I ask for a non smoking room and they gave me a smooking room all mi cloth sting to tabaco awful experience

Nice room for the price, hopefully they make it more secure parking is to wide open, Internet access, more towels, plumbing needs work.

It was well kept and clean. There wasn't A large variety for the breakfast but there were some choices. The pool was very nice and cool. a nice place overall to stay

We stayed here because of review but our room was old the carpet was stained it was a pet room but they charge a pet fee we paid 40.00 to have pets 2 small dogs. It seems they don't clean pet room. Also make a note they charge for ice.

Is the best place I found for the price! And it includes a frige. The only things that I didn't like about this place is that (1) you had to pay for ice. (2) the A/C was noisy. But, I would stay here again, if the price was right.

It was good. I am a truck driver and had to call ahead to inquire about parking. they went out of there way to accomadate my truck and trailer

The price was right, the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a couple of nights and each morning was awakened before 7am by screaming kids! They were outside running up and down the halls yelling. I think the hotel should have better control of their guests.

The hotel seemed dirty and unsanitary & the beds were hard as rocks. The staff wasn't all too friendly either. But I guess we got what we paid for.

for the price it filled the need. older hotel , no towels(had to ask) bare min. done on the cleaning of the room. king bed filled the room.bed was comfortable but stained on the sides. no room to move around in. Pool looked nice and the breakfast was ok

The check in and location of motel were good, the carpet had a big hole in it and the bed as very poor. You could tell where everyone sat on the bed as it had a saggy hole there. It was a little noisy in the area around the room.

If you're not planning to spend much time in your hotel room and you're only in it to sleep and shower, then this hotel meets basic needs. The staff is quite friendly, also. Their free breakfast is good, but be prepared to wait not only to get food, but to get a table. They have posted signs saying not to take your food out of this room, but if all […] the seats are filled do they expect you to stand and eat? In the actual cleaning of the room some things may just naturally get looked over, like the coffee pot needing cleaned and emptied. There were cigarette burns on one of the comforters despite the fact the room I was staying in was non-smoking. It was an OKAY stay. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great pool!

The hotel was near where we were working so that was convenient. It was expensive, by our standards, for nothing special. The breakfast was all carbs and sweets, unsuitable for my diabetic husband. Staffing was very nice. nice motel for the price and good restaurants in area. Close to the freeway.

Felt like the hotel was in the middle of nowhere... but the room was clean, bed was comfy, and breakfast had waffles (my favourite). Would not recommend breakfast if you don't eat gluten though :P Little odd to check in with the guy behind the bullet proof glass, but he was very friendly and nice. It was hard to get a hotel in town with the PBR and Spring Training (which was why we were there). Check in was fine, was given the wrong room. Wanted a king bed no smoking, got a double queen smoking room. That was fine. The toilet had to be snaked and plunged as soon as we got there and again everyday of our stay. The shower wouldnt drain, the sink […] wouldnt drain. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows no good. When we went to take a shower we only had 1 towel. Called to get more only to be told they were out, we could get 1 more in the morning. No hairdryer, no alarm clock. I suppose you get what you pay for but I feel I was still over charged for a horrible stay and zero ammenitities. Even charge for ice. Will not stay here ever again. I will book farther in advance, and stay at a decent real hotel. Lees meer

Traveled from Nebraska to see family, with my 12 year old son. Mar.12,2012 Happy with service, location worked for me, Plenty of stores, restaurants, and even a Starbucks! Stayed 4 nites. no complaints on price and accommodations. Stayed at this hotel for Spring training. It was a little weird that they have bullet proof glass for night check in. Outdoor hotel. Not such good ventilation in the rooms. The cable was weird. Limited number of channels available. Breakfast needs to be expanded and from 6-10 not until 6-9.

