Dit resort in Ko Phi Phi heeft 4 bars/lounges, een restaurant en een koffiebar/café.Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een binnenzwembad, een kinderzwembad en een spabad.

Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort and Spa heeft 112 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een cd-speler en wasmachines/drogers. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via satelliet. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een kluis en een telefoon. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een aparte badkuip en douche, een dubbele wastafel, badjassen en make-up/scheerspiegels.
Elke kamer heeft een koelkast, een minibar en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere pantoffels en gratis mineraalwater. Bovendien wordt 's avonds een turndownservice aangeboden en is een huishoudservice dagelijks beschikbaar. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als een magnetron beschikbaar.

Wij zijn hier een week geweest en hebben genoten. Het betreft een modern opgezet resort met voor ons een vrijstaand huisje met een geweldig uitzicht. Dit geldt echter lang niet voor alle huisjes. Wel was het bed behoorlijk hard maar dat was overal zo in Thailand. Het resort heeft een goede service en goede voorziengen. Het was naar onze zin wel te rustig. Alles was op loop afstand echter voor mensen die slecht te been zijn is het af te raden omdat het platogewijs gebouwd is en men vele trappen en schuine hellingen op moet om op straat niveau uit te komen. Algeheel prijsniveau (zowel voor de kamer als de consumpties) wel aan de hoge kant.

Het hotel ligt buiten de drukte van Ao Nang. Door de gratis Tuk-Tuk service van het hotel is het centrum van Ao Nang binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Het complex is keurig verzorgd met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Het restaurant en het ontbijt is eenvoudig. Kamers zijn keurig onderhouden. Geen alcohol in het hotel verkrijgbaar omdat het een moslim-hotel is. Omdat we dit vooraf wisten was dit voor ons geen probleem.

Erg mooi hotel. De service was prima. Er waren een paar kleine dingetjes en ze stonden steeds direct na een telefoontje voor de deur om deze op te lossen. Ontbijt was prima, uitgebreid en lekker. Eigenlijk gewoon nergens iets op aan te merken. Het lag een klein stukje lopen van verschillende stranden en winkels. Echt aan te raden

Dit hotel hebben we bezocht in augustus, waarin het heel rustig was. Er waren maar twee mensen van het familiebedrijf aanwezig. Niettemin hebben we een prettige ervaring gehad met het hotel. Prima persoonlijke verzorging.

