SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne Area in Charlotte

Beverly at the service desk was very friendly and makes you feel at home. She made our stay more comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I typically am very happy with this chain of hotels. I was disappointed because bar was closed, breakfast was "o. k.", and room set-up was just weird----bathroom and shower were seperate. I choose this hotel to make my weekend easier with 3 kids. It was just not all that.

It's a normal hotel, but It's new and clean.....

This hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We had fun in the indoor pool, which we had all to ourselves. The only negative was they did not have an in house restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Newer hotel. Beautiful...BUT...first room, toilet wouldn't flush, then TV stopped working--had to move to 2nd room. Front desk quickly responded to our needs. Breakfast fantastic. Indoor pool lovely. Stayed with 4 children under 10.

We booked at this hotel because we need a suite for our family of four. My husband and I like to put the kids to bed,shut the door, then stay up a while, reading, talking or watching tv. Well, these are not suites! These are just regular rooms with a desk acting as a partial divider. We also need a suite because my husband snores. I climb in bed with […] the kids, and he takes the couch. But with this NON-SUITE arrangement, we were all in the same room, and nobody got any sleep (except my snoring husband.) The other annoying thing is that the tv is situated so that you can't see it comfortably from either the bed or the couch! It just doesn't make sense. We will never stay here again. This hotel charges your credit card for incidentals even if you've already paid for your room. I was told it was only to have it on file and that NOTHING would be charged to my card. I had the entire price of my 2 night stay charged again because they swiped my card. =( I had to call my bank and write up a formal request to have the charges removed. […] Be VERY careful when booking online. We had a great experience at SpringHill Suites in Ballantyne. We took our 3 kids for a weekend event in the area. The breakfast was wonderful, and it was walking distance to EarthFare, a whole foods market with a cafe inside where we ate a healthy dinner. We'll definitely stay at another SpringHill Suites. I will stay again, every thing was to my perfection.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Couldn't have been happier with the hotel.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was very nice and extremely eager to help.

Nice place to stay. Good service for decent price.

I do not appreciate this hotel placing my wife and I in a handicapped room and saying that was all they had left. My wife considers being placed in a handicapped room bad luck.

We travel to Charlotte on business 8 times a year, and I wish I would have found this place sooner. The rooms are very clean, the exercise facility is ample, the staff is fantastic, and the hotel itself is modern and comfortable. There is plenty to do nearby- shopping, movies, great restaurants. I stay in this hotel on a regular basis for business. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and contemporary and the breakfast buffet is just right. I really can't find anything bad to say about this hotel. In fact, I am so spoiled by this place, most others have a hard time measuring up.

We were so pleased with our room. The hotel in gerneral is very beautiful. Incredibly wonderful staff. Scrumptous continental breakfast. Can't wait to stay there again.

The hotel itself was great. The room was far better than I imagined based on the price. I had privacy,to study as a pastor and I will let others know about this place. I'm asked a lot about places I stay and this one may be where I will go every year for my private time.

My experience was "great", didn't want to leave. I will use this hotel again.

Springhill is a beautiful hotel! My husband & I really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings were very comfortable and modern. The only thing that I can say anything slightly negative about is that the bathroom was very dim and the hotel itself is a little hard to get into. I have stayed in many motels/hotels and the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne was one of the best ones I have stayed in. Personal was real friendly and the room was spacious and clean. I recommend it to anyone.

There is much to love about this new hotel - from the large comfy rooms to the morning breakfast spread in the lobby. However, for those ladies travelling, be prepared to bring your own blowdryer since they only had the small mini-travel type in the room. There is a full iron and an ironing board provided - why not a proper hair dryer?? This is a nice hotel with modern decor, clean rooms, very, very comfortable beds, and a great staff. I loved this place!!! I felt spoiled, which I guess I am.