Hotel was fairly clean. That's about all the positive feedback I can leave. Not that easy to get to. Wouldn't walk that neighborhood after the sun goes down. Our towels were in need of replacement. Beds were pretty hard. Our toilet was running one night and we called the front desk for maintenance. They said they had no maintenance personnel and asked […] if anyone in our room knew how to use a plunger! So they delivered a plunger and we did the rest. And free wireless is a joke. Free if you walked across the grounds and sat in the pool area. However, pool only open til 9:30, so then you have to sit on the ground outside somewhere to find a signal. Lees meer

This hotel has seen better days. It appears they tried to update it but the work was shoddy--missing tiles in bathroom, horrible grout job. Carpet was nasty--didn't want to walk on it without flip flops. Bed hard as a rock, linens well overdue to be thrown out (tears, appeared to be cigarette burns in bedskirt-non-smoking room). The bath linens (you […] only get 2 bath towels, 1 face and 1 hand towel) were funny smelling, had visible stains which means except our feet, we air dried. The TV boasted Sho & Hbo but we only could get 1 Hbo channel. The few standard channels kept fuzzing out ever minute or so but it'd snap back to clear, then fuzz, etc. I could hear people walking above all night. I could hear highway traffic. Probably worst thing is the near miss of a hospital visit because the chair at the desk had lost a part of it's wooden decor and had 3 sharp 1" nails hanging out of the side of the chair! It scraped my calf but it would've been serious puncture if I'd moved just an inch. I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and always find the good in them, know what to expect based on price, etc. This is only 2nd hotel I do not recommend. The Phoenix area was hosting Spring Training so the hotels were all packed and this was a last resort. I wish we'd just paid much more and stayed somewhere else. Lees meer

Good location shopping castles n coasters clean rooms

This hotel is older and has been remodeled. Our room had a full sized refridgerator. Other than that, basic amenities, decent breakfast (unless you are on a low carb diet...hence continental). It is nice and the location is great. Do stay and Happy Travels!

The room was comfortable and clean but the only thing is there weren't enough towels. There was only one towel set for two bed room. I spent two nights. The next day, I didn't get a washcloth. I asked the housekeeper and the front desk but they didn't have any washcloths. So I had to use the hand towel as a washcloth.

This hotel was surprisingly great! we found it at the last minute and did not expect it to be as nice as it was. It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. It also had s really good breakfast. I recommended this to folks not looking for luxury but for a clean, convenient hotel.

very happy with everything, location, cleanliness and convenience. If anything I would ask for more towels as one small one wasn't enough but got by. Good breakfast also.close to all golf and away from city. Would definitely stay again

This is an older motel, but large and in good condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value. Only drawbacks are kinda difficult to access the freeway, and few services in the neighborhood.

This was a nice hotel with very nice staff. The only pproblem was we worried all night about our van. there were some interesting people coming and going from the hotel and area. the breakfast area was ok but got way to crowded. pverall nice place to stay. the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location within walking distance to Metrocentro Mall, restaurants, spas, movie theatre. Public transportation nearby, 10 min from Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix. The rooms are clean with great staff, heated pool, fridge in room, comfy beds, complimentary shuttle to airport, continental breakfast and free wifi. My husband and our two children stayed here with the intentions of being treated with good customer service skills. When we arrived, the parking lot had limited space for parking. The front desk were not that friendly either. They hardly smiled or even bothered to ask how my drive was. The vibe in the room felt numb and I stood there waiting for my […] key to be given to me, When we checked into the room, the carpet was dirty and looked worn down. The bathroom looked old and worn out also. I called the front desk and ask for more towels and was told i had to walk to the front desk myself for more. I thought that was rude, a housekeeper couldn't even deliver two towels to me. overall, my stay there was unfriendly, loud, and they have no customer service skills to make their quest feel welcome. So bright, so much "activity" and people "hanging" around it made it hard to sleep. The beds were even and weirdly springy, pillows were so flat there were almost sheets...when I asked for additional pillows the woman said, "we don't do pillows". My husband & I and a friend wanted to attend the Tractor Shor at Shuaro Ranch in Glendale and needed a nice inexpensive place to stay. I went online and found this hotel.