Hotel ligt in mooie tuin, hele mooie zwembaden, prachtig rustig strand. Kamers zijn erg gedaterd, maar de rest vh hotel maakt dit zeker goed. Ontbijt helemaal super. Eet niet in het hotel, abnormaal dure prijzen. Ga naar het tegenover gelegen thai of indisch restaurant. Heerlijk!!!!! En ook de italiaan la casa is perfect. Alles schoon en zelf gemaakt. Er ligt zelfs een cocktailbar om de hoek, Neem een longtailboot op het strand, veel goedkoper dan buiten of in het hotel. Super mooi zijn deze tochten. Omgeving hotel is niets te doen, dan moet je echt een auto of scooter huren. Kan ook buiten het hotel. Wij vinden het een heerlijk hotel.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"Beautiful Setting but Overpriced Hotel"
Overall, I would give Phi Phi Island Village a 4 out of 5. Setting was beautiful, but it is expensive to get to and from the island. Breakfast selection was good, rooms only average. Next time, we would do a day trip from Phuket instead. Rumor is that this is changing to a Dusit Thani which should improve the quality of the hotel and service.
"Beautiful surroundings/average amenities"
Its hard to imagine there being a more beautiful location to visit. We unfortunately were there during the rainy season and it rained 3 days straight and we were basically stuck inside our room. The furnishings are old and the hot water took a decent time to heat up. There is a small town behind the resort and there are a few restaurants, but otherwise […] you are stuck at the hotel and their food is average. The fitness center is extremely outdated and not enjoyable. We took a snorkling trip from the resort one morning when it was only drizzling and their prices were fair. "Phi Phi Island Village"
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here, it was very peaceful and relaxing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, private beach and very quiet. Would totally recommend this place to others.
"So so experience"
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. However it's hard to get to town and the hotel only runs a boat into town once a day...not very convenient. Also, Americans, that small pool by the bigger pool that you see in pictures is NOT a hot tub...it's a cold tub with jets. When it's cloudy and rainy it would have been nice to have a hot tub. The jacuzzi tub […] or spa tub that they claim is in the spa, is in doors, and you have to pay for it. Lastly and the most ridiculous, you get nickel and dimes for the Internet service. As a 4 or 5 star resort I thought this was absolutely rediculous. When Mcdonalds, Starbucks, and a lot of airports now offer free Internet service this hotel should as well especially since the hotel is so nice. It's more about the principle than the cost. Oh also didn't have a good experience with the dive package, they didn't really seem to care too much about getting us to a cool location. The two dives we did were In the middle of the craziness that goes along with all the tours to phi phi lae and pretty darn close to each other. Pretty boring dives. Overall the hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly, but the place is expensive and not very convenient. Lees meer
"Amazing...here's a tip"
This resort is incredible. Amazing people, gorgeous private beach, fairly simple to get to as they have their own water taxi...fantastic. When we first arrived, we were a bit bummed at the restaurant choices and their cost. We had gotten used to Thai prices by then and the Western prices were a bit of a shock. Here's the tip... ...there is a small […] village just behind the resort that has 3 restaurants, two small convenience stores and a killer massage place. They are priced a bit higher than the mainland, but much cheaper and more authentic than the resort. It's fun back there and only those of us who seemed to explore found it. The rest stay on the resort in a more shelter experience. It made the trip so much better to meet and visit with real Thai locals and support their small businesses. This really was an amazing experience. One more thing, the hotel is supposed to change owners from a private Thai family to Outrigger in September of 2011. Not sure how this might change things. "Pricey hotel but fantastic"
We stayed here for only one night and the total was around $160 USD which was absolutely hands down worth every penny. Anywhere else in the world this hotel would be in the $300-$400 a night range. It is a 5 star resort with great pools, it's own beautiful beach, and you stay in your own bungalow. The restaraunts and bars are overpriced of course but […] figure you pay extra for the ambience and setting. It is a perfect hotel to relax and spend all of your time at relaxing. With that said however, we only stayed here one day and night because why come to Ko Phi Phi Don and stay solely at the resort (lame!!)- there is too much good stuff on the island and surrounding it. So I recommend 2 days maybe at this resort then into the main bay for at least several days for much cheaper (and amazing) restaraunts and diving. Also, be warned that the hotel charges around $10 USD each person to get to the hotel and any trip to town, including when you leave!! This was a bit of cheesy move on the hotel's part but the price overall is still cheap so it is what it is. If you find a longtail in the main bay- pay them $3-$5 and they will take you to the hotel and drop you off. Lees meer
"Fabulous!"
My wife and i recently stayed 3 nights at Phi Phi Island Village and loved it. Beautiful resort, cheap, outstanding breakfast and dinner buffets. The private beach is crystal clear and calm this time of year (May). This made up for the rough waters we experienced in Phuket. Highly, highly recommended resort.

"Très cher... mais en vaut la peine!"
Cet hotel est situé dans une région de Koh Phi Phi plus isolée, loin du village bruyant et achalandé. Il possède une plage privée magnifique . Les bungalows sont très confortables. Après 2 jours, l'hotel nous a upgradé notre chambre pour un beachfront bungalow sur la plage. La mer est superbe à cet endroit. Le resort est très tranquille aussi. Le seul […] problème est le prix... ne se compare absolument pas avec le reste de la Thailande! Il est possible par contre de sortir manger dans le petit village derrière le resort. (nous l'avons découvert 2 jours après notre arrivée!).Difficile de quitter cet endroit.. Lees meer

Un resort composé de bungalow et de villa individuel placé dans un endroit de rêve (plage cocotier le decor est planté) La piscine extra, personnel affable, espace vert entretenu, prestation top qualité, Le seul bémol sont les prix pratiqué par l'hotel concernant les repas et diverses prestations (Spa etc). Mais on peu tres bien aller se restaurer derriere […] le resort ou se trouve un village avec des restos tres abordable et prestations diverses (plongée, massage, superette) de meme qualité est a prix moindre. L'hotel pratique aussi une taxe sur tout ces prix de 17 %, 10 % pour le service et 7 % pour le personnel qu'il ajouté a tout les prix affiché dans l'hotel (les fameux ++). Je vous le conseille vraiment vous ne serez pas déçu. Lees meer

"Perfekte Ruheoase"
Sehr schöne weitläufige Gartenanlage mit sehr netten Bungalows. Der 800m lange Sandstrand gehört dem Hotel allein und lädt bei Flut auch zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön gelungen. Das Essen ist etwas teuer aber sehr gut. Wir waren zumeist in einem kleinen Restaurant außerhalb. Wer nicht tauchen gehen will findet wenig […] Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vor. Die angebotenen Touren kann man einfacher und günstiger von Phuket oder Krabi aus machen. Für Taucher gibt es ein tolles Service bis hin zu Hai Touren. Lees meer
