Although the hotel is old and rather run down, the pool is nice the staff is very friendly and helpful and not only is there a shuttle to and from the airport but also to the lite rail. I was terribly dissatisfied with this hotel. The entire experience was horrid and appalling.

The staff was kind and helpful but the property is old, very basic; barely a one-star, but affordable.

Just there for the night. The hotel was good but not great. Looked like it was in the seedy part of town.

i think the rate paid was too much for this hotel. the ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location and that they had a shuttle to and from the airport.

The price was great and hotel staff were friendly. Appears to be in a sketchy neighborhood. Also had lights not working and plumbing not working. Hotel is a little rundown. If you want a nice hotel don't go here. If you want one with a cheap price, close to downtown and the metro, come and stay here.

My fiance and I stayed at the hotel because I had a business to take care of in Phoenix. We arrived late at night and had to ring a door bell in order to enter the front office to check in. The neighborhood was not the most comfortable, not a neighborhood to walk around at night. The room was clean and in order, couple stains but that is to be expected […] with any hotel really. The bed was no very comfortable, I had a hard time sleeping but what do you expect from a hotel. The stay was nice, quite and conveniently close to the place I had to be the next day. There were people outside talking loudly, burning something, the smoke came in through my door and made me sick. Bad neighborhood near a lot of section 8 housing, I would not suggest staying here, and I was armed.

This motel is minutes from airport car rental and a few more minutes from the airport. Free shuttle is available when you need it. Plus, within easy walking distance to Big Apple restaurant for any and all meals.

Would have preferred that the outside ice machine worked.

Great front desk service. Shuttle was a little late. Hotel is not in the best part of town. Room was a little smelly. But other than that, everything was good for the price that I paid.

i needed hotel near oirport for a night this did it . i would say it is a 1 star. if buying on price alone it works if you want anything more ..no

This place is only if you want a cheap bed close to the airport. I got in late and had an early departure the next morning so I wanted to be close to the airport and not spend a lot. The property is old, outdated but the service was friendly and room was clean. The hotel advertised free internet but I must have been too far from the wireless signal […] and couldn't pick it up. Hotel close to the airport. My plane landed at midnight so I really appreciated the airport pick-up by the hotel's shuttle which was the primary reason I booked with this hotel.

Bad smoke smell, bad neighborhood. No working phone or hair dryer.

We wanted a Motel that was close to the airport so it wouldn't take long to get there. Also it was close to a Resturant. The only objection we had was that we put in a wake-up call for 5:30 but didn't get one. Luckily I had woke up at 5:15 so it was O.K. this time.

it was quite and not a lot of traffic.....big room

very helpful staff with iron needed and coffeee maker problem

extended parking 4$ per day this was not shown and when the toilet pluged up the manager brought a plunger and told us to do it our selves i guess we should send him a bill for 1 hour service call

My boyfriend & I spent the weekend in phx for th mlb allstar game. We also managed to COLLECT @ least 20 bites each. The bedbugs tore us apart, definately made our vacation very crappy.

Air conditioner didn't work very well. We had to leave it on full blast for 24 hours a day to keep it near 73 in the room (I carry a digital thermostat with me). The T.V. only had a few working channels, the rest of them said "error". The shower was horrible. Whoever installed the plumbing needs fired. If you turned the dial to the left it was cold […] water. If you turned the dial to the right it was scolding hot water. There wasn't a way to mix the hot and cold water. Whoever installed it screwed it up. Although this hotel is not in a good location it is clean and can meet your basic needs. Good price for the budget minded traveler simply looking for a place to sleep and shower. The first room they put me in did not have a chain on the door which made me uncomfortable being a single female traveler in a bad neighborhood. When I asked to swtich I was […] told I could do so on the following night. They did switch me on the following night but there was no blow dryer. I was told to use the dryer in the old room and that the maid would try to find me one the next day. The next night I asked about the dryer to which the lady at the front desk replied they couldn't find one. I insisted that I get some money back for all of the inconvenience and was told the manager would contact me when he got in the next morning. I left early the next morning and when I returned a blow dryer had been installed in the room. When I booked the room on hotels.com I was under the impression there would be a fridge and microwave which there was not in either room I stayed in. When I asked about this the front desk told me you needed to put in a special request in your reservation which I had not done. I didn't push the issue because it really didin't matter but thought I would mention it here in case anyone needed one. Lees meer

Once actually seen hotel and location made a different choice... returned second night hotel refused to honor reservation insisting didnt have reservation then since a "no show" stated only had a smoking room although 2 to 3 apparent rooms being used. Shouldnt matter that missed 1st night should have still had 2nd night of reservation. As far as hotels.com […] no problem. Would use service again just not that hotel. Lees meer

This hotel would have gotten a 3 if it actually had an iron and ironinng board, better yet, one in every room. It did however have complimentary hi-speed internet service.

