Viceroy Miami in Miami

We stayed in a suite for 8 days, we experienced the worst service we have ever had in a Hotel. The concierge service is the worst, she sent us to one of the top Restaurants in Miami (that we sugested) saying that they never take a reservation, we arived and we had to wait three hours because this Restaurant never takes anyone without a reservation. This hotel is excellent, great place to stay, bathroom is very large for a hotel, club inside the hotel, right next to the bay, just enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful one night. We were in town for a conference and after the conference wanted a good meal that was within walking distance from the hotel. Nicole at the front desk suggested a steak house around the corner, called for reservations, and had everything ready when we arrived five minutes later. The location is very convenient the service could not be better and the SPA outstanding !

The mattress was literally the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life. We were just glad that we only stayed for one night. Also the bed itself seemed to be made of cheap materials. It is a beautiful Hotel and so are the people. Make sure to spend time at the pool and Club 50!!!! They took great care of me and new me by name when I came and went from the establishment.

All good and exceeded expectations. Got a good deal here on Hotels.com and decided to give it a go. It was only a short trip with 3 nights stay. Room size is spectacular, really. You won't be disappointed. Really confy bed also. Stayed in a double room with a friend and there was plenty of room and more for us both. Valet parking is expensive but […] you always have the feeling you get what you pay for instead of being stabbed in the back. Its a very modern hotel. Free internet is really fast and if you pay a little more they will grand you a cable connection with HUGE speed of 50mb... for 5 bucks... its a bargain and really helpful if you are always online and exchanging large files like myself!.. This hotel is beautiful and luxurious in every aspect. The attention to detail and unique yet practical design and decor make it the most different but also one of the nicest 5 stars i've stayed in. The lobby entrance is smaller than i expected, however it does make you feel like you are their only customer, you hardly see other people. No annoying […] kids running around. However next door is the Viceroy's Club which gets busy on weekend nights, and people who go there may stay in the rooms on your floor and make noise in the corridors. However this is not a huge problem and in fact a small price to pay for ultimate luxery. There is a small kitchenette in- room with a coffee/tea maker, a fridge with plenty of space for leftovers, a stove if you want to make something, and a few dishes and cutlery. Bring your own pan and toaster, the only things missing i felt. In terms of the comfort and quality , you will not be dissapointed. The finish was excellent. Service was also very good. The pool area and spa are also very beautiful. However we went from August 7th -11th and it was raining pretty much the whole time which was a bit annoying! Location is in downtown, quick to get to the metro which links to all of downtown, or 15 min drive to the beach. We just parked at a beach hotel which allowed us parking for 5 dollars if we ate in the restaurant. Very convenient. Overall a good trip. Lees meer

This hotel, contained in a luxury residential/hotel property provided 5-star service and amentities with no attitude whatsoever. Infintiy pool on 15th floor overlooking the water is just fabulous with full bar and cafe service while lying on comfortable chairs or full size cushions. Club 50 a hiot spot. The front desk staff was outstanding

I live in Miami and have stayed in MANY hotels for various occasions. I surprised my fiance with a weekend getaway at the Viceroy. Not only is the service out of hand amazing, the hotel looks like a museum with all the beautiful artifacts on every floor!! Very cozy and clean room with an amazing view of Brickell!! Big improvement over the dated Hyatt. Close to Brickell and downtown offices. Room was very refined and elegant. The complex is a little spread out and was not the easy to navigate. Overall nice facility.

We had an awesome time at the Viceroy- the decor is great, the pools grand and beautiful and the spa is out of this world! I enjoyed the club on the 50th floor and this hotel was great for the price we paid. The staff and facilities are second to none. The initial room we checked in to had a broken shower which was a little disconcerting. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff is extremely attentive. Will always stay at the Viceroy.

They met us at the door, and had a seamless transition of service. The rooms are fabulous with the best bathrooms we've seen. Infiniti pool and spa are beatiful. The women at the Cafe were very welcoming and memorable. They truly did their best to make your stay perfect here. The location is good, in the middle of downtown in the business district with […] adequate restaurants around. They have Illy expresso in the room, and the gym was the best that we saw on our trip. This hotel was great. We had a great, relaxing couple of days. The pool was magnificent and the views were great too. The furnishings were beautiful and the bathroom was too.

Some of the exterior design/ architectural elements are a bit over the top for me, but the property is very contemporary and the interior is beautiful. Well appointed, great staff, rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable, food was excellent, $30/day valet parking rates as a guest was a bit steep. (these were posted. Ask for a higher floor as street noise in the early morning can be a little loud.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Viceroy Miami, the room was gorgeous and well appointed. If you have a thing for beautiful bathrooms then you will love it. Hotel Extraondinary, Loved the Pool Area, Hotel Resturant an experience of itself.

Our stay at the Vicroy was outstanding. The staff was absolutely fabulous. They were attentive and no request was too much. Everyone from the front desk to the valets went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. The hotel is decorated with chic modern elements. The roof top deck is not to be missed. Bodde tre nätter på viceroy under vår bröllopsresa och var mer än nöjda. Se till att använda gymmet och spat som är gratis. Överlägset bästa hotellgymet jag tränat på. Restaurangen var mkt fin men dyr. Var sedan Las Vegas van vid gratis valet parking, så var förvånad att den kostade ungefär som en fin huvudrätt per dag. Poolområdet var helmysigt. Att ligga på en madrass-säng med utsikt över Miamis bukt var en helt ny upplevelse för oss. Frukost äter man bäst på NY Bagels i nästa kvarter.

Positiv: - Guter Ausblick - schöne Zimmer Negativ - Das Auto wird geparkt und kostet viel - alles kostet Aufpreis (Minibar leeren) - Eine wunderbare Herdplatte und Geschirr waren inklusive, jedoch fehlte eine Pfanne oder ein Kochtopf (Aufpreis) dazu, wenn man sich mal schnell Ham and Eggs zum Frühstück machen wollte. Fazit: Ein sehr teures Hotel, […] man soll sich nicht vom eher günstigen Buchungspreis teuschen lassen, sogar ein Kaffee im Zimmer kostet was. Die Lage und die Umgebung ist zwar schön, jedoch kann man nicht mal zu Fuß zum Strand. Dafür gibt es draußen im 15ten und 50sten Stock Pools und die sind auch nicht klein. Die Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer ist sehenswert. Die meisten Angestellten in diesem Hotel sind Mexikaner, wie auch die meisten Einwohner in Miami (scheint zumindest so zu sein). Man braucht aber ein Auto jeden Tag. Essen im Hotel und sogar im Hotelzimmer ist möglich, jedoch sehr teuer und es gibt bessere Restaurants überall in Miami, die billliger sind. Recomento este hotel a todos os viajantes que sesejam uma experiência extraordinária! Tudo é impecável, decoração kitch com extrema classe, vista maravilhosa. Diferente de todo hotel que você ja conheceu. Dá vontade de comprar um apartamento lá, para voltar todo final de semana! O Hotel encontra-se no em downtown miami, área bastante movimentada. A decoração do hotel é uma atração a parte, bastante exótica. Em cima há uma boate e a área de piscinas com uma vista muito bonita da baía. Gostei muito da minha estadia, atendeu as expectativas.
