A very nice experience, for the price it was very good. Nothing fancy but clean and perfect location. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Rooms small and bed hard, but clean and enough for 2 persons if you are planning to spend most time enjoying Nice anyway. However do not eat just outside the hotel, take a walk towards the harbor through the old town, […] there you find the best places to eat and the prices are much better. location is excellent to walk to all the close sites - highly recommended for a basic bed in excellent location!

This is very centrally located in the restaurant area of Nice and close to transport and the Promenade des Anglais. My room at the back was quiet, even though the street in front was crowded with diners. Reception staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate.

Stayed at the Regence for 3 night in Oct 2011. The twin room was small and there was just enough room to walk round the bottom of the beds. However the room was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is excellent for a 2 star rating. great location, all staff very pleasant and helpful with anything that we requested including directions etc. We struggle with french language and the level of english amongst the staff was great for us.

This is a smoking hotel, if you do not like the smell of smoke then do not stay here. Our room smelt so strongly of smoke that after one night we felt physically sick. Luckily we were staying for only one night. The hotel is not great regardless of smoke, the only reason to stay here is for the location.

The room in this hotel was fairly small and could benefit from having a full length mirror installed, however it was very clean and provided handwash and shower gel which is not available from all 2 star hotels. The hairdryer was very poor and would have taken about a week to dry my hair! The location more than made up for the minor complaints we had […] as it was in the centre of a pedestrian precinct with many restaurants and shops on the doorstep. It was also near the tram and bus station and not far from the railway station. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip. Lees meer

Good location for accessing transport, restaurants, flower market and promenade. Very friendly and courteous reception staff.

Alt var bra, bortsett fra romtemperaturen . Ingen romoppvarming i oktober! Det er for dårlig !

Bodde her en natt ifm gjennomreise. Sentralt ift shopping, restauranter og strandpromenaden. Rommet vi fikk var med tepper og røyklukt hang igjen. Frukost var ikke inkludert og om eg skal bo der igjen spiser eg frukost på en kafe. Meget hyggelig personale.

En el centro de una calle peatonal ,cerca del mercado de flores , cerca del paseo marítimo . Muy bien situado , pero las habitaciones muy pequeñas y ruidosas , sobre todo si da al exterior.

Clean hotel with good location. Nice and competent In the reception. However the beds were of poor quality. - small and hard.

Mycket svårt att parkera bilen, detta kanske skulle framgå lite tydligare i presentationen. För övrigt ett mycket trevligt hotell med ett fantastiskt läge mitt på gågatan vid alla restauranger och affärer. Dessutom mycket nära till stranden. Värt att notera är att tack vare luftkonditionerade rum behöver fönstren inte öppnas. Det gör att rummen är mycket […] tysta på natten trots läget vid restauranggatan. Åker utan tvekan hit igen. Einfaches, aber sauberes, schönes Hotel im Zentrum der Fussgängerzone von Nizza. Eher kleine Zimmer mit zu kleinem Schrank für 2 Personen. Kein grosser Spiegel vorhanden. Aber sonst top. Nettes Personal. Frühstück leider nur in einem geschlossenem Raum möglich. Dafür hat es genug kleine Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo man draussen frühstücken kann. […] Das Hotel bietet alles, was es braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! Hotellet er enkelt, men rent, og pent. Rommet var passe størrelse for en som reiser alene - selv om det godt kunne vært plass til to også. Badet var stort, og det var godt trykk i dusjen. Safe til å låse inn verdisaker på rommet. Det eneste som kanskje kunne trekke ned (om man nå skal lete etter noe), er at det ikke var minibar/kjøleskap til å oppbevare […] mat i. Hotellet ligger helt sentralt, med shopping og restauranter i samme gate. Kort vei til stranda, og gamlebyen. Anbefales! Lees meer

We were looking for a cheap two or three star hotel, nothing fancy but most importantly it had to be clean. I didn't want to worry about bedbugs or so. Luckily I found Régence, which was perfectly located (just one block from Promenade des Anglais and the beach). The staff was very helpful and kind. First night when we came to the hotel they had a large […] bed reserved for us but when they saw we were two girls they immediately changed it to a twin room. We had a big room facing the back alley. You couldn't really see anything but a concrete wall from the window, but on the other hand it was very calm and safe. I don't know if Rue Massena side is calm as it is a big restaurant street filled with tourists by night. The decoration was simple but nice, the beds were really good, I slept well. The bathroom seemed freshly renovated. Overall a good price-quality-ratio. Lees meer