I was going to stay here on my way to Tucson but my plane was delayed by weather and they would not refund my money because it was after 4pm but I did not know before then. On the was home I was planning on changing my reservations to the next day but they said again it was too late but it was only 2:45.

When booking this room it was made to seem like ti would come with a microwave and fridge. It did not. I travel for a living, and in order to save money I enjoy preparing simple microwaveable meals in my room. This is the second hotel in the last week that has done this. The desk clerk was very courteous and was able to get my party checked in quickly […] and without issue. The room was huge, clean, and I had no real complaints about it except the missing micro/fridge. In the morning when I went to shower there was no hot water in the bathroom, which resulted in a luke warm at best shower. After getting dressed I went to the sink in the bathroom area and the water was scalding hot, but the tub water was still very luke warm, Would not recommend to anyone. Lees meer

We arrived very late and the shuttle driver was very helpful. I travel with my Mom who is 87 and the driver took her and the luggage right into the room while I checked in. He also dropped me off at the car tental place the next day. It was not fancy but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will use them again the next time we fly into Ph […] oenix. Lees meer

not the best experience...hotel is not in the best neighborhood and by 8:30 "continental breakfast" was already but away...Will not recommend this hotel!!!

I was getting in late to the airport and leaving early from the airport the next day so I figured - I will stay at the cheapest hotel. what would I gain from spending more money on a nicer hotel? I found out what I would gain ---- sleep. The Travel Lodge is a motel not a hotel and as such each room has its own small air conditioner which had not been […] on prior to my arrival. The room finally cooled down to not quite comfortable conditions by 5 am. If I could have slept before then it wouldn't have matter since strangers were knocking on my door at 4 am. maybe the hotel can correct the air conditioning problem and do a better job patrolling their grounds, but if they don't change I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans cette hôtel, entre l’atterrissage de notre avion et notre départ pour les canyons du nord de l'AZ. les chambres sont confortables (wifi inutilisable quand nous y étions, pas de chance), le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont propres. possibilité de réserver une navette pour aller/revenir de l'aéroport gratuitement, […] le chauffeur était très sympa. hôtel assez éloigné de tout, le métro de la ville est à 15min à pied, il permet de se rentre au centre simplement. vu le prix, cet hotel nous a entièrement comblé. El aspecto del hotel se nos hizo sucio, sobretodo la recepción, su ubicación es buena, pero en la zona, también hay otros hoteles similares en precio, y creo que con mejor servicio. En general, no vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel y no lo recomiendo.

Motel au confort standard, ideal entre deux vols ou pour un depart tot le matin.

jag valde det billigaste hotellet jag kunde hitta som hade gratis pickup och dropoff på flygplatsen. damen i receptionen gav mig väldigt luddiga intruktioner om var jag skulle stå och vänt apå pickupen- som missade mig och fick komma igen, hela upphämtningen borde ha gått på 20 min men tog 1 tim 15 min. dagen innan avresa beställde jag dropoff på flygplatsen […] kl 5.30 men 5.45 hade bilen fortfarande inte kommit och i receptionen (som skulle vara öppen) svarade dom inte när jag ringde. som tur var hade jag chaufförens telefonnummer och kunde ringa och fråga var han var- det visade sig att damen i receptionen inte hade beställt upphämtning som jag bad om, men han kom på en gång och hämtade mig ändå. summan av kardemumman: ok, billigt hotell men lita inte på damen i receptionen. 조식 6~8시까지라고 알려 주긴 했으나 시간 조금 지나니 20분 늦었는데 식사 불가하다고 한다. 도대체 뭘 주길래... 조그만 receiption 테이블에서 식사 제공한다고 했는데 모두 치워버려 뭐가 있었는지도 모르겠다. 주변 식당 당연희 없다. 6블럭 정도가야한다고 하니.. 굶을 수 밖에...
