gereserveerd).schuld werd bij Hotel.com neergelegd. Op de reservering stond het goed! Één nacht een andere kamer gehad, werd weinig moeite gedaan om de fout goed te maken, de slaapbank op deze kamer moesten we zelf gereedmaken, terwijl zij aangaven dat ze het zouden klaarzetten. Later nog iemand uit gezelschap van kamer veranderd omdat de wc niet functioneerde, dit ging wel heel soepel.

"Very pleasant staff"
This was our second stay at this hotel in the last month. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond.

the only thing i did not like is the 15 dollar charge that has not been returned. we did not charge anything and should of been credited the amout back the day we checked out.

"Great customer service"
This hotel had great customer service. The pool had chemical problems and was closed, much to the disappointment of my 12 year old son. The hotel staff offered to drive my husband and son to the Embassy Suites to swim in their pool. They did that and were very pleased. The hotel even gave my son a toy gift bag and an apology note. The pool was back […] up and running in the morning. Only complaint was the sheet had a small blood stain on it. It wasn't discovered until late at night and I didn't want to change the sheets then so I slept with a towel covering it. Lees meer
"Awesome awesome awesome!"
The staff was very friendly. They had a shuttle that takes you anywhere within the downtown area for free, which was a major plus! The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent! If we ever come back to Ft. Worth this is where we will be staying.

"Shuttle service makes this great"
Went to Fort Worth for a concert and decided to stay overnight. The hotel has a shuttle service that saved us all the parking hassles at Bass Hall. Driver was friendly and helpful. Hotel was bright and clean and staff helpful. Will do this again.

"Down Town Fort Worth"
The room was clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and parking was convenient.
"Great Stay"
I had to take my son to a sleep study at Cook Children's Hospital so my husband and other two kids needed to somewhere to stay. This hotel was a great pick! The staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable. If you stay at any Holiday Inn make sure that you ask to be in the Priority Club, it is free and you get free 2pm check outs.

"Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth Downtown"
My 4 yr old granddaughter and I spent the weekend there and had a great time! I chose this hotel because it was convenient to the places I wanted to take her and they provided shuttlebus service to and from our excursions! That was great because I get lost everywhere I go and I did not have to worry about parking. They would deliver us to our destination […] and when we were done, I would call them and they would be there within 10 minutes to take us to next activity! The hotel staff made the stay even nicer!! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to be accomodating....very helpful. The bus driver was so attentive to my grandaughter and would ask her all kinds of questions about what she saw and how she liked it when he would pick us up from an excursion. He would compliment her and made her feel special. Now when someone asks her how her trip with Grandma was, she always says, "the bus driver was sooooo nice and he liked my boots!" You might find a nicer "building" to stay in, but you will never find a nicer staff who makes your stay even more special! I highly recommend this hotel! Lees meer

"AWESOME place to stay!"
I had my bachelorette party at the one in Ft Worth and everything was AMAZING! Anything we needed, they were right there to get for us.....we totally enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and especially the shuttle ride to the club that night. They even had a free breakfast in the morning and so I would DEFINITELY recommend on staying at this location […] when you come to town. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to establishments within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. Which was great, didn't have to worry about navigating in a strange town at night.

"Homestead Inn and Suites"
We did not stay at Holiay Inn Express as was closed due to busted pipe. We stayed at the Homestead Inn and Suites. We got what we paid for... Not much. I can say it was clean.

Nice hotel, staff, parking, indoor pool and hot tub. Just 1.3 miles from downtown so while you have a great view, you have to take the hotel shuttle or get a cab if you don't want to trek a mile in heels! Nice hotel!

This hotel was somewhat less expensive than others downtown. It is the bare minimum that you need for a quick stay on business. "Extremely Overpriced. NOT Downtown."
In a nutshell, the hotel is not downtown so be prepared to have to call a cab, and the wait 20 minutes for it to arrive, if you want to visit downtown. The rooms were clean, but small. This is a great hotel. It's newly renovated, so it was lovely to spend time inside it. Both the public areas and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Particularly the shuttle driver, who was very flexible and kind. Every staff member i encountered, from the concierge to the cleaning staff were utterly […] lovely. I couldn't be more pleased. I only have two minor negative points, and they are nit-picking in the extreme. 1. The included breakfast. It wasn't woeful, but it wasn't a triumph of cuisine either. I would have liked more fruit and possibly to have seen the eggs prepared in front of me. 2. The hotel itself is not directly in the city, so if you don't have a car you should be prepared to walk a bit, or use the shuttle as i did. It is totally doable, you just have to plan for it. "Smoker's Paradise"
Although mine was a non-smoking room, the entire floor smelled of active smoking. Hotel was an old facility and depressing - but the rooms seemed to have been redone. Very nice staff.

The room, service, convenience of location were all good. The parking was a little bit of an issue as there are a limited number of spaces and a low clearance for some parking spots (I drive a taller pickup). Breakfast was limited but okay however the juice machine was only working off and on through our stay. Personnel were very friendly.

"Nice clean hotel - close to everything!"
This hotel was very clean and modern. The only complaint was the noise level, but only on the first night we could hear everything happening in the room next door. Bed were comfortable and rooms were clean. Hotel staff was extremely friendly! Willing to help out in any way they could. One of the staff members recommended a restaurant that was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a delightful surprise. The pool area and fitness center were also clean. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would recommend it to my friends and will definitely stay there again.

"Very nice rooms"
Very nice rooms with flat screen TVs and extremely comfy king beds. The bathrooms are a little cramped but that's a minor complaint. (It's a remodeled older building so they have to work with what they've got.) Quiet hotel with no noise from neighbors despite a girls soccer team somewhere in the building and a wedding party. Gas station next door is […] pretty seedy but is physically seperate and not much of a concern. Parking is a little tight but some covered parking is available and with Texas Summers is very welcome. Complimentary shuttle bus to Sundance Square good but the wait times can be a little long when they're busy. All in all a nice, clean hotel. Lees meer
