Awesome would come again, beautiful new hotel and big breakfast buffet not just continental

We were in town for a triathlon and needed late check out. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating--giving us until 1:00 pm to check out after the race. Also, because we had to leave very early for the race and miss the breakfast buffet, we were told to help ourselves to breakfast bags that were left out on the front desk. It was just […] enough of a snack to ward off hunger at 5:30 am. Only negative is the road noise from 101, but there is nothing hotel can do about that. Great clean hotel, plus: heated pool and jacuzzi minus: no mini fridge or microwave

We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the self serve breakfast buffet. There was a very good variety of food and beverages. Our three small children did not want to leave. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Standard Hampton Inn. Somewhat disapointed as this is the first time we tried a king suite. Turns out the "suite" is just a larger room. I think of a suite as having some separation between the bed and the sitting area. Not so here. The room was right on the freeway, so it was noisy, but other than that, comfortable.

very disapointed. reserved the studio suite, room was very small, very poorley set up, very crowded. desk in the way of safe exit in an emergency. could have left the couch out & added a recliner. needs a little more effort put into cleaning & vacuming around the edges. will not stay again.

The only issue was actually getting breakfast - a small space for a large group of people.

This hotel is conveniently located on the freeway, but there is no noise. The hotel sits up on a hill and we were given a great room that had a view of the freeway lights and ocean in the distance. Very nice for the price and without paying an extra charge for a really nice room. As we were leaving the person at the front desk (sorry I don't remember […] his name) caught us and said a couple with a baby had checked in to the room next to us and in case that was a problem he would hold another room for us. When we returned we decided it might be a problem and he moved us down the hall to an equally nice "view" room without the baby noise. By far Hampton Inns are the best hotel for the money. The clean, comfortable rooms are like those you would find in a more expensive hotel. The service is always friendly and helpful. The free full breakfast buffet is over the top. I am always pleased with Hampton!

This is a nice clean place to stay, however. free internet is slower than modem speed, so don't expect to get a lot done, on the web. comfort controls, aren't control able, at nite, when you want to sleep!

The hotel rooms are ok -nice n clean but wished they let us check in on time coz we came from quite a ways...

We loved the comfortable beds, the staff was friendly and help full. The room was very clean and we heard no noise from the traffic below. We will definitely visit again and next time for more nights than our first trip.

Our stay was very pleasant and quiet for being next to the freeway. The hotel smelled new and clean, as did the linen on the beds. The breakfast was great not just a complementary breakfast but a nice sit down breakfast. We would stay again when visiting family in Arroyo Grande. Thank You Mike

Business trip so the beds were comfortable, wi-fi user friendly, breakfast was great. Justin did a great job in referrring us to a great dinner spot. Overall great experience.

Great place to stay if you like CLEAN which I do. everything was fresh and clean, we had a nice room with a view where you could see the ocean. very close to all the Pismo fun and sun and not a bad drive to most the other attractions in the area. Only drawbacks were it's a bit pricey on the rates and it's close to the 101 Fwy ( but the rooms are very […] sound-proof ). If you like clean, friendly and new then it's well worth it. This is an excellent hotel. We had a warm welcome which is so nice after a long drive. Room had high ceiling so appeared roomier. Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Good TV and powerful wifi in the room. My only regret was that we could only stay one night!

Got no sleep at all. The people in the next room checked in after midnight and partied until 3AM. The bed was lumpy and the AC could not be adjusted via the wall thermostat adequately. Traffic on the highway was very disturbing. Avoid this hotel.

This Hampton is brand new. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff were constantly cleaning up and refilling food. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just 1 hr away drive to San Simeon, Hearst Castle. I am very impressed with the overall condition of the hotel. The hotel being very new. The rooms and facilities are very clean. The room that we stayed smell clean and fresh. The bedsheets, comforters were very clean; and pillows were fluffy and soft. I am impressed on how the ammenities […] in the room were properly organized and set up. The staff were very pleasant and helpful to us. For the price that we paid for the room was worth it. nice new hotel. courteous staff. breakfast includes waffles and scrambled eggs. Arroyo Grande has a very cute "downtown" area which we never would have found if we hadn't stayed here.

As soon as we arrived my Wife and I felt at peace and at home. Everything we wanted was taken care of with a mere mention. The staff and management obvoiusly are proud of the team and the spirit they have put together there, and rightfully so. We were very impressed with the fact that even though fully booked they still made time to speak with us and […] to take care of a small want of ours. We felt welcomed, refreshed, and had a desire to return as we left. I cannot remember a time that I was looking forward to going back to an Inn as much. The rooms are new, beds are great, clean, QUIET, well stocked and anything you need is just a mention away. Breakfast had all we could ask for, and seemed like a family setting (ones you want to be with!). Easy to get to and close to all the places you want to go to the coast for, including the outlet stores and both Pismo and Avila beach. Becuase it is located on a hill it is also quiet and safer than most Inns. I ask for all who have stayed there to write at least something positive to give these fine people their due and to help get the word out that there Inn is THE place to saty when travelling in or to the area. We found this hotel during a week when all our regular places were full because of a Festival in Town. What a find! It is brand new and beautifully decorated. The beds are wonderful. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff was so very helpful and accomodating. Was happy to visit when the hotel had been open only three weeks. You can tell it is brand new! Everything is in great condition, the design is nice, and the staff is extremely friendly. The woman working the front desk when we checked went out of her way to be welcoming and helpful, and she looked through the available rooms to make sure she was giving […] us the best available. Lovely new hotel. Great addition to the Hampton Inn Family. Lobby was large and airy. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, you could hear footstep from the occupants in the room above. Despite that I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this brand new Hampton Suites last weekend and were thrilled with our experience. This was a last minute booking and as I searched for an available room in my price range I found that nearly everything in the SLO/Pismo/Arroyo area looked very outdated and run-down. Granted, the hotel had only been open 7 days prior to our stay, but we had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach. The rooms are very spacious with every ammentiy you could need. Their breakfast in the morning is great! I will definitely stay here my next trip to Pismo Beach!
