Kinda out of the way but I enjoyed getting away from downtown. The hotel and the room were amazing and definitely in a more friendly style than the other Marriott hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would stay here again the next time!

The room was great and clean and very trendy, the pool was small but we already knew that from previous reviews. The breakfast had a wide variety, even including eggs, sausage, and bacon. Will stay again if traveling to SLC. Highly recommend, it was a very positive experience and we stayed for 2 nights.

The staff was very accomadating, very clean and retro looking the rooms!

Nice facility, decent breakfast, efficient staff, comfortable room. Watch out for shower drainage in handicap room - our floor did not drain properly and water was all over the bathroom floor. Can not get points credit from Marriott if you book through Hotel's.com

I'm used to staying at the Springhill down in Orem, and boy, is the Orem one much better from all perspectives. With that said, however, the SLC Airport location is still a step above many other hotel options nearby so I'd highly recommend it with a huge caveat...and that's ASK FOR A ROOM THAT'S AWAY FROM THE FREEWAY! The room was very modern and accommodated two men sharing a room very well because of the way the shower area was separate from the toilet and sink. The small living room separated by a divider from the beds also was very convenient and comfortable. Great hotel for business travel!! The area around the SLC airport is not very interesting but the hotel […] is 10 minutes from downtown and the woman at the hotel counter made a great recommendation when we requested some help finding a local microbrewery for dinner and beer! For the price, the rooms were really spaciou, clean and looked new. Was only around for one night, so can't give a comprehensive opinion on the surrounding area and facilities within the hotel.

Very European feeling and different feeling. Would recommend it and will come back.

I love this hotel. Great airport hotel. But, my complaint is more with Marriot than the hotel. Marriot...wake up and smell 2012. Internet should not be a profit center. If you want business travelers than Internet should be free like being able to watch CNBC/Bloomberg is free.

My first impression was ......what were they thinking ? The decor .....looks like the took left over furniture, carpet, wall paper , etc. from all the Marriott properties near by and used them here. No restaurant....... I'd say , unless you are driving , stay elsewhere Bill D

The place was nice, clean and efficient. The temperature control in the room was a bit off---took some re-configuring. About 10 minutes from downtown and very close to airport.

I have stayed in the Springhill Suites before but was disappointed in the amenities at this one. There was no hot tub and the pool was very small. Only a very few rooms had tubs. If most of the rooms have showers only, they should provide shower caps. The staff was very accomodating.

I booked this through Hotels.com. The hotel vastly exceeded my expectations: lovely king bed and suite. My flight arrived at 3am and my reservation was intact. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver(s) very friendly. I would easily stay here again when transiting through the SLC airport. This is a really nice hotel just five minutes drive from the airport. They have a free shuttle on request with about 30 minutes notice. The woman at the front desk was really nice. The room was decorated really nice with a separate sitting area. The fridge and microwave were a nice bonus. the only disadvantage was that there's nothing in this area. […] It does look like it's building up, so that should be changed in the future. The hotel itself was nice. But we had people staying in the room next to us that we having a party all night. I called the front desk several times it idid no good. I didn't sleep until after I had dropped my friend off at the airport and came back at 7 am. That is when these guests decided to pass out. I rented a car, was able to drop it off at the airport, call the shuttle, sleep at the hotel, and then catch an early flight home. It was a good experience

Nice, clean hotel. Close to SLC airport. Quiet big room with nice comfortable beds. Would definetly stay here again for early departure or late returns to SLC.

Pluses: Modern decor is a nice change. Room was comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Close to airiport, but did not have any problem with noise. Minuses: Breakfast selection was only fair. Also, I could of done without the lobby/ breakfast area music. Limited selection of nearby restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

This is one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Contemporary decor was very European. Well appointed with microwave, fridge, computer center in room. Lovely sitting room and very, very comfortable bed. I would go back to Salt Lake City simply to stay here!

Helpful staff, clean, excellent breakfast. No bathtub. Decor tries too hard.

I like this Hotel. Spacious & Sofa. I can use refrigiator & microwave. Big closet that can store a lot of suitcase. always can use Inside pool. there's very similar hotel around there, but my choice is this in Salt-lake city.

Clean, spacious room. Good quality breakfast. Would stay again if going to Salt Lake City.

When we arrived, the outside front garbage was piled high with trash bags and pizza boxes. Someone must have just cleaned out their vehicle or something. But once inside, it was clean and the staff was great! Wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable bed and quiet. We'll stay again!

Just what I needed after a long day.plus it is by my favorite restaraunt in doc Roberts it is a hidden gem.

Everything was perfect! The location (easy acces to the airport with a free shuttle), the staff, the facilities, the room, the beds, and the breakfast were simply fabulous. The retro feel was tastefully done. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very close to airport. Nice and clean and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast very nice with nice people staffing the area.

We were there to visit our kids, we had a good time just a very busy place. The hotel and our room was very nice, we did have alot of noise in the room next to us but on the whole it was very nice

Very pleased with this hotel and I have stayed at many in SLC. Close to the airport and when you have a late flight in and don't want to drive, this is the place to stay. Good breakfast too.

Everyone values different things, but here are some observations. We had a sick child and staff was very understanding and helpful when extras were required. Pool was nice, breakfast was average, and low traffic roads were available for running. Negative/odd: soap was open in room and empty bag of alcohol was found up behind spare pillows.

Very good place to stay.

We stayed there while we were there on our Anniversary and going to the NASCAR races in Tooele. It was was close to SLC and to Tooele. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and I loved having two seperate sinks to get ready. I had a clear division of space in the room and it made it feel more home-like. Their service was outstanding. Also, their breakfast […] was great! I'm a sucker for Belgian waffle makers, and they had a couple. They had eggs, sausage, bacon, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, muffins...they went above and beyond in my book. I highly reccommend! Lees meer

The service was excellent, all the staff was very accomodating to our large group. (we had 6 rooms). Breakfast was excellent. The pool is small, but we also had the use of the other Marriott pool and hot tub, nearby. It was an excellent location for all the events we had.
