Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad of douche, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere openslaande ramen en een wekkerradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een strijkplank/strijkijzer, extra handdoeken/beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. De renovatie van alle kamers werd in mei 2007 voltooid.

Prima hotel in een gezellige buurt. Om de hoek zit de Pub "The Celt" welke zeker een bezoek waard is. Service in het hotel is top. We hadden inclusief ontbijt geboekt, maar de laatste dag moesten we om half 6 's ochtends richting de luchthaven. Nadat we dit hadden aangegeven stond er om half 6 een ontbijt pakketje voor ons klaar! TOP!

Prima hotel op toplocatie. Prima fitness en zwembad. Goede service. Shuttle but goed geregeld voor maar 3,00 euro. Kok is inventief en maakt op wens gerechten. Alles was gewoon prima. Bedden hard en kussens idem dito.

hotel is design hotel; heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig, maar het geheel is heel netjes. Buitengewoon vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. Een heel net ontbijtbuffet, met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het enige min-punt is dat de hotelbar onderdeel is van het uitgaansleven, en dat kan lawaai tot in de kleine uurtjes opleveren.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The area is quiet enough to leave the window open during the night and the location was close enough to commute by bicycle to both UCD and the city centre.

"Perfect little hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay, I had rang ahead and asked for a quiet room on a low floor which was accommodated. Our room was bright and spotlessly clean with a good comfortable bed. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and had good suggestions on places to eat and they had menus to look at from some restaurants nearby. This hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, rooms are neat and tidy and have all necessary amenities and wireless which was free. Staff are very helpful especially with suggestions on places to visit nearby and also places to eat and shops to go to, these are near so it's easy to get lots done in a short space of time, they also had time to chat and […] make me feel welcome, I was travelling alone and found Fitzwilliam very safe and I would recommend it for the location and friendly staff, it's also great value, breakfast was not included but I had a kettle and lots of coffee, water etc in the room. My husband and I use hotels.com all the time and have always been really pleased with it. We usually go by the reviews of what other people are saying so have never gone in the wrong direction......UNTIL NOW! This is one of the worst hotels we've stayed in EVER! We were given a room on the top floor...sounds great, would have been if there had been […] an elevator!!! 8 flights of stairs later, we arrive to our room, two twin beds, which we booked for so no big deal, but come on so creaky and lumpy you couldn't even sit on them. The television was sitting on the floor, not really sure how they expected you to watch it....unless of course you sat on the disgusting dirty carpet to see it....NO THANKS! I know most people here in Ireland think what we paid is a great deal for a hotel city center Dublin, but come on!! This place felt like it should have been a dirty disgusting brothel!!! This hotel is rather basic but good value for money considering it's location. Staff are very helpful and it was clean. There is no lift. No breakfast is provided and this can prove challenging if you have an early start at the weekend. Good value budget accommodation.

We read reviews and were prepared for a hotel without any amenities. We chose this hotel because of it's location and price. The people at the front desk were excellent. They helped us with any questions we had. They arranged for transportation to and from the hotel as well as recommendations for meals. We would recommend this hotel for people without mobility issues (four floors, no elevator) and people who do not need amenities (no restaurant in hotel, no elevator, no lobby per se, no gym etc) I loved the neighborhood. It was relatively quiet. Easy walk to St. Stephens Green, Trinity College, Grafton Street. We walked to Guinness-the longest walk we did. We did not find it difficult at all. Hotellets virkelighed stemte ikke overens med beskrivelsen og billeder fra nettet. Blev henvist til et værelse øverst oppe under taget, ingen elevator. Skulle bære bagage op 4 etager stejle trapper.
